Brought in my newly purchased MY for gap adjustment and pain correction, was told car would be ready the next day by the advisor Jonathan, yes no update no communication no replies whatsoever after my requests to update in the app messenger. Cannot even get thru via phone so I went to the site to check, and see my car been parking at the lot outside with lots of bird poops on the hold and the rear bumper! Totally unacceptable!! At that point no gap adjustment were done saying there is nothing off specs, so I asked for the car back right away. The manager Erik apologized and promised the detail the car the next day, but the trust is lost with such a way to treat a customer car, simply ridiculous!!!

Fast WiFi with coffee and seats. My original issue was fixed, but another issue was caused. I returned a week later but was told it's not fixable. The next day, I went to another service center location, and they took care of me.

I was there on Saturday September 24th for a side mirror appliqu� cracked fornoreason. I was drop in and try my luck. Steven was busy with other Tesla owners but he was able squeeze in some sometimes and look my car. He was able determine that Tesla can take care under warranty. I was so impressed with his service and professionalism. Pictures two is after the fixed and it is looks so perfect. I will totally recommend to my friends that interested in buying Tesla because they willing to take responsibility for their quality control and reliability.

Erik, Stephen, and jose are INCREDIBLE and really took care of me even tho the issue was out of all of our control. This place focuses on the customer and makes sure we have a safe tesla to enjoy!

We had software problems starting when the driver screen froze. We used a YouTube video to troubleshoot and it worked but after this we lost the connection to the phone app. We scheduled an appointment as offered by the app. We adjusted our work schedule based on that time and date. The I.T. Person that reviewed the issue and replied give us the same instructions as the troubleshooting process that we did before. A day before our appointment at the Tesla service center at Kato road, in Fremont CA, the IT technician, arbitrarily, moved the original appointment one month later. Since we made work time changes to make it to the original appointment, we ignored the change and went to the service center.The best part happened at this service center when the personnel reviewed the messages exchange between us and the IT person. They still provided service and fixed the issue. I m giving 4 stars because the inconsiderate IT decision. We appreciate the in-person service provided by Tesla.

Gaby at Tesla Fremont exemplifies exceptional customer service. She deserves 5 stars within herself, however due to the continuing problems with my car, this SC as a whole gets 3 stars, subject to review if my issue gets resolved. Gaby's meticulous handling of the logistics for my vehicle's multiple service visits surpassed expectations. Despite the inconvenience of four visits, Gaby's professionalism, clear communication, and dedication ensured a smooth process each time. Her commitment to resolving issues promptly and efficiently reflects Tesla's commitment to customer satisfaction. Gaby's outstanding service sets a high standard for the industry, leaving you impressed and reassured in Tesla's after-sales support.Background:My vehicles moon roof got replaced a couple years back after enduring a rock chip at the Santa Clara SC. After the initial replacement, I noticed a gap in the roof, as well as water starting to leak through. After being replaced twice at that location and, and months waiting for parts, I decided to go over to Fremont to see if I would get better luck there. They were able to replace it for the third time last year, only to find that this year during the raining season, my roof started to leak again! I took it back to Fremont and they stated that the gap was too large when installing the replacement, and that they had to replace it, AGAIN for the 4th time! During testing, additional water stains/damaged seeped into my interior lining. I was told that they had a detailer come and try to clean it, but there was still stains there. Gaby stated that she was working with management regarding the replacement of my liner since this happened during testing, and she was told that it had to come out of my pocket! I was questioning this and advised her that additional water stains occurred during testing, and she was able to get with another manager; Eric, to get this taken care of. I am now waiting for word from them as to when to bring back my vehicle, because apparently the liner for my make/year is hard to find. So, I am on standby till then but am hopeful considering that Gaby has taken care of me throughout this time. I will update this review once I hear back from the SC.

After receiving the Model Y LR, I found my steer wheel was off center. Felipe and Jessica helped me with the steer wheel and explained the diagnostic, went on a test drive with me both before and after the service to make sure the steering was centered. I am very happy with the level of service received.

Ask for Bryan and Rob! Very nice and knowledgeable staff! Got me in and out quick and was provided a loaner car. They actually took their time to listen to my concerns. Highly recommend!

So when you take your Tesla in for service, the app says "just leave it in the parking lot and we'll take care of the rest once you mark it as dropped off" and that's a lie. That apparently "doesn't work at this service center" so my car was sitting for hours in the parking lot, meaning half the techs had gone home before they even knew my car needed to be worked on. This has taken what should have been a 2 hour service into a multi-day adventure. At least they were able to give me a loaner car...4.5 hours after my appointment started.

Terrible service, made me wait almost 1 hour. I did explain to the service advisor I had a meeting at 2 pm and said I should get an update by 1:30 and made me wait all the way till 2:30. No loners available, the place was not understaffed so I am unaware what the issue was and why I had to wait so long. Go to Tesla Santa Clara service and save your time.

Service advisors are friendly. My Tesla was in and out in a short time for a quick service. Waiting area is clean and simple but lack of amenities comparing with other premium brands.

I was dropping by for an insurance related problem where Tesla got a wrong VIN on my Tesla insurance. It s not. Default customer service question for here, but Martin was really helpful and attempted to provide guidance.Appreciated so much!

Service was good, people friendly.Waiting area is a big disappointment. Seats are stained and dirty. They have a computer table, but no power outlets and no chairs, so it's useless :(

We needed screws the back license plate and were able to get them right away. Went to another location and was told to go to a hardware store. Nice and friendly!

Had my 2013 Model S85in for service for the AC system fuse replacement and some diagnostic work on a clunk sound in the drive train. Fuse was replaced but clunk sound was traced to a torn front motor mount bushing. I wanted the bushing to be replaced, but the service center said they didn t have the tools to do that work and would just replace the entire drive unit for $7000. No go for me, too expensive and I ll find someone who can replace the bushing. I also inspected the bushings when I got home and noticed that the technician who worked on my car forgot to tighten three of the underbody cover bolts, as they were ready to fall off. Sloppy work! Hence the two stars!

A great place to get your Tesla serviced. I have had the same technician for a few years and she is excellent. By appointment only. Many repairs are done while waiting.

Staff is friendly, but everything else is horrible. No shuttle service, no loaner vehicle, no ride share service credits, guest Wifi does not work, over expensive Tesla service. Only go here if you are desperate or have an emergency to get your vehicle fixed.Another visit to this trash service center, I had order parts for my car which were in stock and they won t ship them to this location. They made to go there twice and both times they said they re unavailable. Pathetic service

Overall the service is pretty good. James took the time to listen and try to understand the concern and problem but he still missing some details and instructions on what I want them to check. He seemed to be in the defense side when I told him about the problem I have encountered with the car which is understandable I guess I also asked to see the activities log and they can't provide that (hmm dislike) they said I have go through some legal paper work They need some improvement on where they're parking customer cars over night, they left my car out under the tree and it rained over night and this poor guy(pic) is picking stuff out of my car because they don't use water and there is no other way this guy could clean it Come people! Can only imagine what this guy is dealing with lol. They gave me 2018 Model S to use while my car was in the shop. I was clearly informed that if something happens to this car I am responsible for . They check the tires pressure and topped off the washer fluid Goodwill Service" for my car which is a nice touch.

UPDATE / Visit #2:Dropped my car here for service but because my car is out of warranty I was not offered a loaner. My car wasn't ready by the provided estimated completion time so Stephen was kind enough to offer me Uber credits which is IMMENSELY appreciated because I was using rideshare to and from work which is expensive. Thank you Stephen!1st Review:Had the dreaded "12v low battery replacement" error on my Model 3. Hearing that after the warning I may have either 3 minutes or 3 months before it dies I had to try to see if I can go into the Service Center to get it replaced without an appointment. Steven was able to squeeze me in an hour before closing! It only took 30 minutes! Steven and Monique are great-- what service!!

Good service. They don t provide transportation any longer (while your car is being serviced). I guess Tesla is not considered luxury car any longer.

I dropped off my car with an estimate of $528 but the final invoice was $258. I'm really happy that they are honest and provided $100 uber credit while the car was there for 6 hours. I'm a very big fan of Tesla so far since 2016.

This five stars is for Manager Jorma.New Tesla Y showed low psi warnings on screen and found out the rim was damaged. None of other tire/wheel shops can handle it so had to wait over the weekend before I pulled it up to Tesla Service. The advisor of Fremont Service Center (An+*^y?) was unprofessional and rude. He didn t even take a look at the damaged wheel and refused to replace it same day. Kidding me? You want me to drive this damaged wheel on highway to my work? Is this the Tesla that I love? I was so desperate and needed to talk to the manager.And so there came the manager Jorma . He totally changed the situation. He is so professional, so kind, and extremely supportive. He communicates effectively and compassionately. He completely understands our concerns and needs for the vital safety of a good wheel. He made the replacement work done in 30 minutes!! Amazing!!! Best manager ever!! Thanks!!Service: Tires

Accepted appointment. When I went there, they said they won't do it. I had the pictures of the damage uploaded as well. When asked, the answer - "Good question". What incompetence!

I went to drop off a return (purchased online), just to find out that they do not accept any returns bought online. Meanwhile, the Tesla email stated I could take back the item to ANY Tesla service center or FedEx location. I was disappointment since they did not honor what the email from Tesla stated. I have proof of the email as well.As a result, I had to make another trip to FedEx to drop off the return.

New 2023 MYLR for two weeks and driver window does not close all the way. Two days prior to the scheduled appointment, front motor was disabled due to an issue. They took care of all the issues at the same appointment(replaced window motor, replaced front motor inverter). Gave me a m3 loaner.
