My experience with the service team has been good. Recently they fixed a coolant and oil leak. On other visits routine tire rotations and oil changes were performed in a timely manner. Make an appointment in advance and mid-week is usually better.

Service managers are very professional and truly care for their clients. Generally regular service takes 2~3 hours of window, with free car wash.

Have to hand it to Maria Castillo at this Fremont Toyota Location. She's always professional, efficient, knowledgeable and very in tune to what her customers need assistance with, top it off with down to earth kindness and it's always a pleasure to have her as my customer service representative. Good deals on tires on the October sale. Free shuttle drop off and pick up apon completion.Took about 5hr for all tires to be changed with an alignment. Friendly service and courtesy from service advisor Pat

$253 is quite expensive to turn on and off!!! When you are in doubt, try resetting the codes yourself or go somewhere else!!!I got a flat tire, so I went to this dealership to get my tire replaced. After I got the flat tire, a bunch of warnings came on and they told me they needed to run diagnostic. They did call me to ask for approval but it seemed unbelievable that my car suddenly had 5 different problems after I got the flat tire. However, I just bought this car a few months ago and I was paranoid. I want to make sure there is no problem with it, so I agreed for them to do the diagnostic. However, in the call, I did ask them if these warnings might be related to the broken tire sensor. He ensured me it was unrelated and they had to run the test. When I came back, they told me there were no issues and all they had to do was resetting the codes.

Their service department was absolutely a waste of more than 24 hours time. So much needless STRESS over an issue that didn't even exist 17 calls to clarify the details on simply exchanging a bad battery. Make sure they understand exactly what you need before they start telling you a bunch of assumptions that aren't true. Great parts department though! Chris and Donald were awesome!

Had a very nice experience here. We are not local, so our visit here was a one off. Nonetheless, they treated us like we were valued customers. Pat in service was very nice to us and we were so happy the car was ready sooner than anticipated. Plus, getting a clean car back makes the rest of the day nicer!

Customer service is terrible in Toyota they just wait for a paycheck, they Don't listen to you and they don't care to waste your time, is better go to Honda human treatment and amazing customer service

Brought my truck in on 1/5/2022 and was told the parts they needed would take a few days to come in.. truck wasn t ready until 1/22/2022 (and that s fine with everything going on right now I expected a delay) but that s not why I m leaving the 1 star. I was told the technician working on my truck broke the handle off the rear lift gate. I asked why they were even opening it when the issue was under the truck. Did not get a clear answer and when I asked if they were going to fix what they broke I was told it was considered normal wear and tear and I d have to pay for the part, an extra $160.

Took my Prius here for a routine service after making an appointment. Was kept waiting for 45 minutes past said appointment time and had to ask a tech when my service advisor would return. Was told that they would get to me at some point but were not sure. Had to leave at the 55 minute mark for another commitment. Given the level of professionalism I had experienced in the last 8 years at Mossy in San Diego, this was quite disappointing.

FOUR HOURS wait time for a oil change!!!!!! Ridiculous even thou you have a appointment. Then whats the use of having appointment !!!! Thank god this was my last service here. And requested car wash that also didnt happen in 4 hours!! Never buying service package again. All three cars I bought here, was same wait time. My last visit to FREMONT TOYOTA. Im DONE

As good as it gets I guess. Traditional set up and traditional way of working.Wait times for servicing can wary depending on the day. But expect 2 hours min.

Terrible experience. Had an appointment for 9:00am, I was told that it could take about an hour or an hour and half, a simple scheduled maintenance that only needs tire rotation. Waited until 10:50am and when I check it I was told that nothing done yet and it could take additional 2-3 hours. First, no updates or whatever during the wait time, second no excuses or anything, third why do you even call it an APPOINTMENT?Don t risk your valuable time here.

Phillip was nice to deal with, i did not have an appointment. So waited about 15min before an advisor was available. He quoted 2 to 3hrs for oil change and inspection.....had i known i would just have gone to one of those in and out lube places as i needed the car in the afternoon.

Great timing of coupons! Service is generally fast and they seem to do a good job. So far it is for scheduled maintenance so nothing complex or expensive yet.

I just want to say thank you to Maria.She is so warm-hearted, patient and professional. I had an important appointment on the day of the car service. I was told I couldn t get it complete before the appointment. But Maria said she could help me. She requested a rental car for me so that I can go for the appointment without delaying car service. It did solve my problems I don t need to rebook the car service and I will not missing the appointment.

Unprofessional and What I am surprised at is the lack of communication in -1. Status of the service past the first call I had after dropping my car... where in the during the call I was told about getting the car ready in an hour. But that was not the case2. Ride share or pick situation wasn't communicated3. Car had a recall and coolant leak issues and that was not communicated either after that first call post drop off.If I had to stay back to pick my car, I'm sure I would have had to wait the whole 9 hours since my appointment was at 7 30 AM.Car stuck at service during holidays and not sure when they were going to return and no communication has not been a professional way to handle stuff.I'm not sure where all that good work has gone. There was a lot of difference in service from previous yearsServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Fremont Toyota's Service center is hit or miss. There are some advisors that are extremely helpful and others that are lacking some basic customer service skills. Wait times here for oil changes are frequently multiple hours even if you have an appointment. I've started just dropping my vehicle off for the day since they tend to be unreliable with pickup times

Please do not trust their estimated hour.Even I booked the regular maintenance,I awaited around 3 hours.They said the estimate hour was 1.5 hour.

I had an appointment for oil change, I spent almost two and half hours. One of the assistant service managers told me they work on over 120 cars. That's unacceptable, I had an appointment not a walk in, I expected better.

I have had my cars (2 different 4Runners) serviced primarily at Fremont Toyota for the past 9 or so years. Although they do seem to have some turnover in their Service Managers, I have always found them to be knowledgeable, professional, and personable. And they have competed all service work correctly and within the promised time window. I would definitely recommend this location if you need your Toyota serviced.

It took me over 5 hours (from 10 am to 3:15 pm) for changing Oil with an appointment.First he promised me 2 hours for changing oil so I waited in Lobby.After 2 hours, I called him and he said another one and an half hours.At 2 pm, I called him he wasn't answer my call anymore.I left the message but he didn't call me back.I looked for him in his office but he wasn't there.I know they are busy but over 5 houses is nonsense.I have to call Main Office so he can call me back.Then he ignored me and didn't even point out where my car was.He just told me outside and it was 2 rolls behind the entrance.His name is Belal Najibyar.I may request not working with him.

There is no doubt that Fremont Toyota has an excellent service department! I was able to get the assistance I needed and my expectations were far exceeded. Belal Najibyar deserves a special thanks for helping me! His positive attitude and sense of humor relieved a lot of stress that I was experiencing from other locations. Their promises are really understated and their deliveries are over the top! One of the worst service departments. Every bad experience with this guy Belal Najibyar. I booked an appointment at 12.30pm and was here by 12.30 and when dropping the car they said the service should be done by 2.45pm. When I checked with them at 3, he said it wasn t even started and it might take until 4pm. He was very rude and after waiting for close to 3 hours, he asked me to take the car back for just requesting to speed up the service. If you can t avoid Service here at least try to avoid this guy.
