I had the most unpleasant call with the shop manager Fernando Alvarado. And I feel so offended and humiliated by him. I called in for service today as my Tesla car had a collision and need it repaired.I expressed my need which is my car is barely drivable due to steeling wheel issue from the collision and I was trying to find a way to eliminate the # of times to drive the car to the shop. We have shared the picture of the car including the alert from the Tesla showing the steering wheel issue which caused the damage. However, he stated he can t see why we can t drive the car from the picture and the estimates provided by insurance company. And ask us to fix the steeling wheel so we can drive to the shop so he can fix the rest.I don t understand his logic and when I trying to ask understand the process better. He keeps accuse me lying about the steeling wheel and blame about me having an attitude and says they won t accept me as customer anymore.I have never been humiliated by any service provider like this. When I asked to his manager. He said he is the manager and the owner of the shop. If that s the case, I would recommend anyone who don t want to get humiliation from service provide to avoid this place at all cost.

Mismatched silver paint for rear side damage, returned car with plastic molding not attached but found in the trunk. When brought back in, plastic not aligned straight.On rear side quarter panel, where it should be a flat face, bubbled gloss. On a part that wasn't even damaged protective clear plastic film was removed and not reapplied.I brought my vehicle here due to the geico insurance.Customer service was provided.Please understand that i had to drive 30 minutes to get here and back from my home some what a hassle just to have them fix little things that were over looked and missed. I expected my car to be returned in a condition that it was before accident or better, recieved car as it is noticeable it has been in an accident and an attempt to repair was tried.

I recently brought my Toyota GR86 to the Fremont Collision Center after recommendation from GEICO insurance. My car got hit on the left rear side while parked by another driver who was trying to park on the left side of my car. In regard to the repair process, it was a pretty smooth process. I was given a realistic completion date and regular updates were provided via text. In the end, my car looked just the way it was before the parking lot incident. I have used Fremont Collision in the past with a positive experience and will prefer to use them in the future if required.Service: Body & Trim

Good communication but end results are not great. We still had glass shards in the window. We could hear them when we opened the window, dashboard was dirty and damaged as if it had been just thrown somewhere while repairs were being done. The radio was not installed Properly.

Fernando and team did a fantastic job on my Tesla model 3. The car had 4 panels that was bust thanks to being side swiped by a truck. The car looks as good as new and all the complex electrical and sensors are working as intended. They did take a lot of time to fix the car but it was worth it.

My car was brought here by Geico after a theft. The staff are very patient and understanding especially going through a frustrating time. Their office is extremely remarkable it is even nicer than some doctors offices that are been to. Unfortunately my vehicle is deemed a total loss however I think I would do business with them in the future.

My car was involved in a collision & Geico sent me to Fremont Collision Center, I was so impressed with their work. used 3rd party part for replacement (front bumper) and the paint job did not match. They repainted the bumper and said it would take a day to do.Still did not match well. Repainted 2nd time slightly better but not great. Greeting from staff was below average. Working with the geico representative was above average.

I have brought my Nissan here twice. Both times I was very pleased with their expedited service. I highly recommend, and trust, Fremont Collision.... great customer service as well!

I went there and dropped off the car. Team took care of it within minutes and after a day when they started repaid, I forgot to mention a detail regarding paint and called them up. Manager was super awesome in acknowledging that and said he will take care of it in 2 months since there is a paint settling time. I would definitely recommend any time. Overall process was smooth, team was very communicative and transparent.Service: Body & Trim

No one ever likes to have to go through vehicle repairs, especially when its not your own fault for it happening. Was very fortunate that my insurance was accepted by this establishment. This was actually my first time ever filing a claim through my insurance and the whole process was done seamlessly. The staff at Fremont Collision Center were very friendly and attentive to my needs. My car was there for a total of 7 days and each day they gave me updates on the status of the vehicle. What was being ordered, what was done that day, and what they were waiting to get done. This ordeal could've been a lot worse but because of the professionalism and quick turn around of my repairs what was a bad situation didn't turn out to be much of a problem at all.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto detailing, Air conditioning

Fremont Collision Center is the place I will always bring my vehicles to be repaired. I was in a wreck that but a good size dent in the side of my Ford F150. They are so professional. They went through the entire process with me. They checked for everything. They gave me an estimate and an expected due date. They sent progress reports everyday. They stayed within budget and got my truck done early. It looks brand new!!!! It actually looks better because they detailed my truck when they were done. They have a wonderful friendly staff and a great service. Definitely use them.

I only had my Tundra for 3 weeks before it was hit from behind. The right corner of the bumper was bent, but no body parts were dented.The other party's insurance recommended Fremont Collision Center. When I arrived for my drop off appointment, they had my rental truck waiting and insurance adjuster present, both at the same location.Throughout the repair process, Fremont Collision Center kept me informed of status. The repair was completed in time promised. Quality of repair is excellent. Color matched perfectly and all parts aligned properly. Blind Spot Sensor and Rear Cross Traffic Detection working as did previously. Excellent customer service also. No waiting for drop-off or pick-up. Nice job Fremont Collision Center!

My Mazda had scratches and dent and was covered under Geico. The way Fremont Collision Center (FCC) and Geico coordinated was amazing. It was my first time dealing with auto insurance related repairs and it could not have been made simpler by FCC. The staff was always helpful, cooperative, and prompt with communication.They provide constant updates on the status of your car via texts and seemed genuine about costs and services.I will make it my to-go car detailing shop and would definitely recommend.Services: Painting, Auto detailing

Awesome experience with Fremont Collision Center. My Honda Odyssey was rear ended landing up in the body shop for 1 month. They constantly kept me updated about the progress. They even took care of a few additional car rental days as it was going over my max limit. Super impressed with their service!

As I continue to recover from my auto injury, I m still at awe with the work Fremont Collision Center has done. I m so pleased and am looking forward to getting future work completed by your shop. I have been a bit tied up with doctor appointments but made a promise to go back with time and complete your survey/review. I m still blown away and had to make sure your shop received my honest review and credit for such an amazing job. I d like to thank every single person that was involved in the process from meeting the gentlemen at the counter, to the young ladies and the team that did the actual repairs to my vehicle. Your team was like a teddy bear to me that helped comfort me though the process of healing after my auto injuries. From the bottom of my heart, I thank y all for a job well done! My car had met with an accident and Fremont Collision center was recommended by Geico. They fixed it with high quality and on time as promised with periodically updating the status.If you are looking for a reliable team to get the job done without any hassle then I would highly recommend Fremont Collision Center.Great customer service!! My car took a day longer than originally estimated, but I was impressed by the customer service and repair quality. Staff was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The photos and repairs were very thorough. Drop-off and pick-up were both quick and easy.

Awesome customer service. I was so worried about my car being damaged due to an accident. The folks over in Fremont collision center made sure that I am relaxed for start and took good care of my car in a very professional manner. the best part is that they delivered my car 3 days in advance which was super awesome. Highly recommend Fremont collision center to anyone who has a damaged car.

I had brought my Hyundai Elantra car to this collision center since this is the closest place to my residence and this place is really amazing to get your car served. They have replaced my car hood with a new one, cleaned the car with absolute perfection (interior in detail). The car now looks like brand new. While picking up the car, I have requested Fernando to help me clean an old scratch marks on the car and he was very supportive. He fixed the scratch in minutes with his technician and the people are very friendly. I would highly recommend such people or collision centers. Fernando you are amazing and it was wonderful to see such place here in Fremont.

My car got damaged while I was parking. Geico recommended me this auto-body shop. I got the work done. It took them a week. They regularly updated me as the progress was made. I liked it overall. No complaints. It has been around 3 weeks since I got my car back.

I had a very good experience at the shop. The hop worked directly with my insurance company for the claim & all I had to pay was deductible. When I dropped the car, it was w/o any hassle. The best part was they updated me the status of the car every 2 days and informed me as soon as I was done. They detailed my car at the end w/o any additional cost.I would recommend the shop to everyone.

In the past 25 years I have been in California, I want to say Fremont Collision is the best shop we have dealt with for our repair work. I have had a Mercedes Benz and Toyota Camry put back to production specification. Also, the staff have been totally awesome. Their partnership with Geico is fantastic. My wife s Honda Element is in for repairs and Fremont Collision has been very friendly and helpful with Amy information I may need when I call in. They also did a great job on repairs from a previous accident on another vehicle I owned.

Fremont Collision Center deserves a 5 star review. I had the unfortunate circumstance in which I was in need of their services which I found their services excellent.
