Great service, few days ago I bought tire online and also scheduled appointment. I been 15 minutes before my appointment, the tire replacement takes approximately 1.5h. Will use that service again

Awful experience. Walmart has an issue with their ordering system, tried buying tires in December and again in February, order kept getting delayed, cancelled, required multiple trips to the store then they booked me for 12, and when I arrive for my appointment, they tell me that they re going for lunch and they ll start on my car at 1. So I m stuck in this Walmart for 2 hours after numerous trips and calls with customer service trying to simply install the tires I paid for.I would quite literally recommend any place other than here.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Walmart Auto CenterI scheduled an oil change appointment at Walmart Auto Center for December 4th at 4 pm. Upon arrival, I was informed that the technicians had been sent home due to a corporate schedule change, even though I observed three technicians on-site. This left me frustrated and wasted an hour of my time.Despite reaching out to corporate for clarification, I received no satisfactory response. Three days later, I am still waiting for a promised call from someone at corporate. This lack of communication and accountability is extremely disappointing.The entire experience has left me questioning whether the service refusal was based on discrimination, as I am Latino. Regardless of the reason, the unprofessionalism and lack of customer care exhibited by Walmart Auto Center have been disheartening. I expected better from such a reputable company.

This walmart is completely and utterly not worth the time or effort for any kind of tire work. They should shut down the entire tire center and stop frustrating the customers. They seem to not be able to help the customers that need their tires serviced in a timely manner. They said i need to drop off the car when they open and pick it up when they close thats about 9hrs, how freakin ridiculous is that? And it's by appointment only. I bought the extended service plan and went in the store for tire balancing but they said they couldn't honor it because they lost the information in their system. What a joke! Its a good thing i kept my receipt. But if I lost my receipt they wouldn't have honored their service agreement. You will probably end up really hating your experience here! If i could give the staff and store a minus 5 stars. I would. Goodbye walmart..........

BE AWRE!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE . I ALREADY TOLD MY FAMILY MY RELATIVES MY FRIENDS AND ON SOCIAL MEDIA ABOUT THIS PLACE ! Certainly! Here's a suggested wording for your review:Extremely disappointed with the recent changes at this place The new manager has instituted a no walk-in policy, insisting on appointments only. When questioned, the manager falsely claimed this has been the policy since September, despite my regular visits without appointments for years. This lack of transparency and sudden change in customer service is disheartening.. please don t waste your valuable time with this place . A new manager is and probably would be the BEST THING THEY CAN DO .

Went to this store for tire change they took almost 3 hours,the employees in this store don t give value to your time. They think customer has to wait whole day for work to be done. There were no cars for tire change prior to mine but they still take so much of time. Go here if you wanna ruin whole day. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE FOR AUTO CARE.

I've had a great experience here. customer service is great. I was helped out by Linda, she was very helpful and polite. they always have a higher volume of inventory for all tires. Although I had no appointment, they managed to squeeze me in to get my tire fixed. Other Walmart locations would not even bother doing that, they would just rather give you an appointment for a different day. Since I did not have an appointment, it did take a bit longer than usual, but I can't complain. A lot of people in the comments complain about a wait time, and expect things to be catered to them. The world doesn't revolve around you. Either wait for your turn or make an appointment. Simple as that. personally, I would go back to the center specifically, because I haven't had a good experience at other Walmart centers.

This place does not work on european cars even for a oil change. The walmart app does not tell you that before scheduling an appointment. The local auto care representative told me that the reason behind it being European cars require special tools and we do not have it. I highly doubt if this is the case as oil change doesn t require any special tools. Also, he asked me to cancel my appointment and said that he isn t allowed to reschedule it for a different Walmart location.

Fremont Auto Mall is the best. Gilroy location is great too. If you can try to call for an appointment first for faster service.

Get here 1/2 an hour before they open, got in at 6:30am on a Sunday. I was the second one in line, the one in front of me got in at 6am. As we pulled in the customer lady at the register was quick, there were 10 of us and after the 10th person was helped, they would not take any more until 1pm.The workers are busy. Get in early!

I think most people complaining on here don't know how to work the cheap system of Walmart. If you go in and are friendly to the employees, they'll tell you exactly what you need to do:Get on the app or the website, purchase your tires there, and schedule the appointment to install your tires online.Any kind of walk-in is going to be pushed out if there's an appointment and usually everything's filled with appointments hereThe staff are friendly, I've got good tires on my car now, and all at the installation price of almost half of others in this area. Yes, they're still a weight. Even with an appointment, it takes them about an hour or two but at least you still get it done with good tires for a cheap price. What I did was scheduled my appointment for when I usually do my shopping, brought the car in and while it was getting serviced got everything I needed at the store. Walk in simply won't work at this location unless she get really lucky.

time: between 7am to 10am June 30 2023The associate at the Walmart Auto care center gave me hard time. He is a oldman. I want to buy 2 tires for my 2019 Benz glc 300 at Walmart and change it at a shop I like.1) He was arguing and yelling at me that they won't change tires for Benz. I know that and that's not what I asked. I just want to buy tires and change at different shop. I felt so uncomfortable. I don't know why he is not listening to the customer. And he is getting mad. I tried 2nd time to explain. Then he understand. But he is not Sorry for misunderstanding. It is none of his business what tires I buy for my car.2) he is insulted me. He iscomplaining about me to the customers standing at the counter.3) he took very long to charge me for the tires. He has trouble entering numbers into the system. He can't read the numbers on the tire. I asked him that I can return the tires he said no. I said I gonna come back. I gonna go and ask my mechanic this is the right tire or not. He got so upset and started yelling at me saying you wasted all the customers time behind you. He complaining about me to the customers behind me. One of the customer in the line yelling.4)There is another old lady she started yelling at me. She said we can take the horse to the pond. But we can't make it drink water. It's none of her business. This is very rude. It's is so annoying. These people don't have manners.The want the store manager call me. Otherwise I gonna file a lawsuit.

The staff mostly are there to misguide you with some some agenda at least not know to me ,, but for sure. I went there at 11 and the person told me to come at 1pm since he said oil change starts at 1pm , I asked about Saturday and he said yes on Saturday also it start at 1pm. When I went at 1 the lady told me there are people who registered already and a person behind me at the line already registered at 11am. She said that I did not come at 11am when I had to get hold of the person whom I talked to , to prove I came at 11am. I then said that already someone told me to come at 1pm , she said she took 4 cars and do not have spot for my car. I insisted and finally someone senior told her to accept my request. I had to wait for 3 hrs to get the oil change done , the person behind me got the oil change done before me . This happened on 12/2/2022. The quality of service is very good and is very cheap as compared to bay area rate , but the customer facing person are there to misguide and turn you away with some very strong motivated agendas. Hope management sees this post and takes strong corrective actions.

Worst customer service. I called before I leave home to check if they are open or close and the operator on the phone told me that they are open till 7pm but they won t take cars after 4pm due to whatever reason. I arrived around 2:35pm and they refused to service my car (just an oil change) and asked me come next day. And the guy at the service desk told me we stop accepting cars after 1:30pm. WTH???If the business hours are posted till 7pm you shouldn t return a customer 5.5 hours before.Walmart management needs to keep check on these lazy employees because you can t just send away any paying customers like that with no reason.This is not the first time happened with me, and this time I decided to post it here.Another thing to point out that Walmart doesn t accept appointments or reservations, so its always walk-in service.Very pathetic Customer service.

I would give zero star if it s allowed. DO NOT go to this place otherwise you will get a bad mood for all day. I came in early in the morning for tire work two successive days and was told no tire work anymore for that day twice. Then how would it be possible to fix the tire at this place? Need to get up so early 6am in the morning or even do not sleep. Just for a simple nail removal? Customer is being treated so badly here.

My car was the last one to be looked for an oil change. Waited 2 hours and was told they couldn t do an oil change because there was something wrong with my car. The guy at the front desk said the mechanic was going to show me and he never did. He said to me is this your car and I will back it up for you. Will never come back

I used to live in walnut creek . Walmart people are very professional there. But Moved to this year ago . Walmart people in this area Fremont and Union City are very unprofessional and irresponsible. I was needing oil change . I went to Osgood Walmart 1st early morning waited long then they said they are closed until 1 pm . Then they told me u can try Union City Walmart. But i was keep calling their number continue like 20 min but nobody answered. Well i went their coz I needed service. But there was only 1 technician he said they are not doing service today . It was Saturday so i asked will they be doing it Monday then he rudely said I don t know . Seems like he was only making his hours to get paid .Well today early Morning 6:30 i went to Osgood Walmart again. Waited until 7 . Then guy showed up and said they are not doing auto services today coz they have shortage of technicians. What a time waste . I didn t even had breakfast i wanted to get this done 1st thing in the morning. They guy gave me number for Union City Walmart number and i called luckily they Answered this time but they said they are not doing auto services for 3 weeks . Wow right . Great experience right .It s waste of time to depend on Walmart auto services. I will never try it again. Any Fast speed oil changers are better . They may be little expensive but save your time that is more important i think . Well all best if u go there

In last 5+ years, this Walmart Auto Center has been 90% of time helpful and exceeded expectations. During COVID 2020-2021 they had staffng and supply chain issues. Most times oil change is good quality, it helps in mileage increase. Their technicians are good, but sometimes they are overloaded. I would rate this service center 4.5 ideally, as in all my visits, never had issue, and ETA was met. Linda, Jedi and all other folks are extremely helpful, if they are not overloaded. I don't have Tires service experience at this location, but they have good tires at decent price. Thanks to everyone at Warlmat Auto Osgood for all your hard work in rough times. - D

They installed 4 new tires as I requested.The day after, when I was going to work, my tire went flat. I stopped the car. Turned out that they had not fastened a valve properly. It was completely loose. I showed them the tire and they admitted it. They fixed it with no additional cost, but it wasted so much time from me and caused trouble. When I asked them to check up the other three valves to make sure that they are fastened properly, they said they will charge me for that.Also, my tire was making a sprinkler noise. When I told them, they said they hear nothing! Although it was a clear and loud noise. Eventually, I figured it was because they had installed the hubcap improperly. However, they were completely denying the existence of noise (basically lying about it).I will never go there again.

The costumer service is the worst it wasn t helpful at all.The made me to pay extra money for there fault!I put four brand new tires and they mess up my air pressure sensorAuto care center didn t talk about buying protection for tiresI don t recommend anyone to bring their car for service hereThey are all cheater and they know how to get your money and that s allGo anywhere but not at this Walmart

Don't ever go here. I brought in my car for a simple tire balance, while there were no other customers, and they took over an hour just to get started. After that hour, they said "10 to 15 minutes" and I waited in their waiting room - like I said I would - for ANOTHER HOUR before I got up to the register to ask about the work. The result? They said they couldn't do the job because of my tires. No call, despite giving them my number, no alerts of any kind. I wasted 2 hours because of their abysmal customer service. They don't even deserve one star but I can't go any lower. Save yourself the trouble and go to a shop that knows how to treat customers as something slightly higher than dirt. These people clearly do not know what they are doing, and the prices reflect that - you are getting what you pay for.If you have to talk to anybody, talk to the older white guy. He seems to genuinely care about you. The others, well, they only care about their paychecks.

I called at noon today to schedule an appointment to get two tires replaced on my car. When I called the employee I spoke to said they weren t taking appointments today. I thought that was weird so I asked if they d have an opening at 5pm, they said they should it looked open. I arrived to get my tires replaced at 4:53 to find a line at the register, by the time I made it through the line 20 minutes later. Just to find out that they are completely booked up through the night leaving me stranded at their store with a flat tire.

Wait times are really long on weekends, however, if you come in around 7AM it's usually okay and you'll get out by 8AM. Technicians seem to work faster and treat you better IF you are nice to them, simple rule in life.. Not much goes wrong with the service unless something could be wrong with your car to begin with, the staff are very prompt to let you know of anything out of the ordinary.

I m the last 6 months I have tried coming for an oil change here. Each time I m told they are either training people and can only do 3 cars per day, they only have 1 person that day and can t do it, or that they don t want to do any oil changes that day. Save your time, go to a different place to get your oil change done

I stopped by for oil change today Friday May 27 I was in the line for almost 10 minutes the technician made announcement we are not taking oil change.Waste gas and time.You guys deserve noting but to be fired

Wish I can give no star. The staffs are rude and the manager also the same. Tool 4 hours to do an oil change. At one point saw 3 staffs took 1 hour to do a car oil change. Normal should do two car at in a row. Also other come in just do a battery swap, took them almost 3 and half hours wait to get it done. Getting your car serviced else where is better than this Fremont brach.

Worst place to do your work, always with excuses. Short of staff, people are in lunch, no more walk in after certain time, so on after going 5 day, changed my mind to do my work at different service center.
