Great service! O got the battery from them about 2 years ago. The battery started to behave badly but was still under the 3 years warranty. They replaced it right there for free in under 10 minutes. Awesome service!

Will never mark pickup orders ready for pick up. If the store owner pays me $100 I can teach the employees how to mark orders "ready for pick up"in their system. I am going to cancel my order and go to autozone from now on.

The employees are all childish and don't know what their doing. They lie lot, you order parts and they say pick it up the next day and they never ordered it, and when they get you the parts they always get the wrong ones. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEIR!!

If they don't have it, they can get it! Used to be Kragen auto parts which was always a one stop solution for what you need, O'Reilly , for me has continued the excellent service that Kragen had! Super friendly and knowledgeable! Don't change anything! Went there today and they had everything in stock. Excellent!

Mia who was working the closing shift on Monday October 14th is AMAZING!She let my boyfriend and I borrow some tools to fix and flat on my bike. She even stayed a couple minutes extra so we could finish. She was extremely kind and helpful. She is all around a womserful employee.Thank you again!

I'm a commercial customer for years at O'Reilly.My experience with this store is very low service.Rav which is the store manager has hang up on my several times, cause he can find the right part. Last time when I turned in my core he gave me $5 less what he was supposed and gave me as excuse that I didn't have my credit card with me!!!I like to share this with you and everyone!!The worst store ever in whole bay-area!!

I burnt out a car light I went to buy the light and when I asked the employee for help he told me I'm sorry but we didn't provide that service I told him I understand but just tell me how I do it he says I'm sorry but I'm just here By my self don't have to no one else and I told him and the other employee who is there he said yes but he is busy and he can't go out, wow what s a bad service they give at that location the truth is I don't recommend that place I don't go there it is not nice pay for items and no get service, I was paying for it was not free so don t go there not good employees don t looks happy

I find this place to be hit-and-miss. Sometimes the pre-purchase service support is very good, very helpful, very knowledgeable. But about 25% of the time, it is deplorably and irritatingly bad. I generally go there to purchase windshield wipers, oil, spark plugs, batteries, etc. The guys behind the counter tend to be younger and, in my experience, their knowledge varies greatly. I could do without the pre-sales guys referring to me as "boss" when providing answers to me.

I waited 4 hours for a part when I could have driven less than 10 minutes for it. Last month they gave me the wrong tail lights 3 times!

Just want to thank Jose for helping me out. I needed a component that they didn't have available and he referred me to another vendor who had the part and installed it right away. Great help to me, so thanks a lot.

I went there cuz i had a problem with my back tire. The dude over there, i think his name was Jose, went above and beyond to help me. He helped me a lot and explained the problem. I honestly suggest that he deserve a raise

Nice place to get auto related items. Not that night, so things are pretty easy to find. They will install windshield wipers for you on the spot, good service

We do a lot of business with them and deliveries are quick it easy. Any problems or changes are dealt with immediately
