Very nice people with reasonable price. If you want speedy oil change just go for it. Good job guys. Will come back and post if anything wrong with oil change and misc.

Super fast, efficient, and friendly. Pulled in for an oil change without any advance notice and was out of there within 15 mins. The manager/owner was very friendly, the techs were clearly very good at their jobs, and the price was what you'd expect. I'll go here again for my next oil change and highly recommend if you need a quick oil change in Fremont.

I came in for a simple oil change. I came out with more than expected. A $200 bill for oil change, brake fluid change, new brake fluid reservoir, and engine noise and squeals which I did not have before. Now I need to go to a mechanic to fix all this. I do not recommend this place.Also FYI, the shop is now named "Popular Boys" even though Google Maps shows the old business name as "Lube Boys".

In this place, they charge a woman more than a man for an oil change, and they don't supply the amount of oil that the car needs they tell you it's 79. and they charge your card 170. and according to them you They make no description of anything.

I paid for a new brake pads service and discovered brake pads were never changed. Double checking work conducted at this location. Checked the oil and it's dark, suppose to have at least 3000 more miles or changed in September. Oil was never changed. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Great experience! The friendly staff saw me immediately without an appointment, and had all the correct filters for my specialty diesel engine, and they even take Apple Pay!Very affordable, and in addition to the oil change services, they also checked all my fluids and tire pressure. Definitely coming back next time I need an oil change.

I went today to Lube Boys Auto Repair shop for Oil change, Air Filter, Break Pad replacement and Break fluid. I felt that it was so reasonable price and excellent service and it s done everything drive through in front of me. I was in Fremont couple of years why I did not go this place and try it out. I would recommend to go and get the experience over there for your Auto repair issues you can feel the same kind of experience.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Oil change

They did change my oil, but that was it. Even though the paperwork stated that they checked my air filters, tire pressure and topped off fluids, they did none of that. They did not even bother to reset my oil change alert. I had to do that when I got home. When I asked how the air filters looked, knowing that they had not looked, what little English they knew evaporated. They did clean the windows, but left streaks across the windshield. All of this for just under $100.

Lube Boys are great. Been here many times. They are quick, thorough, and upstanding. They care about their customers and cars. They even helped me change my headlight bulbs. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience here. Can t speak to the other services but if you need an quick oil change I highly recommend Lube Boys. They were fast, courteous and gave me 5 dollars off my oil change. They also informed my brake fluid was low and cleaned my windshield before I left. Highly recommend this place :)Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

It is good place to do oil change. Welcome walking in. It is just face to empire elementary preschool. I always do oil change first. Then, pick up kids! Save my time!

So I put too much oil in my car because I didn't check I beforehand, and my car started smoking. I called Firestone and asked if they could do an oil change and they said not until the next day because they closed in an hour and a half. I called Lube Boys and told them the problem and they said, come on in. They checked my oil, said because it was clean all they had to do was remove the excess, and they did it for free. They were super friendly about it, and I'm giving them bonus points for not laughing at me for being so stupid. I will also be giving them my business in the future.

Very fast and professional. I will definitely be coming back here to get my oil change done. They also offer many other services for all around your vehicle. The prices are great and they have a nice waiting area that you can enjoy during the short time you're there.

These guys are kind and keep it honest with you. If you re a regular they ll make your life easy, and if you re new they ll offer to check everything for you. Oil changes are pretty fast and convenient as well as most services. Brakes usually take about an hour or so depending on the car but regardless they don t stop until the job is done!

This shop is pretty nice. The staff is very friendly, laid back and honest. Their service is fast and they look at other things your car needs to be serviced for free. They ll take a look at your check engine light if their computer can scan it! I recommend this place to anyone.

I went in early around 9:15am and one gentleman said it would be 15-20 min, the whole process of waiting and getting my oil change took over an hr and the man who took my info and my keys said it would be 50$ flat. Then when it was time to pay he said it came out to 66$ and gave be a bunch of excuses why it came out to 66$ and I told him the other guy explained it would only be 50$ in total and all of a sudden the other guys wasn't around and there's nothing he could do.... I clearly asked and made sure before the oil change was done that it wasn't going to take long and it was going to be 50$ as I was first quoted. For a (10 min) oil change place they have horrible customer service and don't live up to their 10min oil change. Waste of time and money. Go somewhere else where they care about their customers cars and time.

Not a bad experience, similar to a place I would go to all the time in Palo Alto. When I pulled up, guy said it would be 15-20 minutes, though there was only one person getting worked on when I pulled up and there was no line behind or ahead of me. But whatever, I had 20 minutes, and it is still faster than "traditional" oil change shops.

They were super friendly and helpful. They only cary synthetic. I have a 2002 Bmw 325i, I thought I needed 20/50 (according to the mechanic I bought the car from) so since they didn t have it I left, but I came back and got myself a $98 oil change. Little steep but whaddya gonna do he even told me I had an oil leak & took a picture of it for me.

I've gone here because they can be quick, if they want to. My last visit, after pulling up, he said it would be 20-25 minutes. When I offered to come back later, he said he could get it done now.Additionally, the time before this, they offered to change my air filter, showing me how dirty my current filter was, bringing into the waiting room. Instead of paying $25 for them to replace it, I went down the street to get a new one at the auto parts store. Lo and behold, as I pulled out the old filter, it looked _nothing_ like the filter Lube Boys showed me.It did need replacing, but wasn't nearly as bad as the one he showed me to convince me to get a change.I went back after that event just to see if they were going to do the same thing. I suspect, because I was in a hurry, they didn't want to delay me this time.

Expensive, charges more for oil change than the advertised rate in front of the shop ($29). Oil change labor only is expensive too.

I came in for a $29 basic oil change, and when I went (3pm, sunday) there was no line. It was done, quick and easy, no hassle or strong up-sell. All in all a pleasant and basic experience.
