This was the quickest and easiest car purchase I have ever made as we bought a 2024 ES 300H F-Sport Handling. Fred was extremely informed about the automobile I was purchasing and I didn't feel like Fred was attempting to sell me anything, which made me feel extremely comfortable. He was straightforward and honest, which I knew because I had done my own research on the automobile and its price. I would highly recommend buying your car here!

Excellent experience at Lexus of Fremont. Would highly recommend seeking out Conner Pivin. He was a delight to work with. No pressure tactics and was super accommodating even as I kept changing my mind about features. Conner helped me find the right car at the right price and helped me figure out how to get some of the extras that were important to me. I had already tried to purchase a vehicle at Stevens Creek Lexus but the staff there was not helpful so walked out and brought my money to Lexus of Fremont. If you re looking for a Lexus, go to Fremont and ask for Conner Pivin. He ll take care of you.

I recently visited Lexus of Fremont for my car's 15,000-mile maintenance appointment, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory.My appointment was scheduled for 7 AM, and initially, everything seemed to be going smoothly. The staff took my car in promptly, and I appreciated the efficient service. While waiting, I took the opportunity to walk around and get some exercise.However, things took a turn for the worse when I received a text message stating that my car was ready within 2 1/2 hours, which was impressive timing. When I went to check out my car and sign off, I was informed that it would be brought out to me within the next 35 minutes.Unfortunately, despite waiting for 15 minutes outside, my car never appeared. When I inquired about the delay, I was told that it was being washed. While I understand the desire to provide a clean car to customers, I believe that once the service is completed and the car is ready for pickup, it should be brought out promptly.Furthermore, the extended wait time was particularly frustrating as I had prior commitments to attend to. I was left feeling inconvenienced and disappointed by the lack of consideration for my time.As I write this review, my car still has not been brought out, despite an additional 10-15 minutes passing. This experience has left me feeling dissatisfied and reluctant to return to Lexus of Fremont for future service needs.

We recently purchased a 2022 Lexus RX 350L from Lexus of Fremont. Bennie Carter was our salesman. Bennie was great, very easy going, very personable, accommodating, very honest and straightforward. I can highly recommend Bennie if you are looking to buy a car. Unfortunately, Lexus of Fremont had only 1 finance person on duty which took an extra 2 hours wait time. Once we were with Bret, their finance manager, it was good and went exactly as planned. Overall, we are very happy & satisfied.

My experience at Lexus of Fremont was beyond 5 Star service I've never been to a dealership with such amazing customer service. The sales team Michael brunker, Ryan bondoc (tattoo man) and Monty Singh (guy with orange polka dot socks) to be exact were able to provide me with the most utmost professional service throughout the transaction their knowledge and expertise helped make the entire process smooth and easy. Thank you to the finance manager Danny dang as well. I will definitely be a customer at Lexus of Fremont for life and will recommend all my friends and family to buy here! Couldn't have done it without these guys the Lexus product speaks for itself so to have these guys standing behind the brand is a huge A+. Huge thank you to Lexus of fremont! I had really bad experience with Lexus service, they asked me to sign a blank service agreement, never print me a copy, and try to send it to the wrong email, charge me over $700 for oil change.When I picked up my car after the repair, I noticed that the window of the door on the driver side had a small crack/dent that was not there when I dropped off the car. The place was under construction at that time, and I strongly suspect that the dent was caused by a hard object hitting on my driver-side window.And I wrote to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your dealership, but they never response back.I won't recommend this dealer.

Hands down the best buying experience I have ever had. There was no passing around from person to person or long waits. Brandi, my sales person was awesome! She was so genuine and down to earth. I was able to test drive several cars and she answered all of my questions without pressuring me. I traded in my old car and drove out in a brand new 2024 Lexus NX hybrid in a few hours. I had an excellent experience working w/ the fantastic team at Lexus of Fremont. It started with the sales consultant Kathleen Wong who was very transparent and provided a top notch customer service. I spoke to her the night before and she was very helpful in finding the 2024 NX 350H that fits our needs. I met her the following day to review what we discussed and much to my surprised she gave us a better deal than what we talked about. The other members of the team were as great as Kathleen. Brett made the transaction seamless, Monty and Andy ensured I had the best buying experience and Richard explained the SUV features prior to leaving the lot. For those looking for a top notch buying experience, look no further else. Look for Kathleen Wong and her superb team at Lexus of Fremont! Bought my Porsche Macan from this dealership as I have many friends and families that come here to buy their vehicles. I was greeted by salesperson and they were spectacular. However, the Porsche I bought had some issues but I brought the issue to their attention and the general manager Michael answered with haste and was super helpful. I am compelled to write this one-star review after an exceptionally disheartening experience at Lexus of Fremont. What was supposed to be a straightforward process of signing a contract and picking up a used car quickly spiraled into a series of frustrating events marked by delays, unfulfilled promises, and a complete lack of accountability from the staff.We were explicitly told to arrive at the dealership around 10 am to finalize the paperwork and take possession of our vehicle. We arrived at 9:50 am. The finance representative was nowhere to be seen until 10:30 am. To add to our dismay, other customers were somehow attended to before us, despite our early arrival. We were not being able to sign the contract until 11 am, a time by which we were supposed to leave for work.What's more, upon receiving our car, we discovered that the rims were not in the promised condition. Fred Omar, the salesperson, assured us that the dealership would rectify the damage to the rims. Contrary to this promise, the manager, Ahmed, later stated that the dealership would not do any work on the car. This discrepancy between what was promised by the sales staff and the manager's refusal to uphold their commitment is not only disappointing but also indicative of a lack of integrity.We invested hours engaging in discussions with the dealership, seeking a resolution that never came. Throughout this process, we were met with nothing but a haughty attitude from the staff, further exacerbating our dissatisfaction.I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider their choice before visiting Lexus of Fremont. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer respect we experienced is unacceptable for a dealership of this caliber. Save your time and peace of mind by looking elsewhere for your automotive needs.Edit:I appreciate Terry's response and the apologies extended regarding my experience at Lexus of Fremont. I have decided not to proceed with the purchase of the vehicle from your dealership.I feel it's important to highlight that my visit mentioned in the review was not an isolated incident. Prior to the day I wrote about, I had already visited the dealership with the intent to finalize the paperwork. The FIRST visit ended with me being turned away because it was allegedly too late and the finance manager was off work. In my SECOND visit, after long hours of waiting in the morning, I was informed that the car was not ready for pickup (can be picked up in the later afternoon but I was at work). It was only on my THIRD visit, the day after, when I was led to believe everything was in order, that I discovered the issue with the wheel, leading to a request for a FOURTH visit to fix the wheel.This series of events reflects a pattern of inefficiency and miscommunication.Each visit required considerable time and effort on my part, with each visit ending in disappointment due to reasons that could have been avoided with better internal communication and respect for the customer's time.I hope this feedback serves as a constructive input for Lexus of Fremont to improve its customer service processes.
