The car would not start and had to be towed to my mechanic 3 miles away. Was told to wait 30 minutes, only to have the driver show up more than 2 hours later. The driver then charged $138 to tow my car 3 miles away.I need to get the invoice to reimburse it with my insurance, and after many phone calls and many months later, I still do not see the invoice. I was then told that they used a stub and had to call this guy on my own. The phone number they gave for the stub would not pick up the phone.I learned my lesson and got AAA.

Quick and speedy response time. Great prices. Friendly service. They can come jump your car within 20 minutes. If you're in a jam Roc can help you out.

First of all they came late by 1.5 hours. Have no clue who gave them 5 stars. Misleading. Do not use their services please. And they charged us a ton for towing to mechanic. No apologies. Nothing. Avoid this.

One foggy morning, Roc sent me an angel in the form of Jimmy the auto repair man. He fixed my flat tire and made me smile in a quick 25! Thanks Roc Auto Repair for saving my day!

Wow!!! What a great service !!!! Guy was the best very nice and professional.please ask for extra costs before loading car. I was charged extra for "special circumstances".
