Receptionist was very clear about everything and the team keep update you when the car will be ready to pick up. My friend had similar problem with my car and and ot it fixed at other place and told me it took them 3 weeks to get it fixed but mine they fixed it in only one week.Also they clean the interior for you.

We have good experience with Service King s repair. Very pricey but we got our car like new. Punctual, well described about our problem and it is authorised service of many branded Insurance company.

No comments on people I met here. All good and easygoing. My brand new (1 month old) car collision repair done here. Felt it s costly (repairs cost is 35% of my car price) and I feel my car is ok. getting little issues(AC repair, it took a week. Dropped on Tuesday and heard from them that my car ready on Monday evening ).Here I'm seeing many people said service done in 24 hours even for bumper change. I don't think so its possible or not. if go for claim or even the customer pays from their own pocket as estimate itself takes a day or at least an half day and then go for insurance approval.

They were great exclamation mark my car looks fabulous after they fixed the dent they even detailed my car period there was plenty of parking and enterprise rent a car picked me up from there and then when I picked up my car I was able to just leave it at service king and go on my way period I did have a problem the first week after getting estimate period it was very difficult to get through on the phone period so comma I called my claims adjuster and he had Service King get a hold of me and it was smooth sailing from there. Even with the phone issues I give them five stars.

Deducting one star because they didn t keep us updated on the pick up day and there was an issue with suspension for which we had to go back to the shop. But the work done is superb!Carlos is your guy, he is very good and educated us on our options. He is technically sound and helped us in understanding the faults in the car.Thank you!

Horrible place to take you car. They will do everything and anything to total your vehicle. Not even willing or going try to work with you and they claim they will do low cost budget to get the parts. That was a F@@&$ing lie. Getting a hold of them is impossible best bet to call them is call the main branch and make a complaint and you ll have the main manager talk to you. If you want your car fix don t take it this place. Other than that if you want to get paid and get peg with a totaled vehicle this is the place for you. Also. Lastly. They took I mean stole my coin changes and my 120 dollar phone Mount wireless charger with rgb function and motion detection sensor that was left in my car. This wasn t even considered totaled yet just found out when I was told to get the rest of my stuff. Shady people in service king.

It was quick and easy. Our car got repaired in 24 hours where they replaced bumper. They also cleaned the car without extra charge. I really liked the friendliness of the staff. They provided accurate information.

I was in a traffic collision (everyone is okay) and I filed my claim through my insurance the same day it happened. My insurance recommended Service King Collision and I am so glad they did. I was able to drop off my car at their satellite location in Dublin which is only a mile away from my house so it was very convenient. From there they transferred my car to their Fremont location free of charge that very afternoon. Manny from the Fremont location called me that very afternoon to let me know my car arrived safely and an estimate of how long repairs would take. I received a call the following day from Manny and he let me know the extent of the repairs that needed to be done and answered all my questions. I received a call on a Wednesday saying my car was ready, two whole days before the original completion day! Service King Collision made this such a seamless and care free experience. I couldn t be happier!

Their service is right to name them. It's just wonderful. My BMW was smashed by a crazy woman. My agent recommended me here. Finally, when I went to pick up the car, I found that my car seemed to be new, which made me feel incredible. They replaced the badly damaged parts of the body. They have helped me repair a lot of small details. Thank you very much. Worthy of the title of king.Services: Painting, Auto glass repair, Body & Trim

I was referred by AAA. Great service at AAA, but not a good experience at all in here. They called me as I was pulling into their parking lot, but lied they did not call. The lady at the front desk was rude. If your completely new to this location and don t know anyone you could not expect a great experience. I have been customer service line all my life and this is not the way how to treat your clients. Not recommend.

Great work done and incredibly fast at that. The person in charge of my car is name was John Bravo and the man was extremely polite and equally informative. The estimated completion date of my repairs was spot on with what he gave me. From start to finish, he made my 1st time experience with Service King a real pleasant one. I will definitely be referring friends and family to this place when the time comes.

Professional, knowledgeable, polite, thorough and efficient--theirs should be the standard for the highest quality service of its kind. We brought in our car for minor repairs to our bumper. Throughout the process they kept us informed--and delivered ahead of schedule. They provided transportation back to our home,and after they finished, the car was washed and delivered to our home. Our service representative, John Bravo, followed through with an email summarizing all activities and asked if they could do anything else for us. In all the years we have had the occasion to repair our cars, we have never had such great service. Thank you, Service King!

Service King Fremont took care of my car repairs after an motor vehicle crash when I was rear-ended. They were in almost daily contact with me through email and text messages. Everyone was very kind and professional. I was very pleased with the work and customer service. I highly recommend this shop for your repairs.

Well organized shop. Helpful staff who communicate clearly expectations and terms. They are also friendly with pleasant accommodations for waiting. They are well coordinated with the insurance companies so all processes are easily handled. My car was repaired on schedule and looking great!

I was really reluctant to bring my vehicle here because I have never heard of them and didn t know anyone who has work there. But I went ahead and set up my appointment. I was greeted by Kelah, who was very polite, super patience, and knowledgeable. Service King s check in process is best I have seen ever because they actually not only look at damage but also took photos of entire vehicle for any damage. From start to finish I was updating about vehicle status and reassured their main priority was to make my vehicle pre new condition. My vehicle is a 2020 Honda Pilot with 1300 miles so I was really really upset with this situation. Again Service King assured my vehicle would be fixed to pre new condition which they did. Upon pick up I was looking at damage trying to find any flaws I even look at different angles as well parking vehicle in direct sunlight. These guys did one hell of job. I m still upset that my newish vehicle was in a accident so early in its life but Service King did a great job better that I expected. Thanks to Kelah, Kevin and rest of staff at Service King

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE ..Waste of time they make u call Gieco if u r 10 mins late???? Life happens . Wasted my whole work day. Could they not put exact time requirement in appointment ?? I will never go here again

Took more than a month to repair. Rude customer service. Returned the truck without inspection. Ended up having to take it back for fixing, which took another two weeks and finally didn't fix one of issues at the end

This has to be the most unprofessional experience that I have ever recieved from a shop. The general manager of the shop(Heather) did not call me back for three weeks after leaving multiple messages for her. I finally decided to drive down to talk to the shop and Heather told me that she was too busy to fix my issue. The shop took way over the time limit that the gave me as well as doing an horrible job on my car. I would not recommend this shop to anyone that actually cares for the car. A month after the shop gave me back my car I noticed a problem. The problem has not been fixed and they are refusing to talk to me. If I could have given them zero stars I definitely would have.

Service King provided excellent service.Service was completed in a timely manner. Customer service was wonderful. I was kept informed in regards to the parts, service and when my vehicle would be ready. Wheel I called to schedule the estimate, I was given a date 13 days out which to me seems b unreasonable -- apparently they give priority to walk-ins, so next time that's what I'll do. The estimate was only 75% accurate, and the final invoice included a couple of questionable items (items that I know did not need replacement or repair). I'll update my review after the work so stay tuned.Work done was acceptable, but not sure why they had to use half a tank of gas........no engine work was needed. ....very odd.....

I had my best ever car repair experience this morning at Service King! I came in through the insurance's referral to get an estimate of the damaged stepping board on my minivan. After the initial consultation earlier this week, I decided to remove the board vs. repair it, and made an appt for today. My appt was at 8:30; I was greeted shortly after I arrived; and 25-30 minutes later the technician drove my car outside to show me the magic they did -- they're able to bend the stepping board back to its original angle, polish the dirty paint off the door, and minimize other cosmetic problem to their best ability! I wanted to hug the technician but of course refrained myself from doing so, and turned around to pay for the service. The manager was happy to see that I was thrilled with the magic, and said 'don't worry about it, we'll take care of it (the labor cost)' without taking my credit card. On a gloomy rainy Thursday, my car and myself are indeed so well taken care of by Service King. Thank you!!!

They did a great job fixing my car after an auto accident. They were very proffesional and did not cut corners. They cleaned the car as well and everyrhing in my car they neatly placed in my trunk as well. I 100% recommend service kings

The rear fender was replaced and painted on my car,and the paint job matched exactly with no runs or marks,also one reflector, work was excellent and the service department were very friendly and kept me updated throughout

We go with AAA s suggestion for the inside fender replacement and painting. I basically just bring the car there and get the rental car from the site. Well, I had the pleasure of getting my car repairs done at Service King after I get in an accident. I was a repeat customer and got my car fixed before when it was Care West Elite, extremely satisfied back then.I was assured they stand for the same level of quality and experience but I was nothing but disappointed. I was assigned Nick Barrios as the service advisor who is excellent in lip service but was always beating around the bush when we talked about the main issues.My car's steering wheel got considerably hard to turn after the accident and that was my biggest concern as it is related to safety along with brakes rather cosmetics, they never fixed it nor replied to every time I asked about the issue.Nick Barrios was extremely unprofessional and shamelessly would not respond every time I asked about the main issue over the emails.I have to go through the hassle taking it to dealership myself (and driving in unsafe condition). I don't have the time nor desire to argue with them but at-least I can ensure my friends don't have to go through this and they avoid Service King at all cost.Thanks, Nick Barrios for your unprofessional service but no thanks, Service King is not getting my business anymore.

One of the best body shops that I have been to so far. Very neatly kept, the shop looks great the work done on my car was flawless. Rental car satellite offices right in the shop which is very helpful. I would certainly recommend this body shop to anyone looking for a good body shop, they look like they would take care of your car.

I drove the car there last Thursday for repair estimate and they told me they will call me the following week If the insurance company approves the cost. Now it is Tuesday and I called them . They told me they didn t even send the cost estimate to insurance company yet .

This is by far the most infuriating experience I've ever had a repair shop. I got into an accident at the end of September, to which the other party committed to covering 100% of the costs.I was told I would have to go to Service King to get an initial estimate before any work can be done. Easy enough, right? I drive to this location a week after the accident on a Friday and am told the guy who deals with the insurance I am working with (Safeco) is out sick. I would have to come back on Saturday 10/3, where they have one employee who will take photos of the damage and send it over to the guy who will write the actual estimate on Monday. They said the estimate would be quick and they would email me the estimate afterwards.I waited until Thursday that following week, but received nothing in my inbox. I gave a call to this location and was told that they weren't sure what happened but they would follow up. The next week I get a call from their call center and was offered a time to set up an appointment to fix the car, even though I still did not receive an estimate. I double checked with the caller and asked him if it was still okay to schedule even without a copy of my estimate but he reassured me that it would be fine and it probably went to my spam folder. Wasn't there. At this point, I was already pretty frustrated because of all the miscommunication but hey, if they were going to schedule me for repairs they must have done the estimate, so I scheduled the repair the following Monday 10/10 and asked the agent to call the Fremont location to please send the estimate to me.Come Monday (10/10) 8am, I took work off, and I'm told there was no estimate sent to their location. No problem, I understand the estimate was done in Fremont, so I call this center AGAIN and, big surprise, I get the same exact response that they have no idea what happened and need to get in contact with the guy who took the pictures (his name is Nick). Apparently, there wasn't even an estimate completed actually (ONE WHOLE WEEK). I told them I was called by their call center and they scheduled me for the repair. Why hasn't anyone followed up with me? She told me she had no idea and she would give the guy a call. Now I have a day off and a still busted car lol.IT IS NOW 10/17. MY CAR IS STILL IN SANTA CLARA AND NO UPDATES ON WHAT IS HAPPENING. The advisor on site is "out today" and the front desk would "give her a message as soon as she gets in tomorrow". It has been half a month since I got into an accident. This is by far the worst establishment I have ever worked with.

AAA insurance sent me there with a claim # but Chris at Service King Fremont refused to write an estimate. he said they are very busy and told me to go to other places. then why set up appointment and told me to go there and make me wait half an hour? also, he said they do not order parts until we leave the car there and it takes 2-4 weeks for tesla parts to arrive, so essentially insurance has to pay for 2-4 weeks of car rental for waiting for parts when it is not necessary, i don't know why insurance would use service king fremont.
