Mark and team were super efficient and friendly to work with. They handled the oil change quickly and I would definitely bring my car to them for other services based on their friendliness and knowledge.They were also able to refer me to a nearby shop for my smog check, which also went seamlessly.

Mark was extremely nice! I lost my debit card and he was nice enough to wait for me to transfer money and he didn't even get upset! I got a bunch of services done at a reasonable price all around 10 star rating.

We've been taking our car to this shop for over 14 years. Mark and his crew are the best. They are extremely friendly and do a great job with whatever issues my car may have or for just routine maintenance. Highly recommend.

It was a very pleasant and professional experience. I had been taking my 2017 Ford escape to the dealership since the time I had purchased the car just for the oil changes. But I started getting tired of them so I brought the car to quality car care center to have my brakes changed. I had both axles done at a more affordable price with much better service. I will be taking my car there for whatever needs to get done from now on.

Very professional and prompt service. Dropped by without a prior reservation to get my car battery replaced, which ended up being an alternator problem, Mark was gracious enough to fix my car on the day itself despite it being a busy day. Price was very reasonable and I like how transparent the breakdown of the cost was. Would highly recommend!

Update: I went back. They were super apologetic, and fixed it in 15 minutes. Changed my 1 star to 3.They said 2 hours, then forgot to call me when they were done. Then they parked my car with the windows down, which I thought was weird. BUT I m really leaving this review because they must have not done their job correctly bc the metal plate under my car is hanging down and dragging when I drive on the highway. I ll be coming in to make sure it is fixed by you and no further damage was caused by this.

Excellent service. My wife and I brought in a Lexus that we were interested in purchasing. Quality said they would look over with a fine tooth comb and reccomend service if needed. Only took a few hours. Later that afternoon we returned the used car to the dealership and made a purchase with confidence. I would highly recommend this business. Polite and professional. Answered all the questios we had. Reasonable price for auto evaluation. Thank you!

Mark and his mechanics are very friendly and professional. I got my car transmission oil, filter done in two hours. They are down to earth and very easy going. They work and have conversations with me give you the feeling of make yourself at home . They have a new return customer now. I ll be back many more times.

Called in to see if they had room for an oil change at the end of the day. Mark answered and told me to come on down. Showed up, and their schedule allowed me to be taken in immediately. Service was very quick and at a fair price. Got some recommendations for my next service but no pressure to do anything immediately. Great experience - would recommend!

I went to Quality Auto for the first time and was very happy with the service that was provided by Mark. Mark took the time to explain every detail that was wrong with my tires and was knowledgeable on what I needed! I called around to compare prices, and even though this price was not the lowest, the level of service I received just on the telephone was enough to come in. I spoke with Mark and I appreciated how straightforward he was with everything!! He did not make me feel as if he were just trying to get over on me, he made everything clear and gave me real time updates on my vehicle.
