Do not use Tirezilla. Their cost is cheap because their quality of work is cheap and attitude poor. Rupinder is rude and his staff is incompetent. You cannot ask customer service anything, they are incapable of original thought and their only response is wait for Rupinder to show up. I needed tires I shipped to them through Simple Tire returned for reimbursement and they couldn't be bothered for weeks to just attach the packing slip. I needed a signature on an inspection form certifying my tires were replaced now road safe, they refused because it was "extra work". They ruined the hubs on my brand new 2023 vehicle stripping the threads and refused to take responsibility or cover the cost of damage. 4 Hubs at $1366 each improperly installed and over torqued. They are not worth the time or your business.

Ever since I discovered Tirezilla, I ve consistently chosen them for tire changes and more. Their prices are excellent, and the service is top-notch. I highly recommend them.

Had a huge nail and found this place online and wasn t disappointed.Was in, got patched up and out in 15 min, service was fast accurate and no nonsense.Very impressed and will recommend for sure, of course have to test the fix but that would come later.Great work and great speed !$35 per patch .

I have been there couple of times. Last week there was a new guy working there. I was there for tire rotation, tire rotation should be done in X style but this guy was changing front tire to rear on same side. I politely just ask him if he can do it X style (rear left should go right front and vice-versa) as recommended, he replied do you want to do it or you want me to put back, I asked him again if if he is able to do it the way it is recommended and again he replied the same. So I had to ask him put it back and I just left. I don t think I will ever go back to them.

+(*)Amazing Customer service EVERY Time ! always Greated With a smile , Fast and Efficient.+(*)Prices are the Lowest I have seen ! all in all very satisfied with Pricing . I do Recommend to get Cash the do Charge I believe 4 or 6% card fee Not bad but to save your self some $ just take Cash .+(*)Restroom is always Clean when I Go that's a HUGE PLUS for me.+(*)Very HELPFUL I had a Hard time Starting my Car the one guy that was there today he was Very helpful ! I GENTLY APPRECIATE the assistance at No extra fee he was just nice enough to help.+(*) Convenient Location , always Fresh in Lobby so sweaty HOT very comfortable , they offer PAYMENT PLAN ! that's cool.Thank you Tirezilla ! Great service. Quoted the prices for fixing the flat tire beforehand. No surprises, no guesswork! It took 10 mins to get it fixed. Absolutely amazing service!

Promptly fixed my tire which had a nail in it, no appointment needed, $35 for the service. I know that you can get cheaper but they were there right when I needed it so I am grateful for that. I will recommend them.

Had screw in my tire... Fixed it right up, quick!!! Checked and added air in my other tires.... Great service, friendly staff!!!

Great customer service. We brought our Tesla and they checked it out immediately. There was a huge nail in the tire and they immediately fixed it. They treat you with dignity and respect. Definitely they earned a lifetime customer.

Tirezilla is one of the best places I've been to, period. The staff were very knowledgeable, gave me tips and walked me through the entire repair. Two nails (one of which punctured the tire) were embedded in the tire. They quoted me at $60 for the two patched, but once they realized that only one was punctured, told me I only needed one and set a $30 bar (which was even further lowered). I was able to watch each thing they did with utmost care and skill. I was truly impressed by their honesty and helpfulness and I know I will be a regular customer whenever I need anything regular maintenance or tires related.

Great place! I came here thinking I needed a new tire due to a piece of metal being stuck. However, after further examination by the shop, it turned out to be a blade that didn't penetrate. They were honest and willing to help. I will return for my front tires after my brake replacement in a few weeks. I support honest small businesses!

I called a few placed in town. Tirezilla gave me the lowest price over the phone. I made an appointment for the same day. I was half hour late from my appointment time. They were already working on a deferent car. When I went in Garry immediately took my keys and started working on my car. Within 45 minutes I was out of there. I payed exactly what they quoted me over the phone. I latterly saved $120. Definitely gonna come back for my other too. :)

Tirezilla is amazing they're at least 20% lower then the five other prices I got from major tire shops.The staff is very knowledgeable friendly and fast I don't think we spent more than an hour hour and 5 minutes at the facility.I highly recommend using tirezilla I'm telling all my family and friends and finest place to be a true gem.

I took my r8 here and won't ever hesitate to return. Wonderful customer service and time is taken to do the job right. Care taken with the wheels and tires. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Very nice people, hard to access as you must go around the back side from Christy road, due to the barriers for trucks for not to let them enter, access is from the back.Owners are very cooperative, polite and very friendly.Quick service, whenever I went to replace tyres, it was quick, fast and job nicely done, taking care of all the wheel or tyre related issues.

Okay so let me tell you about this place Mike works there and he is the greatest guy. You can go there and get your tire fixed set back watch some TV relax read a book , get a great price on new and used tires. Blow out a tire and need just one good tire this is such a friendly place to go and take care of all your troubles. I get my tires you're all the time I suggest you go and meet everybody there. Very easy on the wallet

Needed some used tires in Fremont. Called these guys, they had some good reviews. They are legit got good really good price over phone came in and Mike hooked it up. Ended up getting some new tires for a sweet deal.

Cheapest prices in town and they got me the tires same day. Costco told me it would take them 3 days to get the specific tires i was looking for. Definitely will be coming back in the future.

Googled these guys. They gave me a really good quote over the phone. Made an appointment. Withen an hour my car was done. Garry is a really honest guy. He didnt try to sell me anything. He gave me honest advise on my breaks. Will definitely be back.

These guys were great I had a blow out on the freeway and found these guys on Google I pulled up let them know my situation and they tried to help me as much as they could though they didn't have the tire I needed in stock they still made sure I was safe to get back on the road at no charge at all awesome guys. And by the way my Escalade made it the 200 Mike trek back home thank you.

This is place is on another level of professionalism, they were very nice and super polite and took there time to make sure they repaired my tire properly and had me back on the road safley, plus they considered the fact I had a 700 Mile drive ahead of me, I would recommend this tire shop over any in the Bay area.

Went down the street to bla bla bla and they told me it would be about 4 hrs vefore they could get to me. They did me a favor. I went to Tirezilla and not only did they beat the price by $100 they had my car ready in about an hour. Sent my brother there the very next week.

A short nail in tire, they took it out and find no leak. They put tire back add air for all then told me no fix no charge, it is free. I can't comment on the skill, but they are professional and honest.

Tirezilla is by far the best tire shop in the East Bay.There customer service is second to none.And I like there prices more than I can say.First time I've ever had a matching spare!Thanks Gary u rock.
