Avoid Toyota of Fremont. They are incompetent, feed you missinformation and the new car prices mark up is like 8-9 k above MSRP. No one there seem to be in the same page about car inventory and information given is incorrect.

From the moment I entered, the customer service experience was amazing. I was taken care of in a timely manner, and the staff I met seemed to really enjoy having worked for Lexus of Fremont for many years. Ali was amazing to work with. He delivered on the deal, and did not let me leave unsatisfied. Highly recommend this dealership!

My experience there is a good one. Made an appointment to have my Silverado check transmission issues and others. The thing is that all this was on thanksgiving weekend. There was lack of communication between them and I. But to finished i was satisfied with the repairs done to my truck. But the no $$$ out of pocket. Truck is under warranty.

They have very good service. They take good care of you wash your car when they're done and even give you free loaners if you need to have service overnight or a couple days. We bought our car here and got a good deal. very happy with our Subaru outback.

Great place to take your Lexus for servicing. Fair and honest staff especially Oscar and Christina! There's new ownership of this dealership so the jury is still out on what impact if any this will have on their practices. I've always been pleased with how staff take care of me and my vehicle!!! (So far!)

I like this place as it gives you a lot of options for shopping and downtown kind of experience in a part of this area.Many of the big brands are here - Costco which I like the most, Target for almost everything, Lowes ( Home stuff), Ulta (favorite place of women). A lot of eatery options e.. Red Chilli Pepper, Subway, Panda Express, StarBucks and many more.Nearby there are almost all cars showroom within a mile - Toyota, BMW, Porsche, Mercedes, Nissan, Subaru, Accura, Honda.You can spend your whole day here to be honest and empty your pocket even if you have a lot of money

These guys are knowledgeable and extremely kind, but terrible at getting cars out in a timely manner. We had to wait after hours for them to finish installing 4 tires (and everything that comes with them). Apparently, if the assigned service manager is not going to be there to release the car the next day, it has to be done before he leaves. I would have happily left the car overnight instead of spending 8 hours in Fremont waiting for my car. At least I got some shopping done. This happens every time.

This is not my first visit here and something never changes! Service and acknowledgement are poor. The delearship is clean and spacious but they are not interested to do one thing...to sell! Spent 45 minutes looking around but sales agents were too busy chatting with themselves. Not professionals. This is last time I will ever visit.

Clean place. Dropped off my car for repairs and was out of there within 10 minutes with Lyft on the way to take me home. Awesome service advisor Pat O'Brien! Friendly, caring, knowledgeable he is perfect! **PAT GETS 10 's!!** When my car was done Pat ordered me another Lyft to bring me to my car! Happy customer! I

Delivered wife's car to Lexus of Fremont, they tried to upsell us a 500 dollar amount on a simple oil change, gave me attitude when I questioned their price in comparison to recent same service at Volkswagen, then took 2 hours for simple oil and filter change that cost over 140 dollars in comparison to 56 dollars at VW, never going back there.

We bought our car from Nissan and it has been one big train wreck after another. Never gunna buy from them again! The car is great but the staff there are horrible to deal with unless your a new customer.

To be honest ever since the pandemic hit this place is slowed down a lot. I brought in my car to Lexus for a service recall. I'm assuming you can get a good deal on cars nowadays it seems to be extra slow. Good shoppings

Wish I could do no stars...Honestly, I'm not sure what buying a car from them is like; but all car buyers sat in there as long as I did.I was sent by AutoNation with a very reasonable offer. Not overly estimated to get me in the door or scrap price; which made me trust them as a company.After an hour and half, of waiting in their lobby. Never even made it to an office or to sign paperwork. The only interaction I had was them offering half my estimate. When I asked why it was lower considering I was honest about the car.They didn't even know what my quoted estimate was! Seriously?I waited another 30 minutes with no communication. I had to ask two random gentleman just chatting at the reception desk for my keys to leave.If their only sales tactic is to make you wait two hours, thats sad.I'm a female who has rebuilt cars, don't judge a book by it's cover.I donate the car to Goodwill.

Today we brought the car for diagnosis, we were waiting for the technician, Scott came over, he seemed very inpatient as if we are bothering him, he was trying ignore the real problem and tried to do a quick fix on the spot. We showed him the problem and he was not happy and have a attitude, telling that he has no time for us today. We were very disappointed and hope for other techniians will be better.

We went looking for a used truck down the Fremont Auto Mall. We were thinking we really wanted a Chevy so we went to Toyota first. The salesmen were right there to help us, showed us several models, were welcoming and knowledgeable.We went over to Fremont Chevrolet and we're very disappointed. We walked all around looking at the trucks, no salesman came over to us, although there were a couple walking around. I had emailed them the night before about a truck that was advertised on their website and they did respond with details. We found the particular truck, but again nobody there who wanted to to help us. Later I called them and scheduled an appointment. Again, very disappointed when the inside of truck smelled like smoke and the salesman brushed it off, saying it's a truck, everyone who drives a truck smokes! I asked about an extended warranty and again he was not helpful. Hopefully it was just this particular salesman having a bad day.

It is a nice auto mall with several car dealers. We bought our Acura Here. Very friendly and great service at Acura of Fremont. Good place to check out new car models and test drive them. I am hoping service department is as good as sales.

This Toyota dealership service center was not the best experience . You can really feel and see the difference between this and a Toyota Lexus car dealers service center. "Pay a little less - get a little less . Happy with my CAMRY I must admit. Hope it keeps me out of here.

Needed to take my Honda Civic into the service department to have the passenger side airbag replaced due to a recall. They were quick, professional and kept me informed of their progress. I highly recommend Fremont AutoNation Honda.

The dealership I went to is not very service oriented. I'm not sure if COVID should be allowed to be an excuse for their work dynamic process performance :/ crossing my fingers for improvements at this Auto Mall; they are already sort of spoiled by the nearby shopping plaza areas.

Excellent service. Great questions when narrowing down my needs. Friendly staff and very professional in all levels of catering to the customer. Transparent when showing "real" numbers and helped in understanding the math and logistics when buying a car.

This is for AutoNation Honda. Had a good experience buying a car here back in Aug but once u start having problems w/ it, esp if it's their making, you'll never hear from them again. I'm from out of town (3 hrs) & Bought a car w/ a loan from my bank but had to temporarily use their bank to it get it off the lot the same day & had a 7 day grace period for our bank to issue the check. The bank & I confirmed w/ them that They got it & it only took 2 days.2 months later, found out they went ahead and financed it through their bank (which had a high interest rate) & car payments & interests racked up w/o our knowledge. Talked to sales guy & manager...they apologized n will look into it & get back to us. NOPE! Dead silence, ignored, hung up on & the run around on every call I made.Checked BBB & they're not accredited by them & rated w/ a score of a F! That should tell a lot. Shady af dealership who do anything for a big check!

as dealerships go, it's a dull affair with no true incentives, yet despite this it is still a notch higher than lower end main street dealerships. the area is too choked with people to be able to balance fair sales with necessary sales. these dealerships are all linked, and too often a listed car is not really available because it hasn't passed smog or has some other unpublished issue. go to San leandro or San Jose, and keep in mind this review doesn't apply to luxury cars. that's a whole other headache not to be found in Fremont.

It's convenient to be able to go down the road and hit several dealerships at once. Most places are very relaxed and not pushy, sales-wise. We had a great experience car shopping!

They tell me to come in at 1-2pm and gave me at least a 2-3 hour window and call me back. Which is a fine wait. It has been 4 hours, the svc maintenance has closed and not a phone call from them. It was not the first time too when this happened. Lesson learned from me. Next time I should have it serviced at Melody Toyota. They are more professional imho.

Customer service of Toyota Fremont is the worst. Be aware before going there for buying any cars. They will make you fool out of their promises after promises and kill you silently without speaking a word in response of any question you want from them. Never ever go and do business with these guys again. Don't wanna send any of my family and friends to buy in Toyota. Fremont. Not a good dealer of Toyota brand at all. It sucks.

This dealership definitely keeps their word when something goes wrong they say they're going to fix it take care of you they do exactly that maybe a little difficult... but they do work with you and get things done.and the cost is on them...very honorable dealership the salesman's that are there are great and so is their finance department.....
