I first approached camping world because I needed a new fridge for my RV. No problem, ordered, brought it in, they replaced it. 3 hours of labor total. But, when I got the RV home, the fridge would not work.So I took the RV back in, and they said it worked no problem for them. Had them test it again. Turns out they had only tested it plugged into a 30 amp circuit.And my house batteries had gone bad. I knew my batteries were going bad, but apparently they were so bad that while the lights inside the RV work fine, it wasn't enough power for the RV to turn on to even detect to switch to propane. Which tells me they never tested the RV on propane.Ok, so I know it needs new batteries. So I had them replace the batteries, which included 2 hours of labor just to replace 4 batteries. When I picked up the RV, checked the fridge, it was working, because they had it plugged in.When I got it home, the fridge was back to not working. So I checked the batteries they installed and saw the sloppiest wiring job ever. I don't think they even understand the concept of parallel when using more than 1 battery. The batteries were completely isolated from each other, some things wired to one, some things wired to another, some things with the positive wired to one and negative wired to another (isolated) so that it would short out. There was even two negative leads going from one battery to the other same battery. And one positive hot lead that was attached to a battery and just dangling there (thankfully it didn't hit anything while I drove home causing arcing and a fire). All they had to do was take a photo of the wiring and wire it the same way, which is one battery to the next and so on, so they are all connected. It's like they just threw in the 4 batteries, so they could spend a total of 10 minutes on it, and charge me for 2 hours of labor ($400).I ended up re-wiring the batteries correctly myself (including replacing missing wires), took me about a half hour to do. But now everything works, and I'm not worried about it catching fire like with the mess they left.

Pete was the gentleman working who showed us a few trailers the day we came in. My fianc� and I wanting to upgrade from our 4'x8' trailer to something more comfortable for us and our 2 large dogs. I ended up calling him a few days later asking if he had a specific model I saw online with the floor plan we liked. We ended up going in to check it out and we fell in love with it. Pete was very nice and went over the numbers with us and everything with the trailer. We went for it! The day we came to do our walk through we were introduced to tom, mike, another gentleman and a guy named Kenny. Kenny did our walk through with us, he was very kind and very attentive. Answered all of our questions, gave us tips for caring for the trailer, he even spotted a few flaws on the interior trim and got new pieces ordered for us at no cost to us. The whole experience with everyone at the French camp location was great and we had no doubts about our purchase! We never once felt pressured to purchase anything, we were recommended quite a few things in thier shopping area but were never pressured to purchase. We left with a beautiful 2022 Keystone Hideout. I'm thankful for everyone there, even those who weren't directly helping us, they still chatted with us and shared stories on places to go. Poor customer service. Bought a bike rack on line. Followed the return instructions. We were advised to return to store. The woman told us she does not accept on line returns. I asked to read the instructions on the return paperwork which states return to your nearest store. She refused. I understand why this store has 2.5 stars. I am giving it 0 stars. They don t deserve a star. None of their employees seem happy. Had to give it 1 star to post

The people in the service department were very helpful and quite pleasant.Had what we needed for our travel trailer and even walked us through hooking the parts up to insure the proper installation.

I stopped by to get some parts and service work done and the entire experience was phenomenal. The parts department was incredibly helpful, resourceful, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The parts manager Olivia went above and beyond, exceeding every expectation I could have as a customer. She is only 24, but wow she knows how to take care of a customer. The entire parts crew worked effortlessly to get me taken care of and I couldn t be more grateful. This place is really making changes since when I came down in June. If you need any help with your trailer or parts, see Olivia, she will get you taken care of!!!! Thank you Camping World!!!

After spending several hundred dollars almost $1000 in the store three days in a row as I repaired they RV I bought one extra vent motorized that was $247 now three days in a row I ve been in the store and I came back to exchange it and they act like I stole something they were very rude wouldn t take it back and I ve been in the store three days in a row just you know but all my credit card show ID and everything they were very rude wouldn t take it back so customer service and policy over there sucksit s OK cause I sold it anyway but they treat you like in the sad part was the person who was exchanging it in, but the person who sold it to me when they went and picked it up without a box and everything so here when it fit it, but it didn t fit so I brought it back and it would not exchange it so to good store Mr. owner, but you need to work on them employees there s a place called Fresno hardware in Fresno. If you go there and see them employees how they treat anybody and everybody go in their store that s the way you employees need to treat people.

Bait and switch by management. Talked to a really nice girl about a part I found on the camping world website that was 11% off. The part for that price could be delivered or pick up in store. She put part on hold and went to the store to pick it up. They would not honor their website price that you can select to pickup in store. They said that you have to buy into a club or some kind to get that price.Completely ridiculous. The manager refused to come down stairs and talk and the employee was absolutely not helpful or caring whatsoever.This is why it made me sad that a national brand bought out a local mom and pop. I have never had any luck with camping world over the years and at least French camp really shouldn't get any business for not doing the right thing.

Brought our 2021 22 ft Cougar travel trailer in for inspection & what we believed to be warranty work. We purchased an extended warranty from Pan Pacific, which Camping World purchased, but assured us they would honor the warranty. We had 6 items for them to inspect, mostly minor. The major one was the refrigerator door panel fell off. The other items included removing plastic from sky light, which Pan Pacific installed as part of recall. Diagnose low pressure in toilet, check for possible faucet leak,shower door not staying on track during travel, and small leak under bathroom sink. All warranty was denied. They could not confirm any leaks. They charged $557.20 and only did a repair on shower door by changing rubber piece on handle. They charge $200 per hour.They left the bathroom dirty, with dirt towels, electricity on, and all tank, grey, clean, & black completely full. Mike, the service manager, did have them return & clean & then empty our black tank.Even after cleaning, a lot of dirt in bathroom floor.The tanks were all empty when we brought the trailer to them. We believe the charge was exorbitant for very little work & just inspections. Also they were sloppy. We will go elsewhere in future for repairs or try to fix ourselves.

This place would be extremely convenient if they actually carried more items that people need. I was excited to see them open, visited them once when they were new and they didn t have much which is understandable but I visited recently and they still have nothing that I ve gone to look for.They re really stocked on trailers and RVs but have nothing for inside your trailer needs.

I had purchased a 2016 Summerlin mini. I took it on a first trip camping world said CAMPING READY so I took my first trip and I was doing dry camping as I m filling up the water tank theres a whole bunch of water leaking from the bottom mind you I m already at the campsite so I gave camping world a call to see if they can help me to figure out why is the water leaking? They said they ll give me a call back never called back. So I end up packing all my stuff and leaving home and as I was going home I had a blowout in the middle of the freeway and I was with my kids glad it was nothing worse.. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVERY!!!

They have a nice setup in French camp. The only thing I fault them is they advertise boat engines but don't have them in stock. The people that work are nice and socialable

Best decision I ever made!I absolutely love my Keystone hideout trailer, Larry D and Mark really made it a special and enjoyable experience, and I recommend them and (pan pacific, now camping world) to everyone. As a 31 year old, trying to find affordable housing in the area has been a true nightmare, and that's when I decided to go in a different direction and seek full time living in a travel trailer, and IT WAS THE BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE. My trailer is literally an apartment on wheels, all the tech features, and the modern interior make it a wonderful living experience. All the compliments I get from friends, make me even happier that I went this route. Mark and Larry D made it easy and swift, from beginning to end. I felt confident and secure about my purchase, even Brady who showed me all the features in the service department was wonderful. I truly recommend Pan Pacific (now Camping World) to anyone looking for a travel trailer, they will take good care of you, and make you feel like family.Thank you again,Briana Campos

Workers were not very helpful, except to say we don't have a dump station except for RVs we work on. You'd think with Good Sam members they would have at least had some idea where one could dump, as it's doubtful we're the only people who have asked. While inside the store section, they acted like we were bothering them. Thankfully other Camping Worlds have been much better.

Prior to a week ago this was Pan pacific RV. Pete was pleasant to work with from the start. My disapproval of this location became about as of today once as they are now Camping World. Was due to have our newly purchased RV picked up from this location today. And delivered to us by 10am. By a hauler that was willing to work on a Sunday. About 1030 I called Camping world to confirm if our RV had a t least been picked up and in route. Only to be told that a return call would be given back to us. Within 5 min we received a call STATING that our propane tank had a leak and was not allowed to be taken. Know mind you we had our walkthrough on Friday two days earlier, and we were told and shown that everything was fine. But today is not. We were already at our location sitting and waiting. When I called back to speak with a manager. There wasn t one available and the guy that thought he was being helpful and laughing did nothing or us at ALL. Had a bit of a snickering attitude. I could put more names in here but I left that for their corporate location. Which when I asked for that number he gives me the Good Sam number and not camping world s information. I asked him as a paying customer and a new customer regardless of who bought who out. How can I be taken care of for this inconvenience. And he had NO damn response except to tell me that maybe our RV will be ready Monday or maybe Tuesday. I asked if they could at least pick up the tab for the delivery/ haul and right away he replies with no we don t do that he made to generous moves to move forward in a better aspect for something that we were NOT informed about. The original person who knew about us having a propane leak never even bothered to reach out either. Which I found out his name from the transportation guy contracted to haul for them. This team already needs to work more on better customer service and taking care of their customers in a better manner. I know have to take an extra day or two from work again to accommodate for their unsatisfactory. I would rather go back to the Vacaville location or somewhere in Sacramento.#UnhappyPayingRVCustomer

There website is not correct. They do NOT work on appliances.This is false advertising. I am sure it is because of the extended warranty. I bet they would do it if I paid out of pocket.

Dave Padilla "saved our bacon" when we got in just at closing time needing to buy a brake controller wiring harness. Thanks to him we are now successfully driving back across country with a working trailer brake controller!

Very nice RV center offering sales, parts and service. Salesmen are relaxed, honest, and don't try to pressure you. We worked with Jason Pargeon and he was very knowledgable, honest, with a no-pressure style of sales. You won't be disappointed! Large inventory, plenty of choices. Will definitely return!

Driving past the rv center, a trailer caught the eye of the Mrs. We turned around to take a look and were greeted by salesman Larry. He was so friendly and helpful answering questions about the trailer. His approach, knowledge and friendliness disarmed the Mrs and made her very comfortable. When ready to purchase a RV, this one stop service center will have our business! Exceptional professionalism is winner for us!

I must say that I had an issue with my 5th wheel that i purchased at pan pacific RV 3 years ago and the service department went above and beyond to fix the issue, always kept me informed and updated. very professional and great customer service. Special thanks to Adrian and Steve for their great customer service, and Bobby the service manager. if i could give 10 stars i would. its nice to have a place where you can count on doing a great job. I would give them 10 stars if possible! The people in service and parts were outstanding! We called because of two large holes in our underbelly above the tires. Steve in service got us in the next day. Steve and Bobby not only fixed our underbelly problem but they repaired a tire, replaced our fabric underbelly with a metal piece and repaired some water lines that had caused the problem. We were back in our park site the same day by 2:30. John, in parts, helped find us some things we needed and provided some great conversation while we waited. We are so impressed with this dealership that we are scheduling more work. Thank you to everyone who worked on our rig... you are what service dealerships should be...

A quick service call was scheduled and unfortunately our motor home required a warranty repair of the slide mechanism. The parts were ordered and received as promised and they did a great job working with the warranty company. Pan Pacific installed and got us on the road for a planned trip that we had scheduled, meeting all expectations. Bobby and the service whole team were nice, professional and accommodating.

When writing my negative review about Pan Pacific RV, I did so without a understanding of how the my deposit would be processed . In fairness to Pan Pacific RV, please disregard my negative comments . My deposit was refunded & in the process of being refunded at the time I wrote the review.

I cannot recommend the service department & would rate them a zero. I called for an appointment and was told to come in at 9:30. It took 30 minutes just to check in due to their slow process. When I called at the end of the day, Steve told me that my appointment was simply to drop off the RV. No one would look at it for 3 to 5 days. Why did I need an appointment time, if I was just dropping it off? Steve lied and said he told me all this up front. Not true. I can't trust someone who would lie about this since they may also lie about what is wrong. This is a very poor example of how to treat customers. I did not allow them to keep my RV for 5 days.

Gerry did a fantastic job, he worked close with us and found the perfect trailer for us to purchase, this was our first experience in buying a trailer and Gerry made it easy!!! Gabby Batchelor was awesome as well with the financing. Brady did a thorough job with the inspection and went over all questions we had. Also the General Sales Manager Steve helped us out with a small problem we had, over all it was a wonderful experience . Thanks again for all the help.
