It was incredibly busy but he still made it a point to greet everyone and make every customer feel welcomed as well as acknowledged! She responded to every query of mine and made sure all the issues reported with the car are fixed. The quick 2 hour rental of the spare vehicle is a pleasant surprise. Mickey was my advisor. Had a really good experience today. He was patient and very helpful in explaining everything to me. My service advisor Yvonne took my appointment and set up a diagnosis to root cause my car's starting hesitation problem. The technician, Ray, found a bad cell in a recently replaced battery put in by other auto parts store.I am happy with the service as it save me money for other unnecessary replacement of parts as I was quoted for an alternator replacement by other auto care store.

the worst Att and the worst Service that I have never really received in my life as a Toyota affiliated dealer dealer, they are the worst, they should better close their store since they are neither ready nor prepared to provide the services that Toyota offers, the attention is very bad The service is bad, you can go without your car for up to three days and when you go to look for it, they haven't done anything to the car, not to mention that if you leave something in your car, it could get lost and no one responds. I recommend this place at all. waste your time and much less your money coming to this place

Shout out to my brother - Juan. He flipped his friendly face and turned around his back so fast, didn t want me to see his tears when I m not financing through him. He must be struggling on his job. Came here to purchase a used Non-Toyota vehicle.They were pretty laid back and easy going, pulled the vehicle I was looking for out upon request and let my drive it around their large lot by myself.They had no technical knowledge about the non-Toyota vehicle whatsoever so I was left with my own prior research before arriving.I had already gotten approval for a loan from my own bank so there was no budging from my part. Once that was established, everything else went fairly quickly. We confirmed price and the Finance manager just pushed papers for me to sign.They had failed to mention the car only had one key fob, no spare either. (Also my fault for not checking). The car was sent to get washed which was a decent job. Upon acquiring the car, I was nearly at empty for gas too which I needed to fill myself.Overall experience was ok, I wouldn't reach out to them unless they had the specific vehicle I was looking for.

I m just thrilled with my purchase. I didn t really know what I wanted but with a few suggestions and test drives with their product specialist Laurie I was able to narrow down my choices, do my research and decide on a vehicle. There was no pushing or aggressive sales pitches, just suggestions and good info based on some of my needs and wants. And a big thank you for Ken the internet sales manager for keeping me up to date on the vehicle delivery date and completing the purchase with us. Great team work and I m a satisfied customer.

Don't toss this flyer if you see it! Ask for Roderick Buttram!! I received a flyer following my bankruptcy which completely devastated me. I had been without a car after my car was repossessed in February of 2023. I had to file bankruptcy in June 2023 and finally called the number on the flyer so as to get transportation. Roderick was very helpful and got me into a vehicle which I plan to refinance ASAP. The freedom I had longed for which I deeply missed and had impacted my mental health was alleviated tremendously. I highly recommend you use Roderick as your salesperson. He changed my life and put me back on the road again that same visit!

I went to Fremont Toyota to get my car lease. Mert Cavdar was my point of contact. I found him very helpful. Overall the process was very smooth. I enjoyed working with Mert and Fremont Toyota.But I am very unhappy with their service department. They took at least 3 hr just for an oil change. I went there couple of time after appointment but both time they took extra long time. I'll avoid them for servicing my car.

as a first time buyer, I strongly do not recommend going to this dealership. First they led me to believe the amount discussed was out the door cost. they didn t effectively communicate to me the information and costs. knowing it was my first time buying a car through financing. After family better explained the finance documents i learned that they charged me $6k more from MSRP. my down payment was put on the finance total, as was my taxes, double dipping costs. my interest rate was 1.5 higher than toyota finance explained on the phone. in my opinion they misrepresented my credit score. there is a difference between good business, good salesman and gouging the customer; they seem to not understand the difference. i suggest to look at other dealerships maybe all; before going to this one and read reviews for references. hope this causes positive changes for others.

Rating: I recently purchased a certified used vehicle from Fremont Toyota, and the experience has been deeply disappointing. Despite assurances to the contrary, it became apparent post-purchase that the vehicle had undergone paint touch-ups. When these and other issues were raised with the dealership, their response was unsatisfactory at best.Lack of Transparency : The dealership categorically denied any paint work had been done on the vehicle, contrary to the visible evidence. This raises serious questions about their honesty and the reliability of their certification process.Poor Customer Service : Upon addressing the initial complaints about the vehicle s condition, the dealership s attitude shifted negatively. Of the three concerns we brought to their attention, only one was acknowledged and addressed. The lack of accountability and customer support is concerning.Quality Control Issues : It s evident that Fremont Toyota does not thoroughly inspect their vehicles before selling them. This oversight not only affects the buyer s satisfaction but also raises safety concerns.Technical Knowledge Lacking : Surprisingly, the dealership s staff seemed unfamiliar with basic vehicle warning systems, such as the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) light. This lack of knowledge is unacceptable from a certified dealer.Recommendation : Based on my experience, I strongly advise potential buyers to exercise caution when dealing with Fremont Toyota s used car department. It would be wise to have a trusted mechanic inspect any vehicle thoroughly before considering a purchase from them.Conclusion : The experience has been a stark reminder that integrity and customer service are paramount in the used car industry. Unfortunately, Fremont Toyota fell short on both accounts. Potential buyers should be wary and ensure they are fully informed before making a purchase from this dealership.Also, special thanks to Tan Hoang and his manager for not addressing two problems The other problems being a DRL that went out within a week, and mst importantly that paint job. Good work Toyota!

Mert and the whole team at Freemont Toyota were wonderful to work with. Went in late, around 7:30, on a Wednesday to check out a car I was interested in and even though I offered to come in the next day they insisted it wasn't too late. The team stayed until 11:00 and made it happen. I was really impressed how the team worked together to lend a hand. I overheard them speaking to each other several times and it was always asking how they could help or offering to take care of one of the steps. I walked off two lots of other dealerships in the previous week when I was left unsatisfied with game playing. Extremely happy with the choice to visit Freemont Toyota.Thanks again to Mert and Team

1) it really pisses me off that dealer such this one, recommends completely unncessary service and then fail to recommend critical one, last time, i was leeched off throttle body cleaning which only afterwards, many owners voiced it completely unnecessary, meantime, through my research transmission oil service is highly recommended around the mileage at which I brought my vehicle in, but fremont toyota failed to mention. Unless you do your own research dealers such this really sets you up for a failure!2) simple oil change took 3+ hrs after brought my vehicle on time, which otherwise should take 30 min at most when I do myself. If they demand to bring in time but can not get the job done within reasonable hour why schedule at all?
