Be careful about your card numbers! Today i went this store for vehicle inspection and i decided to pay with my debit card. The guy in front desk didn t allow me to put my card to pos machine and take my debit card to his hand. He looked back of the my card and instantly put some numbers to computer with his other hand. I m suspicious about he wrote my cvv numbers to computer. After that I quickly open my bank app and claimed new card. I don t trust them. I m never back this store. So be careful guys

Fantastic and on the dot service. No hassles or confusions unlike other places. Rich who owns the place is very welcoming and takes care of your car and it's service aspect keeping everything simple and straight. They accept all cards, Google, samsung and apple pay as well :), free wifi too. I'd love to be here for all my car needs. Thank you Rich and midas at washington blvd. in the two times I have been to this location, both times for emergency tire replacements, the staff has been nothing less than professional, courteous, friendly, and fast. in both instances the service was performed quickly and I have nothing but good things to say about their customer service.Service: TiresService: Tires

I had a great experience here. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by Alan. He was very friendly and professional. He went out of his way to give me all pricing options. My car is running like new after the tune up services. If you decide to make and appointment or drop in, be patient. Each person will get individual attention!!

I did not use their service that day though that was due to my schedule and their availability. Though I have to say when I called they picked right up and were pleasant. When I arrived they checked me in quickly and when I found out how long it was going to take (I didn't have the time to wait unfortunately) they were still nice. I will be going back when I have more time but overall great crew there.

After a failed attempt at another Midas called here He said come over , worked on my car right away, Did the screws tighten it as much as possible. Said I need new clamps I will get them and he will put them on. No problem in and out with no hesitation a lot better than when I came in.

My brakes started squealing and decided to try out Midas. I selected a date and time to bring in my car through their website and received a call the next morning verifying my appointment.It's easy to find, although you need to be westbound on Washington Blvd in order to turn into the shop due to a median barrier eastbound. The lot was overcrowded with random vehicles, but luckily, I found a parking spot.Arriving at the appointed time, Allen greeted me, and got the paperwork going so they could do a brake evaluation. After about half an hour in the waiting room, the mechanic comes out to speak with Allen and I as to what was needed to get the brakes fixed - in other words, their front disk brake package. I signed another authorization, then walked to a nearby restaurant.Just as I was finishing up lunch, my phone rings, and voil�...the car is ready! Total time spent was about two hours. The detailed invoice listed exactly what was done (pads, caliper slide service, rotors, etc) plus an unexpected manager discount on parts and labor.Most definitely the place to go when your brakes are calling out for service.Service: Brakes

The window glass wasn t working, so my boys took the car in to have it checked. They literally charged $180 for a diagnosis.Total $730 estimate to replace the motor in the door. We took the L and went to another place that did the same job for $335.Either they took the boys for granted or just overpriced.

I did bring all my own parts, and labor could be considered a little pricy, but the counter person got me and out with everything completed in record time while I had to wait. He was very courteous and spoke to me like we were old friends which helped pass the time. I only gave 4 stars because I always leave room for improvement, but I'll go back. Thank you for the service.

I brought my car here for the first time today and I just wanted to express how great the customer service is here. Allen explained thoroughly what they were going to check and even called me several times giving me updates. My car was fixed pretty quick and the price he quoted was reasonable. AVOID THIS PLACE AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM HAVING A BAD DAY. Employees especially the guy at reception are not interested in helping you at all. I have been there few times but they all make excuse that they don't have any appointment even for simple things like oil change while you can see them standing and chillin a little away from the storbe5

I came to them for repairing my right front head light bulb. The manager working there was unfriendly and always complaining to his customers.After the completion of the service, the manager failed to explain to me what happened to my car. He also let people who came later than me cut into the line.Stay away from those people go somewhere else!Service: Body & Trim

At the end of February my car's clutch went out and needed to be replaced. I was recommended to go to this particular Midas by my co-workers. I was in a big hurry to go back down to southern California and the managers were trying to make that happen. Had some problem with the parts being delivered but the shop did their best with the situation that they were in. I went to get the parts at Subaru and well everything that went bad did go bad. Even though all the things went bad, they did their best to keep the price as low as possible. The clutch specialist Danny did a good job. My clutch came really a stiff and it is hard to get use to but that is just relearning how the new clutch works. I am very happy with the accomodations this shop was making for me and do recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

Rich, the manager here, is the most straight up person you will ever do business with. His quotes will be reasonable, the work will be quality and if something goes sideways he will make it right. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I've come here multiple times over the last 6 years and they always do good work on both my Corvettes and my Challenger. They're quick and I've yet to see anyone there having a problem. Rich is a great guy and stays on top of everything going on.

They are okay but very expensive then Walmart. They used same oil as Walmart but charge double. Very few people may be noticed that . For same oil chnage walmart charge like 50 bucked they charged $150 .Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I drove my car to that Midas Fremont from Mountain View. They are really rude. There were a fat man believe me guys, he is a bad guy. Please don't go there. I returned to Mountain View and I went to another Midas on El Camino (Sunnyvale). These men are very nice.Thank you Sunnyvale Midas.

Best location I ve ever been they make you feel very welcomed and always a pleasant time here I will never take any of my cars to any other mechanic in the area or state . I truly trust the owner rich, and hi staff every visit .

Rude and unprofessional service. Within 2 weeks of replacing my front light bulbs, the passenger side bulb burst. When I came in to get the bulbs replaced, I was greeted with disrespect and hostility by the manager. After going to the store I bought the bulbs from, it was determined that both light bulbs were installed incorrectly and the driver side bulb would soon burst. Despite this information, the store was only willing to remove and replace the passenger side bulb after a 2 hour wait. Within one month, the driver side bulb burst as well. Management is extremely incompetent and unprofessional; Do not come here for any car repairs. I recommend Irvington Auto Services instead.

Taken C300 for EIS problem ie Steering does not get unlock, so engine does not crank/start. I told clearly its EIS problem, need to repair it. Charged for diagnostic fee $180 where other MIDAS charges only $99. After diag, it was told that yes, its EIS problem, and we cannot repair, pls take it to dealer. If they dont have expertise on Mercedez, they should say upfront, instead just take car for diag and charge double. Just paid and came.very unsatisfied. I do NOT recommend Washington MIDAS for sure.

The owner Rich is very friendly and will go out of his way to help you. I highly recommend going to him. I myself have several cars Mercedes, BMW and Toyota. Rich took care all of them and saving me thousands of dollars compared to going to dealers.

They charged me $74 for the oil change and tire rotation. They confirmed twice that they had rotated the tires, but I found they did not. One of the tires was repaired several weeks ago, and still had white marks on it. I noticed that tire was in its original position, not rotated yet. I told the cashier that they did not do the tire rotation, and the cashier finally admitted that and gave an excuse which was not acceptable.
