I had to go and get my tire repaired and the tire pressure label was illuminated telling that there is a problem with it. Thank goodness that the service is quick and took them around 90 minutes since there was a minor issue. It s very convenient in my end since I only had to walk home.It s really good if you have somewhere to go and that there are small repairs they need to do. The person who I talked with is very nice through phone call and in person.

We moved to CA and were worried about finding a trustworthy place to service our vehicles. We found the best car shop! Abel, the owner, is very kind and always takes care of any car we bring in not to mention how fast they get the jobs done! Wow!!! I'm at a loss of words, Abel (owner) came through for me today! The tread on my car was at 0 for two tires and the other two at 1. My car was NOT safe to drive and everywhere I called they didn't have my tires in stock. Abel went ABOVE and BEYOND....he ordered the tires and delivered it the SAME DAY!!! I got in at 4pm and out at 5pm!!! I'm truly at awe to know that this high level of service still exists! The service requested to the service completed was a 10 out of 10!! Not to mention, the value of what I paid for today, still better than anything online!!!I highly recommend!!! And it's a small business, they go above and beyond! Also the waiting room is really cute, cozy and they have drinks and snacks!Now I can drive without any stress!!! Y'all saved my life!! Thank you Abel!!!

I had a really good experience at this place. Prices were good and fair, service was faster than expected. The atmosphere was clean and organized and the staff all seemed knowledgeable and organized. No shouting or loud noises.Speaking as a woman who has had bad experiences at many different auto shops, this place was not like others Ive experienced. They were kind and straightforward over the phone. I paid the price that I was quoted over the phone, there was no changes in fees or sudden additional service charges. I got exactly what I asked for and I felt treated with kindness and respect. I look forward to going back to them and I want to say thank you to the team there!

Abel took such great care of my car. It s always nerve wracking going to auto shops alone as a woman but he patches my tire, he even pointed out my brake light was out and helped me change that. He gave me recommendations on when to change my tires and even let me know other details of my car to keep an eye on. I m feeling very confident in my long drive today now that my car is safe and secure to drive :)

Come ask for Abel! He will take care of you from beginning to end. His team was able to replace my flat tire in 30 minutes! Such a nice personality and easy to work with! He will make you laugh.

I found these great folks as I had to be towed from Milpitas on a Sunday as I had a flat tire. As the tow truck unloaded my car at NorCal Tires and Wheels, Fremont,the business owner (Able) met me and quickly assessed what needed to happen.He told my what time, on Sunday!, the car would be ready. As the tire was replaced, etc, I was happy with the total repair cost - and the car was ready 30 minutes early.This business is professional, friendly and trustworthy.Well done !

Great experience from the first phone conversation. Didn't realize I was riding on a flat until 3:30 On a Sunday afternoon. Abel told me how much time i had to get there. I came in and they took care of it right away. Great experience overall. Thank you for saving me!!!

All my cars (including my Tesla) go to this shop first for any repair. Abel, Mohammed and their team always do a great job and charge a very reasonable amount. I'd highly recommend them for any auto / tire repair jobs - reliable and trustworthy guys.

This place is so so so so good! I did tire repair here on Sunday, and they fixed the garbage things I got from previous store. The service is so professional and time efficient , these guys working here is so nice. I would recommend all my friends come to this place. I've been here multiple times for separate reasons and the service and fixes have always been amazing. They always make you feel important and that they care about your vehicle(s). I have recommended others here as well, and they were always taken care of with kindness. I went here first time to fix the issue with my car engine, Again seeing the same issue with less than three months . Don t spend your valuable money with poor service and also just don t go with positive reviews. They charged $670 even without diagnosis the actual issue.

My 2 right tires were completely wrecked from a freeway accident with a pothole. NorCal tires did an excellent job with replacing and installing both tires. I also got an oil change and wheel alignment done for my civic and it is now in excellent shape! Furthermore, Abe referred me to the CalTrain website where I submitted an appeal to get a possible reimbursement.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

DONT GO HERE! Unprofessional. went to repair tire puncture a month ago, after the repair, the pressure started to drop again after few days. Then went to another place to repair, and to my surprise they did not even pull out the nail and just squeezed a rubber around the nail and thats it. Charged me $25.Edit: i couldnt go back because i already moved to texas when i discovered the leak. It is not possible to get the same nail in the same hole. It is just unprofessional.Service: Tires

Brought my car here for fixing over heating engine. First it seemed like they know what they are doing. First, they fixed one issue with couple of hoses and a pipe. They charged about $600 for it. As soon as I started driving the car, the whole engine started shaking and the car was not drivable even for 2 - 3 miles. So, I brought the car next day (taking a day off from work) and then they said, all spark plugs and connectors need to be replaced. They charged about $400 more for it. Now, the original issue of overheating again started in the car. When I brought the car for 3rd time, they are now saying I need to change the engine and it may cost 3 to 4K. In all these visits, the owner tries to make fun at all times without really helping the customer and acts as if he is the smartest mechanic out there. I know, it is a small business and I really don't want to pass any negative remarks to the small businesses. But really, is this a sign of a Professional Auto Shop ?Service: Engine repair

After returning home I unfortunately hit a pothole less than 30 minutes from home, I was able to put on my spare and make it to the closest tire shop Norcal tires and wheels and that s where I met Able we started discussing all the options I had to get a full-size tire back on my car (even called other shops near by to see if they had matching rims) and I was surprised because all options he gave me were well cheaper than what I ve paid for the same rim months ago. This was happened today. I brought my car with a flat tire but they could not remove the tire to fix as the tire lock key comes up with car manufacturer did not suit. they refilled the air for time being so that I can drive to dealer center to get the right tire lock key. I drove back here with correct tire-unlock-key. It was bit hassle but 100% due to the dealer mistake. Finally Abel and team fixed the tire but did not charge me due to the bad experience I had with the dealer though this was nothing to do with Abel's team or Nor Col. They are doing awesome service, super friendly and Kind. 100% satisfied.Service: Tires

I am so impressed with this tire shop! They were very friendly, prompt on service, realistic with timeframes, and most important, honest! I felt that they had my best interest in mind and did not try to upsell me on anything (which I feel is rare in the auto industry). Even though this shop is out of my way, I will make an effort to return if I ever need other tire fixes.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Thank you so much! Abel and his team did a great job on fixing my suspension/steering system and tuning my car so it drives like a charm now. Very knowledgeable and professional. As a bonus, I received new wiper blades.
