This place is great. I would never buy tires anywhere else. All the way up and down the west coast, this is the best place to go for your tires. They ll take care of you right.

Will never go any place else. My tire was flat, they took care of me as they always do. I drove half an hour out of my way to see them. I put my trust and confidence in them, never trying to up sell me. Thank you Les Schwab! Took care of my flat for free.

I went to the store on Saturday a few minutes before closing time because one of the tires on my rental car had very low pressure. The staff there did not mind that I showed up right before they were closing. They were very eager to help me. One of the gentlemen there found that it was a nail in the sidewall so the tire could not be patched. But I had to get the rental car company to authorize the payment to replace the tire. But I had forgot to extend my rental contract which was already past due one day. And the car was due back for service so they rental company wouldn't extend it. They only offered to have the car towed for me but I had to pay the toll charge. Long story short, I asked the guys at Les Schwab to put the spare tire on. And they did that. All this time they waited for me while i was on the phone with the rental car company and it was way past their closing time by abut 40 minutes and on a weekend too. They did not complain one bit. They happily changed my spare tire for me to make sure that I could safely drive the car. The guys at this Les Schwab location are super nice gentlemen. Their service was exceptional and their kindness much appreciated.

Good choice for simple tire service.I needed to replace the broken tire with a new one. The tires and the rim were already in the trunk. So no need to hang the car. $35 for the labor. It is not easy to strip off the tire from the rim, as well as recycling the old tire. Thank you, Gerrit, who served me nicely.

Had a flat tire in Fremont and Les Schwab tires was the closest place since the tire was deflating rapidly. They were closing within an hour but Ryan helped me out as quick. It was fast and good work by the team. Thanks to Jose for his quick work in the fix. Assumed it will cost me a minimum of 20$ but the complimentary flat tire repair was a pleasant surprise. Will revisit for future tire services.

Very friendly service, courteous clean waiting area. Tire prices beat a lot that we searched for, and everything that we wanted was included in the price, not a lot of pricy add ons like the others.

Come to repair one slow leaking tire for twice. First time, the leak was still there but very slow after repair. Second time, leak 7psi after one night. Not sure what happened but disappointed

Great service. Knowledgeable techs and customer service.Always recommends only what s needed. Never upselling. Gave me a free TPMS check to confirm if replacement was needed or not. Have helped fix flat tires multiple times for free.

I got my tires 50k miles ago, in another state entirely, and the Les Schwab warranty was upheld, service with a smile, great explanation when I asked for details and overall professional service. I came in last minute because one of my tires was punctured and went flat in my garage. It was fixed faster than was originally quoted for my wait time (quoted 2 hours, it was done in just under 1). I definitely will recommend Les Schwab to anyone and everyone, this location absolutely stands by the company motto that it's about the trust to do right by us, the customers, above all else.

Yesterday, Saturday, went to Les Schwab and got two new tires. The service was friendly and professional from the beginning. I was told an estimated waiting time which was accurate. It was a good experience.

I've been going to Les Schwab for many years. Their service is excellent and their prices are reasonable. I wouldn't consider using anyone else.

They had my tire repaired in ~40 minutes, and were kind enough to swap me out to my spare so I could still run errands while waiting (original 2hr estimate). This was all done for free under their warranty program. Glad to have found a company that actually makes good on their promises.

My car's passenger front tire was leaking air slowly. I made an appointment and they fixed my tire that had picked up a screw for free. It did not make up a story and try to sell me a tire like someplace might have done.

My tire light for low PSI was on & on Sunday, 6/19/22, I went to Midas (only because they were open on Sundays) and they told me multiple times there was nothing wrong with my tire & it just needed air. I stated I thought there must be a leak or something in the tire because if how fast it ran out of air but they kept telling me there was nothing wrong.The next morning, today 6/20/22, my tire light was on again & clear as day, there was a nail in my tire. I was on my way into work but had to call out to try and fix what I thought had been fixed the day before. These guys were great, communicated well, listened when I said something was wrong & patched up my flat for free.I didn t have an appointment because I thought I had resolved the issues the day before, but the gentlemen at Les Schwab were able to fit me in right when they opened at 8:00AM. They even let me know the status of other items they checked on my car while servicing it & gave me a quote to look over & did not pressure me into getting anything done that I couldn t do at that moment.

Did an upgrade to my suspension, tires, and brakes on my pick up at the start of 2023 at a Les Schwab in American Fork, UT. Everything has been great. I started having issues with a weird electrical problem. Talked to a dozen different auto parts or mechanics. They either wanted to charge me 300$ to diagnose or up to 600$ to throw parts at it. One call in and a stop by in the middle of working to this les schwab and I now have the best way to solve the problem. The person on the phone was helpful and easy to talk to, Ryan at the front checked me in quickly, they had a place to sit to do my work while they took a look and Randy came through with the help I needed. Thank you for doing what you could and taking the time to give me real help. 10 star service

Brought my car in for a warranty claim on a tire with the tread separating that had 22k miles on it. The warranty I bought was for 40k when I had the tires done at Les Schwab in San Carlos, but the manager rejected the warranty saying that it was something I hit on the road. Terrible customer service, from someone that had been using the Les Schwab in San Carlos (which recently closed) for tire service for over 10 years. I m done with Les Schwab.

They inspected my cars front end didn't find anything to replace. They were courteous on time I would recommend this place for alignments tires Etc!

Visited this Les Schwab tire center as I had a flat tire. The staff was very polite and courteous. Despite the fact they had several other paying customers in the store waiting their turn, they had my flat tire fixed for free within a couple of hours! Hope to use them when my tire replacement is due. Highly recommend!

I took my 2003 Acura CL for an alignment after I replaced all steering and suspension components. The car has adjustable rods in the rear that I specifically put on to give the tech more alignment characteristics than Acura offers in stock form. They got the alignment done in 45 minutes, but when I saw the alignment sheet that is printed out I noticed that the driver's side rear wheel was way out of specification. I brought this to the employee's attention and he brought the alignment guy up to talk to me. He said that the alignment couldn't be made to bring it into spec. I explained that the rods were adjustable in length and the sleeves could be turned to increase/decrease camber, caster, and toe. They were kind enough to put it back on the alignment rack, but I had to wait another hour and the results were perfect the second time. I think that there was a breakdown in communication between the service writer who knew of these rods and the alignment guy. Other than spending another hour waiting all was good. The shop has very nice people and I will use them in the future. I am taking one point off and rating a 4 as if I wasn't a mechanic, the car would have worn that tire out. The report is easy to read and correct specs are green and out-of-spec adjustments are flagged red. So, when you pick up your car, just make sure that everything is green on the after alignment section of the report.

Took my car here for a slow leak. Fixed in under an hour.Very impressed with their customer service! It didn't matter that I'd never been to a Les Schwab before; they were totally professional and walked through their whole process with care. Even gave me some tips about my particular car, and how I can make my tires last longer.That's the way to lifelong customers. I'm definitely coming back here in the future.

What more is there to say that hasn't been said? I've never visited a Les Schwab and felt taken advantage of or condescended to. Maybe there are cheaper places to go, like your local "Al's Auto Barn" or whatever, but for the rest of my life if I need something tire related I'm coming to a Les Schwab. Fingers crossed that PE ignores it.

I had a leaking tire and needed to go someplace close for repair. I called other tire centers nearby and they said they could fix the leak but it would take all day before my car would be ready. Called Les Schwab and the guy stated I could come in right away and my tire would be fixed within 20-30 minutes. When I arrived and asked how much it would cost, I was told it was free - and no I didn't get my tires from here - although maybe I should had. My tire was fixed within 30 minutes and they even filled up my other tires since they were low. Great service and I will be back again!

I love this place !!! Got my tires here about a year ago and I come here whenever I need to drop in randy and his staff are extremely professional and welcoming !!! Doesn't matter I'd they're busy your car will get serviced in a timely manner and you can count on your service to be well taken care of ! Highly recommend

They quickly fixed my flat tire for free and offered my coffee and popcorn while I waited. Randy and Les were kind and professional through the entire process. I walked in totally panicked about my flat and they helped me in my time of need. Thank you!

Dropped off my car in to have them replace the tire because of a nail. They recommended fixing it rather replacing even though other tire centers never suggested. They were super quick and efficient. The staff were so kind and polite. They fixed it for free as a complementary. They are the best in Fremont area. I truly appreciate it. Many thanks to Les Schwab s team!

This shop is worse of services, un professional. Rip off wasting time, money. They try to sale you a bad tires and said it warranty but every time you come back under warranty they charge you more money. When you got flat tires on left passenger tire, they do it on Driver side???? it s a joke.Took my car there to change 2 tires and brake a couple of months ago. Took me 2 days be cause they didn't have parts. Then later, they send me a letter, said it those tires the gave me were recalled, they ask me bring back the car then they replaced it with 2 cheap Hankook tires not even side, since then you problems all the time. I come back to them a couple of time for services Flat tires. (2 of the continental tires I change it at America tires before still working good). Yesterday, Mar 15, 2023 I came again for Flat Tire services.Manager said it had a nail on it???? It took me more than 3hrs, because the technician do it on the wrong tire. It's Rear passenger tires but they do it on Driver side. After 1 night, the next day my car have the same problem even worse, I came back on the Mar 16, 2023. This time they said it s leak on the side an the tire is under warranty but they ask me to pay more 180 something to replace it????? After I left the shop my car cannot go even 20miles to Costco Tiresservices Center.This is horrible and unprofessional service here. For your safety concerns Do not bring the car there for there services. By the way. This is a location at 36761 Fremont Blvd, Fremont, Ca 94536.

GREAT experience! Fantastic service and we were taken care of faster than I expected. Had a blown tire, had towed car and immediately the staff took excellent care of us. On top of due to owning tires from Les Schwab warranty covered 100%! We take all 4 cars to Schwab BEST tire service out there!
