I didn't had problems with the brakes but it was wear out and was recommended to change during my last oil change. I went ahead with front and back brakes pads change and upon insisting also went ahead with Front rotor change a month ago. After the job was done, I started getting problems right away, the car started having burning smell, vibrating and shaking when brakes are applied. I also started getting weird noise. I went to Midas think it would be low on oil and did oil change. Still after driving for a week, it didn't fix anything so went ahead with diagnostic at some other auto center and it was found the brakes were not done properly. I went back to Future auto care and they accepted it was not done properly and some one guy will be working on the car. It took more than a day to have it fix. When I was picking the car and that too I had to call to get status, the person at front didn't know what they did or didn't wanted to tell. I had to raise voice "The car is here for more than a day and you don't know the issue". He started threatening me. I had being to this place 3 times for oil change, but it was nightmare doing brakes and now I don't trust if they can't tell me what they did and what actually was an issue.

Had a very bad experience with my service there today. I had taken a groupon coupon for oil change + tire rotation + inspection for $50.When I went back to collect my car, first the car was **scratched heavily** on the side which happened at the shop. They denied doing it, but am 100% sure it happened there as it was a fresh yellow paint on my gray car which was not there earlier.I then found out they only did oil change and did not rotate the tires neither did the inspection. When I called the shop they asked me to again come into the shop. On my working day I had already spent the whole morning on this and could not find time again to get in.Total waste of money and time with these guys. Never will I visit this shop again. I hope they will be penalized for their poor customer care and utter lack of customer morale.

Scheduled an appointment with them, received several reminders, was punctual, yet they didn't show up. Adding to the unprofessionalism, they didn't answer my phone calls. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.Update: Appointment was made online before they were closed.

I had a fantastic experience with Fremont Auto Care! Their customer service is truly excellent.The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. What impressed me most was their transparency and honesty; they did not try to upsell unnecessary services or scam me in any way. Very bad experience. Went to get my coolant connector loose leak issue. Also told them that 6 months back I had misfire issue and it no longer exist. I asked them to check it.They fixed my leak issue but when I picked up my car now it has an engine light on and car really started with misfires. Car started shaking a lot almost not drivable. I did not have engine light before and no shaking, it all started after I went here. And fix for my leak was to just tighten connector.

I have used Future Auto Care service since 2018. I highly recommend this place not only because their very fair price, but they offer reliable suggestion no matter when I met problem with my car. And my car got well fixed every time.

I had an excellent experience at the car care service. The front desk staff greeted me warmly and took the time to explain the wear and tear limits of my tires and brakes. They thoroughly checked my car and provided reassurance that it's in great condition for my upcoming trip to LA. I'm impressed by their professionalism and transparency. I'll definitely be returning to this service periodically for my car maintenance needs.

Sean is amazing. I d VSA indicator come on requiring $1400 for part alone. He spent an hour to take out and clean the senso and put it back! BINGO, the indicator went off and did all these free of charge since I ve been a customer for long time. The service was amazing and the guys in the shop is really helpful and kind! I recommend this shop for your car repairs highly.Thank you Future Auto care!

Friendly staff and explained what they were doing, but they charged over $600 for the front brake pad replacement. Most places will charge $200-$300 for this service for my make and model.

Came in 10 minutes late for my appointment. Yet, the person was really nice about it and took the car in immediately for the oil. We have done oil changes with them before too. They are always quick, easy to get appointment and will clearly communicate if there are any future work that needs to be done.They also do price matches if it is reasonable. Call them first for an appointment. They do same day appointments too.

i have been coming here since 2021 and have been always satisfied by the professionalism and work. i have done synthetic oil change for civic and lexus and always been pleasure to get service here.great service and people to work with would recommend everyone to give them a try

I spoke the manager and asked about a windshield replacement and he told me to talk to their glass repair guy. I spoke to the glass repair guy and he told me he will order the part and have it ready for me to come in on Thursday. I go in on Thursday and the part was never ordered. I was told by the manager that he would order the glass and give me a call later that day. That call never happened. Don t go here for windshield repair.Update they called back after my review. I found a better place that did the change same day so I declined this shops help. I would still avoid this shop for glass work

I came to Future Auto for brake pads replacement after a recommendation from Big O Tires, Danville, but as per Future Auto, I did not need brake pads replacement, they saved me good $$$They also did a free tire rotatation and gave me a free inject cleaner.Thanks so much Sean for your prompt help and guidance Services: Tires, Brakes

My friend & I had a great experience getting our two cars fixed. We were able to drive home after a 30-min repair, while the other car stayed overnight for more extensive rep. My friend and I also super appreciated Sean, he's knowledgeable & helped us through what we needed for repairs.If you're thinking about groupon, I'd recommend going & asking for the groupon deal to be honored. They're happy to do that & it better supports the people who run local businesses.

When I first took my car to sean, I had already been told by another shop that my cars exhaust system would need $2k to replace. Sean was able to demystify the problem and explain/offer a variety of solutions from more temporary hold overs to full replacement, along with the pros/cons of each.In short, Sean and his team s expertise and service are so good that my entire friend group now drives down from Oakland to Fremont to get our cars serviced.

I went in for a regular oil change. Made appointment for 1:30pm and I am currently still sitting in the office, it is 3:46pm. The gentleman in the office has be very friendly which is nice, but the wait is killing me. I left the office, walked around a park for 2 hours came back to see that my car had JUST pulled in for service. Really bad experience honestly, only redeeming factor was the friendliness of the employee.Service: Oil change

Last year I noticed my mini van's steel wheel was shaking after driving for 30 minutes. I took the car to another repair shop 3 times and spent a lot money but the issue was not resolved. Then I took the car to Future Auto Care. They identified the issue and fixed it right the way. Last month, the check engine light of the mini van came on. Again they were able to fix it quickly. The office is friendly and Sean is very knowledgeable of cars. The cost is also very reasonable.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

Purchased oil change Groupon. Made appointment at 4:30 pm, car was taken in at 4:50 pm. Didn't know about additional fees for recycling of $11.65. Was informed of need to replace filters. Estimates for future work given.

I have chosen Future Auto Care for years for the regular car service. The staff there are very friendly, responsible and efficient. I make appointment before I go and I can get my service done with the scheduled time, no need to wait for long time. And the price are reasonable and transparent. Really recommend!

Future Auto Care is my number one choice for my auto care. It is easy to make an appointment. I had a couple of urgent auto service needs that they booked me the same day. Jason Lin is the guy fixed my cars. He was very knowledgable, answered all of my questions and was honest and upfront on costs to repair. So I was disappointed because they actually cut the line for my windshield wiper fluid. When I pointed it out to the technician he acted like oh it was always like that, and I had to point out no my car wasn't like that when I got it here. The guy who made the desk ended up fixing it by joining it with another piece of hose and then told me well it might not last long but it's a temporary fix. I still have to pay full price for my oil change which was the reason I was there, It was supposed to come with a 35 point inspection which I never heard hiding or hair about it took two and a half hours to do my oil change so no I don't recommend this place. So yeah now that my line to my windshield wiper fluid is completely broken and unrepairable I had to change my review to one star I literally paid to have my car broken by these guys don't make the same mistake I did.
