The best place to buy wheels. Mr. Automotive Hall of Famer, Pete Paulsen, has been a pro for 60 years plus in the car business. I have bought several sets of wheels from him. Buster, his dog is a plus in the customer service department.

I have heard about Paulson house of wheels through dirt track racing. I have a project 36 Ford truck that I wanted a custom set of wheels made, so I went to the place of business and found a large building that did not resemble a custom wheel shop .Mark the manager greeted me and took my order.(had to pay up front before order was placed) so I paid and was told it would take two to three weeks to complete them, fast forward 4 weeks without any call from house of wheels , so I called and was told they would call back that afternoon with a update( no return call) so I waited 2 more days and called back the phone rang without a answer. Finally after 6 weeks I received a call , wheels are done. I picked the wheels up and found the wheels with rust pits and damage from machining.I called Pete Paulson House ofWheels and left a message explaining the damage on the wheels, the shop has yet to return my call .I do not recommend this shop.If I had to do it again I would use a big name company like Speedway motors or Summit racing.

Ordered and paid for a replacement rim in April of 2017 from Pete Paulson Motorsport, I was told it would take 2-3 weeks. I was putting my truck in a hot rod show and needed it fast. I kept in touch and was told it was in the shop being made. July rolled around and still no rim. I cancelled the ordered because they hadn t even started on it s manufacture. After more phone calls Then I can recall to them about getting my account refunded and getting nothing lies, I still have not seen my money back to this day. I keep getting the same run around every time I call, the boss is out and will call you. This place is owned and run by the boss, Pete Paulson , his business ethics are a joke and they are thieves! I would never recommend them to anybody.

They cashed a check which I recieved no merchandise. $480.00 this has been since July 22 nd.I have left many messages with his employees and all they tell me is that Pete Paulson has to refund me. He does not have the decency to call me back and his employees Doug and Mike just give me the run around. I even tried to talk to him in person when he had his 29th car show and he would not even talk . I do not recommended doing business with this person or company.

Horrible experience...Ordered a set of hubcaps for my classic truck. The previous owner had purchased the smoothie rims from Paulsen's, so I thought I'd stick with them for the hubcaps to ensure a proper fit. I called Paulsen's and was told they were in stock, so I placed the order. Two weeks passed and they hadn't yet shipped, so I called again. I spoke with the person in charge of the orders, and was shocked at how unprofessional he was. He told me that he had just taken the position and that things were run so poorly that he didn't know what was what. He assured me he'd find out the status of the order and call me back. He never did. It went on like this for many months. I'd call, be told that the "boss" was out but would call me back. Not once did they call me back! I eventually called and told them that I wanted a refund. I was told that the boss wanted to talk to me about this and would call me back. Of course, he never called. I asked MasterCard to reverse the payment, which they did.I get the impression that Paulsen's is on the verge of bankruptcy... Still taking payments but not fulfilling orders.

Ordered a set of Ralley Wheels in March 2018 and paid for them!Now in January 2019 I still do NOT have the wheels and no refund!Stay away from this business, do not buy here!

Left a deposit for a hubcap I took home to try on a car. Brought hubcap back and was told " Pete has the $25. deposit and he wasnt in. I called and left message after message never got my $25. back. Just unethical people.

Pete paulsens motor sports is a joke cant get orders right on even a single rim and take five monthe to send to you and still get the wrong product and cant even return a phone call to help with the situation pretty un professional in every way cant drive my truck yet cause they cant even make one rim right ill see you at good guys sat and everyone will hear how crappy you treat your customers
