My front windshield of my 2013 Toyota Camry had a 6 inch crack along the right side. I didn t think it was a big deal but it started getting bigger and bigger.I started worrying and calling around for anyone who could help. No one could see me as early as KV Auto Glass. They were super accommodating, supportive, and professional.Just got the front windshield fixed today and it looks brand new. The person doing it was super fast and thorough. Ken was really helpful when it came to installing three broken windows on my car. Thank you for assisting us by driving out and meeting us where it was convenient. He was easy to work with and very kind. He conducted quality service quickly and I appreciate the sheer work that was conducted without sacrificing quality for the service. They SAVED my life! They are professional, efficient, friendly and honest, the best you can ever find! They also have mobile service and they drive to you. I was in my road trip from Seattle to LA, and unluckily got my car broke in and the passenger side quarter glass knocked out in Santa Clara. All the other glass shops are either lack of glasses or charging extremely expensive for it. On the phone call, Ken immediately arranged me the earliest time slot and came to my place on the earliest availability. He not only carefully cleaned the remaining glasses but also vacuumed small pieces all over around. They are so honest and they don t replace the chrome as others do to make more money from you. And I get to resume my trip with true glass on my car instead of tape.

Quality local business, Penny set everything up for me and was very clear when answering all my inquiries regarding windshield options and concerns. Ken installed the windshield, he has over 10 years of experience and taught me a few things about the trade. Overall my experience was superb, both conducted themselves professionally and went above and beyond with customer service. I highly recommend this KV Auto Glass, it's rare to find an honest business with people who make you feel comfortable.

Can t recommend enough! Unfortunately I ve had to use KV Auto Glass 4 times in the last year for my Audi, but I know I can always count on great, efficient, and friendly service. Highly recommend KV Auto Glass. Ken was able to provide a mobile window repair same day when I called. His incredible service made a bad day a little better. This was my second time getting work done with KV Auto Glass and this is now my go-to place for glass repair.

Ken was very nice and professional. I was referred to by a friend and he'd drive up to Livermore to fix my rear window on my hatch back trunk. Total time was about less than 40 minutes, He vacuumed all the debris as well. Nice Job!Hope I don't get another window broken, but if I do, I'll definitely call up again

From scheduling an appointment to receiving advice to the actual installation, my experience was very nice and cordial. Kenny isnt as expensive as Safelite or other folks, I was charged almost 250$ USD less than what they quoted me to fix my broken windshield.Kenny went out of his way to even fix a dent and broken bumper, sort of patched things up for free.I would highly recommend because I felt Kenny was honest and humble in how he engages customers. 2020 Review:Three years later and Kenny is STILL the best. We had an issue on the driver side window where it would not roll up/down smoothly and was off its track. I didn't even look around - I remembered Kenny from three years ago and how well he took care of us that first time. I immediately called him and asked regarding his availability. Again, on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON, Kenny told us to swing by and he took care of us. I cannot recommend Kenny enough. If you are reading this, and even if you don't need any window/glass services at this moment, I would strongly suggest bookmarking KV Auto Glass just in case you need their services in the future. I will sing praises for Kenny to anyone who will listen - he's THAT good!2017 Review:Our front driver side window got smashed on a Saturday night in San Francisco. Starting at 8:00 AM Sunday morning, my boyfriend and I called countless places to see if anyone would be able to fix it on the same day. We found someone in the Vietnamese newspaper that said he would come "immediately". Four hours later, we called him back and he said he was not able to get the glass.Panic mode ensues -- between the two of us, we must have called at least 20 places. One guy even told me, verbatim: "It's impossible to have done today." I had pretty much lost all hope of getting it repaired on Sunday at this point.In comes Kenny. Initially, Kenny also said that he did not have the glass in stock. However, he said he would check a few sources and call us back. About 15 minutes later, he called us and said he found the glass (OEM!) and could come to us by 5:00 - 6:00 PM to repair it! Right at 5:15 PM, his technician arrived and fixed the glass in less than an hour.We are beyond grateful to Kenny for going the extra mile (literally!) to find the replacement glass and to send out a technician on a SUNDAY EVENING. I would not hesitate to refer my friends and family to Kenny for any auto glass repair needs.TL;DR Kenny did the impossible and repaired our front driver side window on a Sunday evening. 5 Stars.Services: Auto power window repair, Auto side window replacement

This glass shop is top notch. Rental car got smashed and the POS grabbed our luggage. I called Safelite and they were 6 days out. KV had it replaced the same day. Very impressed. Next time I visit the Bay area, I'm gonna bring a shotgun.

Great service! We called on Sunday and Ken was at our house by Monday afternoon. He was so nice and very helpful, in and out within 30 minutes. You can t beat service at this price!

They were extremely flexible with scheduling - came to meet me at my house the Sunday of a holiday weekend. They were also about 40% less expensive than the next lowest estimate I got for replacing my windshield. I'd definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

Ken is very responsive in his responses; he gave me an instant quote for my car s glass. He was flexible with appointments and came to my workplace for fixing the glass. Definitely recommend him for all glass repairs.

Kenny arrived right on time and in less than 30 minutes had finished installing a new from windshield. He is extremely nice , personable and competent and if I have to have work like this done in the future, I would certainly have him do it.
