I highly recommend anyone to bring their car here. I live 2 hours away and it s worth the drive.They re honest and have pricing that is way more than fair. Whether it s light work or a big job they ll keep you informed and get the job done.

I can't say enough about performance technic in Fremont. Brandon has gone above and beyond in his customer service as well as informing my family every step of the way on the status of my father's 1987 BMW. I highly recommend their services if you find yourself in need of car repair. You certainly will not be sorry. The experience was worth every single penny!

They pure BMW specialist professional work that you can trust it's done right the first time. They know they are good I have nothing bad to say about how they handle there business. From start to finish I received excellent customer service but best of all my BMW loves there staff.. if your looking for professionals that know how to work on performance cars street or track they have the knowledge and experience hands down by far the best shop I've ever done business with. I currently live in the South Bay area, where there are several auto shops, including dealerships, that are considered 'well-respected.' Given this, it has been quite challenging for me to cross the bridge to the East Bay for automotive services. Unfortunately, I've been patiently awaiting a return call from a Palo Alto shop that specializes in BMW auto repair for the past three weeks.I decided to give Performance Technic a try, as I had come across several blog posts praising their exceptional service and quality. Brandon, the service director, and the technician, Dillon, did not disappoint. I sent an email to Performance Technic one evening, providing them with photos of the damaged front belly pan on my M3 e9x. By the following morning, Brandon had promptly responded, presenting me with two repair options: one utilizing an OEM part and the other with a Turner metal plate. He also took the time to explain the cost and future maintenance implications of each option.Upon receiving his email, it's clear to me that Performance Technic is my choice. I immediately called Brandon to schedule an appointment for my car at Performance Technic. During the inspection, the technician identified and prioritized a couple of maintenance items that would need attention down the road. This level of professionalism and customer service has left me thoroughly impressed.I'm ready to call Performance Technic to fix my first maintenance item identified by them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Brandon and team saved me ~$900.They recommended to replace just bushings (from OEM fluid filled to polyurethane by power flex) on my car. Dealership quote was $1700 to replace arms with alignment. PT replaced bushings, alignment, and adjusted my exhaust for less than half.Finally found my go-to shop for my BMW. FINALLY!!!!!I get to enjoy driving the BMW once again.

Brandon and his team are amazing! My car was there for 2 weeks being repaired and let me tell you, it was definitely worth the wait. After I took delivery of my e46 M3 a couple days ago, it felt like the car was brand new again. They reinforced my subframe, refreshed my cooling system, replaced my brakes, and a bunch of other little things that needed to be replaced. I would definitely rate them a 10 out of 5 stars. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND bringing your cars to them. I d give them 10 stars not just 5. Best BMW Mechainc from Joey (P-tech owner) to Every person in the shop is so cheerful and treats you like a family member. They charge you legitimately and explain it all, Feels like home to me every time I visit. Just swing by and see yourself what i am trying to say here if you don t believe my words. It s a Mecca for my M :)

Absolutely impressed with the shop cleanliness, super nice staff and great BMW mechanics. The cars they have in the bays aren't too shabby either, real quality shop you can tell. Brought a newly acquired E46 M3 in for complete suspension refresh to OEM+. Lots of discounts since a Vincebar was going in as well so they grouped labor for me. Good and fair guys, their work is impeccable, nice welds and everything is just nice and tight.Car drives great, thank you for the tour around the shop boys. See you soon!

The only shop I trust with my BMW s. From the initial subframe reinforcement for my E46 M3, to routine maintenance for my daily driver they are the best. Brandon and the team are amazing! Thank you for keeping me on the road!

Have been going to P.Tech for awhile. Always a pleasure! Recently took car in on a thursday for service and performance upgrades. Was told it'd be finished Monday. Got a call the next day that it was done. Great turnaround. . Couldn't have asked for better service. 10/10 does recommend.

For any BMW M models this is the place to go to. Many other shop will tell you: oh, yeah we can fix anything you have. But, in reality they don't know jack about BMW.I know if I go to those other guys my car will not be reliable any more. I have a 2004 m3 and Performance Technic has met my spectations every time. I highly recommend them.

I just came back from Performance Technic after upgrading to an APR tune on my Audi. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I wanted to especially give thanks to Brandon and Kevin for helping me out. They gave great suggestions and steered me in the right direction with my vehicle. Thanks again, I will be coming back.

This is the best BMW shop in the Bay Area. I've been to others in Mountain View and Los Gatos, and Performance Technic has the best customer service (Brandon), top-notch work, and very fair prices.I took my E46 M3 here for a cooling system refresh, exhaust install, and called with multiple questions where they were always willing to help. Unfortunately, my car caught on fire for a few minutes and I took it straight to Performance Technic. They gave me an honest assessment, and updated me constantly while I worked with insurance. Their service is unrivaled.I ended up losing the car as a total loss, but I know that I will go to Performance Technic for any BMW I own in the future. They are all enthusiasts and are always willing to help you with whatever issue you may run into.

Brandon and Staff are amazing diagnosed my suspension issues with my 2017 M2 after I switched over to an ohlins coilover system. They tuned it to perfection for its D/D duties and it's planted and drives like its on rails. Their fee was super reasonable after hundreds wasted at the BMW stealership trying to figure out why my car was all outta sorts. I highly recommend this shop!!!!!

I've been using Performance Technic since they were located on California Ave in Pleasanton. They've taken care of my old 325i and now my e90 M3. Great service, even better attitude and pricing. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough.

This is supposed to be a very cool shop, but six month after some major work on my m3 I am very disappointed with them.When my m3 went past 100k I went to performance Technic for back end refresh. They did subframe reinforcement, bushings, transmition mounts and differential reseal. Pretty extensive and very expensive job.Withing a month after this work differential started to leak and I had to take car back to the shop. They took care of that and sold me more work.Soon after car started developing rattling noises under car. I did not have time to go back to the shop and was barely driving the car. Now that nice weather is back I finally crawled and the car and for my horror noticed missing bolts in transmition braket and improperly assembled heat shield. Not to mention half of the heat shield missing bolts.While fixing this problem I checked torque on all bolts that were part of the job and most of them were improperly torqued.I contacted performance technic to rectify this problem but they did not respond.I don't know if they are lazy or incompetent but I recommend staying away from this shop.
