Great folks, Carlos helped and he was very patient and guided me the whole process patiently and explained few things , which i definitely needed to learn.Will go again been going since 2022 and these guys are great.

We were there today time of arrival was 2:27pmWe sat there for 25 minute's in the sun and no one acknowledged us at all until we ask how much longer. He said 10 15 minute's we said OK so we waited 20 more mintues. Still no one came up to say 5 more or anything. At this pointWe started up our truck and left. "But low and beholded, quess what happen next." Then all acknowledged us as we were leaving! They are the worst and slowest oil change place we've every gone to. Never again. Oh and I think he's your shift supervisor. He was on the phone the whole time.

This oil changers location is my goto for numerous services, mostly importantly, my quarterly oil changes. Outstanding service with a kind, respectful demeanor. Highly recommend to anyone that cares about their car care.

Did not state the price before changing the oil. Charge was $102 for synthetic oil that is only $54 in other shops. Always offer flushing since the old oil was supposed to be dark, which it should since it s synthetic. Never going back to Oil Changer.

Way over filled my oil, check engine light came on the way to work next day. I checked oil level, way past fill line. I had to bring my car back. Instead on redoing it they drained half oil and added to correct fill line. Very inexperienced mistake and could have resulted in major damage

I specifically asked for an oil change and they added AIC advance intake cleaner insisting I needed it so they get more service credit by overcharging me for services I don t need. My car is a 2017 model and is not in a condition that requires an AIC cleaning.

New people and service is soooooo slow. Took 45 minutes just to check my oil level. Only two cars ahead of me and two bays open. I am thinking of finding a new place to go. Disappointed as this was always my go to for oil changes for many years now. Terrible service now!!!!

I came in just to top off my oil from my previous visit(3 months ago). They almost started another oil change, but luckily after the 6th time telling them that I m just here for a top off, i was able to get it. Thanks guys!

I went in and everything was good until I arrived home and noticed one of my tire caps came off. I then noticed that three of the tire caps were not tightly closed and the fourth is now missing! I now have to go and buy more caps. I am never going back seeing as how they didn t even try to tighten them.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

DO NOT GO HERE. You have been warned. They reported my oil change 85k, 90k, 95k and it was supposed to be 100k but they put 10k and reported it to carfax now there is a mileage discrepancy on my vehicle and i am unable to trade it in for a newer vehicle because of this. People here are brainless no wonder they work at an oil change place for a career.

I have been to an Oil Changers in San Jose in the past, and I remember having the most wonderful experience. This is why I returned to Oil Changers, I hopes that I d have my fluids topped off, tires filled and windows washed.I do not believe any of these services were given to me, and in fact, I am surprised that this is an Oil Changers location. I specifically went to this place for full service and all of the bells and whistles that I received at the San Jose location. They even offered a cold soda.If they topped off my fluids, I wouldn t know because nothing was said, but I m sure nothing was done with my tires.I m so frustrated that I am just going back to the dealership for any other services. I m tired of sleepy teenagers taking care of my car. The services I mentioned above are listed on your website, so I am aware that these are still available, but I was never given that option.I was given a discount probably because the computer was down and I had to wait a long time. I reviewed the receipt and it shows that they performed all services when they did not!

I tend to forget about needing oil changes but every so often I remember I find my self being frequently busy and don t have time to wait 1hr plus. At Oil changers the services is fast and the employees are very welcoming. The conversations are very genuine and the work speaks for it self. They go above and beyond when it comes to car maintenance, not pushing the boundaries of over selling. If you don t have time to waste and would like friendly interaction I recommend getting your oil, windshield wiper repair, filter changes, etc. at Oil ChangersService: Oil change

I have taken my truck for service there for over a year now and they have done a great job. I decided to take my dad's car there and didn't even know it had a cabin filter?. Came in for a top over at 6pm. The team member was helpful and quickly got me out in 15 mins after confirming all fluids at mark. My favorite site in Fremont near Thornton and Fremont Blvd. thank you.

The best oil change shop in the area in my opinion. They change your oil, top of all other fluids (like windshield wiper fluid, brakes, coolant) then they wash your windows and check your outside lights (blinkers, backup lights, brake) all while you are sitting in your car, no need to get out. 15 minutes or less and I can vouch for that. Friendly as can be employees as well which is a selling point in itself. If you are contemplating coming here do yourself a favor and do it, you won't be disappointed.

You forgot to reset the oil life indicator. This has happened a couple times.Perhaps if you guys used a check list for each customer and checked off each item as you go.

Owner is efficient and very friendly. He makes sure he understands what you want, discusses issues and options (esp if money is tight!) and helps keeps me safe on road ... blinker check and brake lights, etc. Really appreciate him being there and his work. I walked out with a 71$ bill that Lexus services asked for 479$ what on earth!!!Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Waited for service for about half an hour but it wasn t too bad. Once they began the oil change it was quick.I was surprised to learn however how much they had raised the price. I was paying around $80 the last time I had my car serviced - now it s $150!Service: Oil change

Just went for an oil change this time around but I am always very happy when I leave. Service is always met with lots of kindness and understanding. This place may have been having an off day when I was there, but the quality of work doesn't seem up to par. The car two cars ahead of my they didn't have sealed up right and they had to scream to the owner to shut it off after oil started gushing out. Earlier today I changed the engine air filter they weren't able to replace for me because they didn't have it in stock and realized they didn't screw down the cover on the existing air filter, meaning I had effectively been driving without one for the last few hundred miles.Service: Oil change

Dirty and disorganized trash all over the shop air filter boxes shoved in the shells no rhyme or reason the service was mediocre at best didn't check the air filter or tire pressure I won't be returning

The few times I ve been even when I waited 2+ hours the customer service was spectacular. This time not so much Decided to come on my lunch and had to leave after waiting for 40 mins. Rolled up to the front only to be told that the wait is going to be an hour.How I was spoken to when I moved my car slightly forward due to mishearing their instructions made my skin crawl. This experience really made me not want to come back. I came because this place was always so friendly and the employees chatted with me.I get sometimes it may be a stressful workday but how they shooed me away was so opposite to how to they used to smile every time I came.

Service was done quickly. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately after checking tire pressure the service agent forgot to replace (2) of my chrome the tire caps.
