Worst experience I have ever had happen to me, and I don t even have my vehicle back yet. My car has been there for a month and no progress has been made. All I ever get for an answer from my service advisor (Ricardo Serrano) is that my car is hard to repair because it s a bmw, and not only that my car is still waiting on parts after having my steering rack ordered incorrectly 4 TIMES!!! Also found out that they are using used parts that look absolutely beat to the ground, meaning that they can go bad at any point leaving me with this burden to have to handle. Bumper was ordered incorrectly once and that s all I know because the service here is horrible. Don t bring your car here unless you want to be without a car for over a month. My car s damage was not severe, so if it was my car would be here for a year at this rate. Definitely do your research before bringing your car here.

They fixed my car fast and now it s brand new. Fixed within 10 days. Be aware that if your insurance doesn t cover OEM endorsements then you need to pay the parts diff

Luis at G&C auto body was awesome to work with. He was always timely to make sure I was up to date on where my car was at. Took it in on a Monday, got it back end of day Friday, just in time for the weekend. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a good body shop, I know I'll be back if I ever need work done.

Ask for Wilbert if you go here. The service here was AMAZING! Way faster than other options in the area. We will definitely come back if we need repairs again! FYI: Extra 2.5% charge if you use a credit card.

Tesla Owners: Take your Tesla here! There was some confusion at first, regarding whether they repair Teslas. However, Gene, the manager, reached out after my initial review and personally ordered the Tesla parts for my vehicle. I was able to bring my car in once the Tesla parts were delivered to their shop (took about 2 weeks) and I got my car back in 5 days! They also made the rental car + insurance process easy. David took care of all the repairs and kept me updated the whole time. Thank you to everyone at G&C Auto Body. Terrible Customer Experience Avoid This Body ShopWe recently had a repair job done at this body shop based on our insurance recommendation for a collision repair work, and I must say that my overall experience was absolutely dreadful. I would strongly advise against getting any repair work done here, especially for the work not covered by insurance.One of the major issues we encountered was their communication and billing process. We specifically instructed them to send us an estimate before proceeding to repair work that was not covered by insurance. They send estimates to phone as SMS (no phone call or email). When we clicked the link in SMS it opened a document that did not properly view on phone, and we ignored expecting they would call us to get approval based on our instructions. They claimed that the estimate was approved by us showing a document with my wife s name on it. Even though my wife or I did not sign the document, and notably, there was no timestamp indicating when the electronic signature was made, which raise significant doubts about the authenticity of the approval.To make matters worse, the charges for the repair work were excessive. When I expressed my concerns for a service that I did not authorize, they resorted to threatening tactics and went as far as withholding my car, insisting on immediate payment.In conclusion, our experience with this body shop was a complete nightmare. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. Their communication and billing practices are highly questionable, their charges are exorbitant, and their customer service is appalling. Find a reputable body shop elsewhere that values transparency and treats its customers with respect.

Second time here and the staff is amazing! Any questions you have, they get your answer as soon as possible! They keep you updated throughout the entire process. Special shout out to Brian. He waited after hours for me while I was stuck in traffic so I can get my vehicle back safely :)

Overall it was a very horrible customer experience. When someone gets into a car accident, they should not have to deal with an unresponsive and unorganized body shop to receive updates. Below are a couple of many examples:- Brought the car in April 11th to get an estimate and we continued to have to reschedule our appointment to bring the car in for repairs. We were not able to bring the car in until May 23rd- During this time, I called multiple times to the body shop to get updates and the receptionist continued to tell me they would leave a message for the manager to call me back, but that did not happen. This happened about 4 instances

Pls don t go here. At drop off you will find out your agent is no longer there. After opening the car parts, they will tell you that they ordered the wrong parts and it s your headache. Seriously avoid this place. It seems very chaotic.

Took my Tesla for collision repair. The initial response from the team was good and they said they'll reach out soon. After a week they call back and say they have some issue with Tesla website. Upon calling multiple times we realize it's an issue that ONLY this company had and Tesla blocked them from ordering parts. They never bothered to inform a waiting customer meanwhile.

I had the rear bumper and tail light replaced on my Nissan 370Z here. They did an amazing job and the turn around was less than 24 hours. When I picked up my car both the exterior and interior had been detailed. The insurance claim process here was incredibly smooth. All the people I met here were genuinely nice and a pleasure to deal with.

I had a bad experience with this shop. Poor customer service, slow response/no response. The worst part is the terrible job done on the repair. Also, during pickup they asked me to sign some paperwork. Later I found out they had a prefill perfect survey in the paper work(my fault for not checking what I was signing). Also during review of the repair, I feel rushed. The guy just walked back to office before I finish review the repair job. I don't recommend this shop

Sent my car in for front end damage the lights were broke. They towed it to another one of their locations. Got it back almost a month later. It was making a wierd noise. Engine "blew up" in a parking garage in another town I was in for an important appointment. Missed that. Had to call and have it towed back to my city. They put me in another rental for bout 2 weeks. Turns out they had forgot to place something back on in the engine? They paid for my rental the whole time and paid to correct their mistakes.

We had a great experience with G&C Auto Body services. After a fender bender, this place was recommended by the insurance. The people here, especially Louis Ramirez and Jose Espana were extremely helpful and enthusiastic. They even dropped our car home after fixing it. The quality of their work is excellent. Alex in Hayward office is great and communicates really well but Fremont office is totally different if they say Fremont location run away my car been there longer then the due date no communication with the manager he never calls when they say he will they re unprofessional unorganized and will cause you to waste more money on your rental than your deductible is worth. My car was involved in a rear collision, insurance recommended G & C Auto Body for repair, since it was a large repair, it took them a good 3 weeks to fix the car, but returned the car in top shape, infact my car looks brand new , the technicians did a fabulous job fixing the car.

I got car accident before thanksgiving day. It was on 156 highway to the big sur. My car is damge of bumper.G & C Auto Body shop is doing good service. There are quickly and checking everything very detial. I super recommend Ajay Sharma to help you if someone has car repair. My car is only 8 hours for repairy time. Left my car pristine and it looked like the first day I got it after someone swerved into my left hand driver door. Would definitely recommend. Service could have been quicker (took eight days) but for the quality and price it was worth it.

The car body work was done in a dusty area and the whole interior of the car was full of dust and debris. I went back for cleaning and the front desk person took the car to garage and came back with almost the same condition. I had to spend lot of time to clean the interior and still some parts which are cloth material cannot be wiped. It turned out to be a very expensive repair for me. Very disappointed with their work and service.

Cheaters. Pls Don't visit this body shop. I had a very bad experience. They kept my brand new car for almost a month and told me that they don't accept insurance which I have. They over quote the insurance and the insurance did not approve it and they came back to customer saying they don't accept that insurance.
