Sam and his team have by far provided the best auto service ever! They are professional and most importantly Sam is HONEST! Instead of charging me tons of money Sam gave me warranty information and recommendations that saved me over $3,000 (free repair). I recommend everyone I know to West Coast Auto. They don t have to cheat people because their excellent service provides lots of business. Thank you West Coast Auto! Tonya-

I had a very smooth experience with Sam on fixing my car which had a coolant line leakage. The part was ordered very quickly within a day and i got my car back by the end of 2nd day. He is very honest and does the repairs only that are required for the car at that point of time. No unnecessary part replacements made and no extra charges. Would come back and also would recommended others.

Tej is very good person and very knowledge, i went over there as i was getting some sort of sound from dashboard and he without checking the car said everything in detail and as we know if we go to mechanic for small problem also they say us to repair even if its not necessary but these guys are not like to that, if its needed to repair they say to us otherwise they give us good opinion.As we know ,now a days we search for good mechanics who don t fool us and i would say this is the right place with good reviews.As for now i would keep this mechanic for my cars for sure and recommend to others as well,But i am not aware of the prices they charge, i would check it out further.

I made an appointment for an oil change as my mom recommended them. It's the only service needed at the time but I would go back for any service needed. Sam has always been great about being able to get my car in and out quickly. Good prices and honest. I've gone here for my whole 4 year stay in Fremont, and my old car has had some issues during that time and Sam was able to fix them all.

I have been regular customer of West Coast Auto Repair for about six years now. They have done wonderful job every time and saved me a ton of money. They are very precise in their diagnosis of the issues, discussing various options and resolution in very reasonable price. SAM and TJ both are very honest, hard working and are of very high integrity people. They have taken really good care of my both the vehicles. In addition to repairs, I also go for timely service of my vehicles. They are way better than those service technician's at the dealers shop.

Been going to this repair shop for 8+ years. I'll never go back to getting my vehicles repaired by the dealership. Who know who touched your vehicle that day and never pay that stupid dealership premium $$$?!West Coast Auto Repair in Fremont has a small team and can always refer back to the tech and explain what was seen and why it was repaired. They always keep the damaged / replaced item and show you for your visual inspection.Only go to this shop if you understand the importance of keeping up with your auto maintenance for the longevity of your vehicle. They keep all records for every time you have a repair or maint check up. This is not a cheapy auto shop that wants your money and then never speak to you again.I recently sold one of my vehicles and having all my records pulled up by Sam helped the buyer make a sound decision in purchasing my vehicle in which they happily paid more than the Kelly Blue Book Value.Services: Transmission, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Battery, Oil change

They've been my mechanics for 20 years. No matter where I've moved, I always get a roadside assistance plan that will take it to them. Sam and T.J. may be the only 2 honest people left on Earth. They will call around and do research if your car problem is one of those impossible to nail down kind of problems. I could go on forever with the frustrating situations my car has put them in, and they always do what's best for me too. How refreshing!

Wow, wow, wow. I would totally rate this place 6/5 if possible- absolutely outstanding! I called them in the morning, concerned about my car not starting correctly, and they said that they would see my car the same day, in between their other appointments. They helped get my car working properly again within a couple of hours. They also told me that if it happens to my car again, I can drop it off in the early morning and they will drive me to my work. So friendly and really great service- this is the place to go!

This is a family oriented business. Brothers, Tej and Sam are very knowledgeable and can identify the mechanical problems right away. I have been taking my cars to West Coast Auto Repair for the last eight years and am very happy with the workmanship. All my family members take cars to this excellent place. This family oriented auto repair place of East Bay extends very honest, sincere and excellent service. Their charges are very much reasonable and below dealer service centers. Once again I am very much satisfied with their excellent service.

Like we all have family doctor, West Coast Auto Repair is like family auto care for us.Sam's honesty and the respect he gives for his customers and his high quality service on my both cars have changed my decision to switch from elsewhere to West Coast and I am so happy so far with their services.I will be happy to refer them to my friends so that they get can similar excellent and affordable services.Keep up the great work.

We are serving all our cars at Westcoast Auto in the last 4.5 years since we moved to the Bay Area. We are very pleased with their thorough inspection, maximum life usage of the parts and the timely delivery. People are very friendly. Highly recommend to service your cars.

I had a great experience. First time customer.After my 1997 Lexus ES300 failed 2 Smog Tests, I was referred to West Coast.I called and discussed the the problem with Sam. He said he could help, so I madean appointment for the next day. He quoted me the diagnostic rate and his strategyfor solving the problem. It sounded great. After diagnosing my car Sam called me witha recommendation to solve the problem. I said yes. Sure enough after a couple of hoursSam called me back. Problem solved. Very, very, reasonable. No overselling of partsor services. It is nice to have a repair shop that you can trust.

This place rocks. Sam the owner and Tej the shop manager are down to Earth no pressure people. They put a new motor in my Volvo 850 including all the fine tuning for an awesome price and my car is working like a champ. Don't waste your time looking for the best deal. You'll save money right here while getting excellent service. Highly recommended.

The work was done quickly and at a fair price. Sam took the time to call and explain what needed to be done and asked for my okay to do it. Then when I picked up my car the next day he showed me pictures taken during the repair, the broken parts that were replaced, and how everything went together under the hood. Sam made sure I understood what they did and answered all my questions without making me feel like an idiot. They also actually cleaned my car under the hood and inside, looks better than it has in years. I (almost) want something else to not work on my car so I can bring it back to West Coast Auto Repair for them to fix it.

For someone who does not know anything about cars (except for fueling it up), West Coast Auto Repair has been a great boon for my family's modest car fleet. I have been using their services for a decade now and never once felt that I was getting ripped off (big problem with other auto mechanic shops). If there is anything wrong with the car and needs fixing or replacement, Tej or Sam (the owners) would just let me know. Sometimes, they would recommend fixing it but its not urgent. It will run for another few thousand miles and then you can get it fixed during the next tune-up.Which mechanic shop gives you these options?Guys, if you want a reliable auto-mechanic without ever getting the feeling that you are getting ripped-off, go to them. I have recommended them to many of my friends and everyone is satisfied with them.Bay Area's best auto-mechanics - West Coast Auto Repair on Mowry Avenue in Fremont, CA.

"Awesome" would be little less for classifying their "Excellence".They earned my trust by their hard-work, knowledge and suggestions.I personally found "Sam Mushiana", a very genuine and helpful Manager with abundance of knowledge on his subject. I have been visiting West Coast Auto Repair since 2011. The level of expertise and authentic advises from them really helped me to take decisions related to my car.Would wish them luck and success.

I have taken my vehicle in 2 times now. Both times I have received excellent customer service. And Tej always gives me the used parts back. I know the work was done that way. He also explains what's going on and the estimate is right on the money!

I have been going to West coast auto repair from almost 9+ years and I found them very reliable.They quickly identify the mechanical problem and will give you the possible options. One of my friend referred me to West Coast auto .My cars have been serviced here for the last 4 years. I found both Sam and Tej very prompt and trustworthy and always tries to accommodate with my schedule .I live in Tracy and few of my friends are also driving down to Fremont for service.Very professional , genuine and I recommend.

Wow what service! I couldn't ask for better care from West Coast Auto Repair and it's crew. They picked me up from road side, towed my car to their shop and fixed it. No surprise fees or hiked up prices. They explained to me the services and cost with no hassle or stress. They where there for me and got me back on the road! Thanks West Coast Auto Repair!!

Excellent customer care service. I was scouting for a trusted auto mechanic and happen to pass by West Coast in mowry Ave. There were several shops in that location specializing in different automobiles. I talked to Sam who was very helpful in suggesting recommendation on what options u have to consider. The cost involved and how u can save. Tj does the same thing. Awesome guys.

West Coast is the best Auto repair shop. Tej & Sam are the best, Tej knows everything about a Car and he replaces and recommends whats needed. They are very Knowledgeable, Perfect, Charging the Best Price and Friendly people.
