The owner of the shop have a heart of an angel. He stayed late to help me on this Saturday to fix my car and then when he couldn t fix it, he came back really early on Monday to help with working with me on prices I even checked on other places regarding the prices he match everything that they said, I will recommend this in a heartbeat. The owner of this place is a pure angel.

Great service. Changed the wheel bearings for my accord and also setup the mud flaps. Upfront pricing. They are really easy to communicate with as well. Would recommend 100%.

If you need to fix or just have someone to maintain your car, don t think twice and bring it straight to Mission Auto Repair in Fremont. We ve been bringing our car here back when Ken was the owner and we re thankful that the new owner Sorab is someone you can trust like Ken.

I have to say Omar and his team is providing honest and very processional service. They went above and beyond when fixing our car's bumper. to save me money, they wedged the hood (I believe it took a lot of efforts to put the crooked hood in place) to a working condition so I don't have to pay extra money to change it. He did not ask even a single penny for this extra/valuable service. The new bumper fits out car really well, very happy about it. In these days, we paid 20% tips in an almost no service restaurant. I am very grateful for his kind heart.Today when I was waiting for my other car fixing, the other customer mentioned one time Omar fixed his missing parts by asking another mechanics to customized only for him. He did not charge a cent either. That customer immediately became a loyal customer like I did.I tell you, Omar's place always have a lot of cars waiting for his team's service simply because his outstanding service and returning customers + their referred family and friends.He is worth my waiting time.

Sorab is the best customer service when it comes to mechanics, he helped me with honesty and fairness which I have not gotten from anywhere else in Fremont I would give him more stars if it was possible great shop and great person!!

I had the pleasure of bringing my Mercedes Benz S-Class to Mission Auto Repair following a collision. After receiving estimates from a few other shops, the lowest one I found was a staggering $12,000 for the repairs. However, when I explained my situation to the team at Mission Auto Repair, they went above and beyond to assist me. To my amazement, they not only fixed my entire car but did so at half the cost of the other estimates. I was truly astounded by their professionalism and commitment to providing excellent service. Just I would like to share my experience with mission auto repair excellent customer service very kind people. I had a wheel bearing problem with my car and it was fixed right away. I took it to many other shops before and they quoted me double of what Mission auto repair changed it, for I would recommend this shop to anyone. definitely my go to shop from now on thank you. Omer (and previously Ken) is a really nice, very helping, transparent and knowledgeable person. For my odessey van, many mechanics could not fix the door issue or asked $$$. Omer spent a good amount of time in checking a few things and fixed in half the price compared to others. Never tries to sell anything extra and suggest only what is really needed. Very reasonable price, very good customer service. Have been there about 5-6 times for both my cars and he always provided the best quality service.

Omar is a great guy and very good mechanic. I highly recommend his business if you need your car to be fixed. He will tell you what's the problem, give you a solution and let you make a decision without pushing. This is my second time and I can't be more happy. The first time he didn't even charged me after spending a considerable amount of time searching for the solution. It was the battery. Before that I went to the Ford dealer who wantef to charge me $ 120 before looking at the car. Battery was still under warranty so it didn't cost me nothing. Thank you Omar!

Upfront, honest and great pricing. Peace of mind repairing your car here. May not be able to handle very specialized services that need special calliberation (e.g. hybrid battery replacement) but covers most regular repairs/service

Ken is the best. I've been coming here for years, bringing my ford ranger in for service. Ken explains the work needed before he charges anything and has shown me the broken parts he replaced after every job. After trying a few shops in San Leandro and being overcharged/hustled in many instances, I've finally taken my honda civic to him for repair and both him and his wife remembered me. Great customer service and honest prices.

Quick work. Great price. Great work. Super polite. Car was overheating, swung by, dropped of the car, and it was ready a few hours later. Coming back here for all auto work. Telling all my neighbors and co workers. Thanks guys.

Reliable auto repair shop. Very upfront about prices and does not try to oversell or rip you off. The owner is quite experienced, friendly and humble. I have taken my cars to this place for periodic servicing and minor repairs and work done was quite good.

Being going there for years. Fair pricing but more importantly, honesty. You can trust Ken will not oversell you or replace parts just to make more money.
