This is the worst tire shop I ve been to. Lying robbers who don t know how to give customer service. I called and asked if he had a used tire for my car and he responded by saying yes and gave me the price for it. I told him I ll be there in 15 minutes and he agreed to it. When I arrived he said that he and his crew will go on a 35 minutes lunch break. So why didn t he tell me before I came there so that I didn t have to wait? He knew what time I would arrive. After 35/40 minutes, when he was done with lunch, the tire technician said he didn t have the tire I needed for my car, even though I gave them my tire information when I called them. The front desk guy went back again and found a used tire that had no thread left and wanted to sell me for $45. I said that it was insulting for him to give that kind of a bad tire for that price. I said let s do 40 and finish the job (since I was in a rush). He didn t accept it even after all the major mistakes he made. These charlatans are the disease in our community. What made me sad is that they re probably Muslim since the front desk had Islamic symbols, even though they acted exactly as the opposite of a Muslim. I should know, since I ve studied Islam for decades under scholars. Using the symbols of truth as a manipulative tactic to lure in customers and then mistreating seems like a bad thing to do when you will be questioned on the Day of Judgement.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.I was there yesterday (sunday) and got an estimate for wheel replacement and ordered two new tires.I arrivived today at noon and the asiatic guy who works in the smog check next door treat me so rude and started giving me advice (that I never requested) about what to do with my locked wheels, he was so rude and had no idea about the deal I got from the owner (who didn't attend today), so I decided to ignore him.First I was told that the tires I ordered were ready, then the bearded man told me that there were picking up from the warehouse in union city, so I proposed to come back later and he told me that It won't take too long and they would replace rear wheels in the meantime so I decided to wait. After 45 minutes, when I asked how long it would take, he started yelling me and being so rude telling me that he was being very nice giving me a "good price" hahaha... and picking up my tires from the warehouse, and the most ridiculous comment was telling me that I should be glad cause that work usually takes 3 hours, in which planet takes 3 hours changing 4 wheels?? If you are an incompetent person, get another job.Of course, I didn't allow him to yell at me after he made me waste my time for something that I ordered the previous day. Then I decided to take my money to somewhere else, I don't want to make business with rude people who have no idea about customer service. Except for the tall blonde guy that works there, he was really nice to me.No way me or anyone I know will come back to this place.

Fair prices and super fast, no nonsense service. They take same day appointments. For full service (labor and parts) of 2 front rotor/brake repair it was $350 total ($180 parts and $160 labor + taxes and fees). Done in less than 2 hours. Walk in because my car nearly broke down on hwy.For tire installation (if you purchased own tires) it s $20/wheel + $10 total for rotation and balance.UPDATE! They finished my tire installation in legit 20mins. Floored!

If you are looking for quick, affordable and reliable services, this is the place to go.I got my 4 tires replaced and wheel alignment done in 2 hours. Mr. Ali is best guy to work with.I would recommend this place for any tire service needs

Terrible service, I came for a wheel alignment, and they made it even worse. The car pulls to the right. When I asked them to fix it, they started yelling and told me to go to hell.

Today I found an obstruction in one of my tires, and of course it's a holiday and nearly every shop is closed. Thankfully, the kind folks at Universal Tires were open, and they were able to not only find a replacement, but also dug up a lug nut key from inside of my car that I never knew existed! Prices were reasonable and the service was above and beyond anything I expected, will be going back for any of my tire needs.

I highly recommend this locations , as 3 companies are maybe squished in here. Tire, brake and alignment and Star smog. Go early they are busy all day and will turn you away, if they can not service you that minute or day. Spot on. and 20% tip from me. I only had one blow out but the spares I brought was also a repair bought new one in my size 235-45-17 a hard to find tire. Great job.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS. They sold me two USED rear tires without notifying they're used. One of them has cracks and is not repairable after 3 months. I was told by the other tire shop that the rear ones are MUCH OLDER than the front ones. And the rear ones cost the same price as the new ones I replaced later

Had a nail stuck in my tire. Went in told the man behind the register, he checked it, put some liquid and took out the nail instantly. Literally took like 2 minutes. We thought the nail was long and deep in, it was actually pretty small. He said the service was free. Definitely would come back here for any tire service!

It's an okay place for balancing and rotation, but the front desk refused to give me a receipt with work description done on the wheels.

Very quick, very helpful. Had a blowout and got a tow here, hoping for the best. Was really stressed and a bit unfamiliar with this kind of situation. They got everything taken care of super fast and easy, and were really friendly to boot. Had me on the road again in no time.

Replaced two AT truck tires on my hillbilly cargo trailer for $300. This was more than I was hoping for but reasonable given the large size of the tires. Also their shop has two entrances so it was easy to tow the trailer in and out and they helped get it into place. Very helpful guys and quite fast.

Very quick service...from the time I called to find out if he had the tires I needed, to the time I left with brand new tires installed on my car, it was just over one hour. Quick, efficient and good price for the tires. I'm very pleased.

I'm a very satisfied customer. I came in today to get my rims put on my car took no longer than 30 min. A+ as far as customer service, an quality work. The prices are reasonable.

I always get my tires from tire rack and many name brand tire shops "won't install due to liability", which is fair I guess, but thanks to that I found this place. Been going here for years ever since. Great customer service, fair prices, and fast quality service. What more can you ask for?

I called at 8:30 on a sunday and asked if they could install the tires I had with me already. With the drive to and from the shop I was home by 10 with them istalled. Very fast service and met all of my requests with a can do attitude.

My family was on our way to Carmel from Sacramento for a wedding when we suddenly ran over a piece of debris that popped our tire. These guys were not only open on a Sunday (holiday weekend) but found us a used tire at a fair price. They had us back on the road within 20 mins.

Great brother, gave me a used tire thats practically brand new! $40 even for the tire and installation. No visible wear on the tire, hooked me up in like 10 minutes

Fast service moderate price I changed my for tire there. they did it less than half hourFriendly staff. They have new and use bothtire. They do brake service as well.I highly recommend this tire shop for all. Try there service yiu love it. Thank you guys keep the good work.

Just tell them you need tires and they'll take care of you. No need to talk about prices bcus you'll get a reasonable deal and be out of their in a relatively short time.I suggest calling ahead of time and let them know own your situation for a better idea of what to expect from your visit.I was warmly greeted.
