All around 5star experience! Called on Friday afternoon and the mobile tech Moshen arrived Saturday at my house to fix my broken car window. Service only took 30 min and looks brand new. And the best part was it was cheaper than I expected! Moshen even vacuumed my car for free. Highly recommend Lizard glass for auto window repairs!

Replaced the windshield on my Toyota and their hours listed on Google are not the same as their actual hours posted on the building so I went to drop off at 8am to find out that they don't open until 9am. Once I picked up the vehicle , dash cam and mic were not reattached the same way the vehicle came in, plus they has put a deep 4 inch scratch in the plastic A pillar trim. Wish they took better care of the vehicle and reinstalled the camera/mic appropriately. Price was cheapest around but I guess its also representative of the service received.

Found out these guys were right next to my work from just a Google search, and had an appointment the next day for some chip repair. The 'big' company was over a week out for an appointment. Glad I found Lizard Auto Glass because they were super friendly, helpful, more affordable, and now the chips were filled and won't spread! Will definitely be back for future projects, I'd rather help the smaller local shop anyway!

My windshield replacement went fine, the install is good with no leaks. My issue with this company is they charge $300 for safety sensor calibration, which I paid. The person that was supposed to do the calibration only used an OBD scanner to read for trouble codes from my car's computers, none were found and no calibration was done. I should have looked elsewhere when the calibration fee was mentioned.Service: Auto windshield replacement

What a great find. Had our window busted in and got recommended here by the dealer. Jose and a couple other guys were able to help replace it for us. They were quick, friendly, and professional. Their prices were also much more reasonable than some of the big chains. It sucks having a window broken and insurance not covering it, but the prices here made it much more manageable. I also cant believe how fast they worked. We ll definitely be back next time something happens and highly recommend them.

Our car (Lexus RX350) was broken into in SF and the passenger rear window was smashed. Scheduled the service with Tonya over the phone and had a technician sent to our address within 24 hours (for comparison the only service State Farm could find for us was 30 miles away). Window replacement service was done by Jose. He came on time, was super friendly, did a fantastic job replacing the passenger rear window, and finished within 45 minutes. Other services we'd called quoted us $400 more than Lizard Auto Glass charged us. We will absolutely use Lizard Auto Glass in the future - huge thanks to Tonya and Jose!

These guys are amazing! Their technician is very professional, works very fast and efficient, without sacrificing his workmanship. The owner and staff also helped me in getting in touch with my insurance company, to make sure my claim goes fast and flawless. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

Wonderful they were able to replace a windshield the dealer said would take over 2 weeks to get and it only took one day for them to get it and install also half the cost Best auto glass in the bay. I have used theses guy for for 4 years between different jobs for heavy duty semi windshield replacement and automotives in the fleet world they have been the best. Always done in a timely manner and honest if the windshield can be repair or has to be replaced.

Happy with work done. Only place in my area that could get me in on a rainy day.Staff was very friendly and helpful. Worker was fast and efficient. Any future windshield cracks, I will be back.

Not fancy, but very reasonably priced and they do good work! Work was done as promised and within the hour's time quoted. The woman who assisted me was knowledgeable, helpful and really seemed to want to make sure I was taken care of.

I wish I could give 0 stars for them. First of all, their prices are way more than the other places I called after dealing with this lady Sara. At first she sounded ok then asked me "what is your budget"? Excuse me, but my budget is whatever it takes to to get it fixed for a fair and reasonable price. It felt like I was being sold a car. When I questioned her, let's just say she wasn't the friendliest after. Well sorry if I don't trust you or your $375 quote anymore, and for good reason because I got my wife's windshield fixed for $210. Are you kidding me?! She tried to get over on me for $165. When I called back she got all defensive and says the other companies don't use real parts...ridiculous. Thanks for nothing, go somewhere else people.

They took care of all insurance paperwork. The Fremont location is authorized to calibrate safety features associated with windshield.......lane departure alert..steering assist etc. (It is located at the second driveway on the block easy to miss)
