I recently brought my white Mercedes C 250 to Fix Auto in Warm Springs, Fremont for some rear bumper repair as I was rear ended. From the moment I spoke with Linda, I knew I was in good hands. She took care of everything with setting the appointment time, answering all of my questions and most importantly, did a great job communicating with my insurance agent at State Farm. The whole process was stress free and I found her and all of the staff members very friendly and courteous. Fix Auto did a great job repairing the bumper and they gave my car a thorough cleaning too! I highly recommend them and I hope to never be involved in another accident but should I need auto work, I would definitely go back to Fix Auto :)

I have nothing but great things to say about Fix Auto in Fremont. Excellent customer service, Linda was amazing from the beginning, she kept me up to date regularly on the status of my car. Just picked up my car yesterday, and it honestly looked brand new, they did a phenomenal job. I will recommend this place to anyone who is in need of any body work.

Absolute 5 star experience. Responsive friendly customer service from the first phone call. Were able to squeeze me into an estimate and repair date within a few weeks, unlike some places I tried where it was months out. The workmanship so far seems perfect. Price was actually great, I checked one other shop who quoted me hundreds more. And the cherry on top, they washed waxed my car and cleaned the interior as an included bonus! Sorry to the team, for my car was in bad need of cleaning. Thanks Linda and Fix Auto!

I can't say enough good things about this shop. After my accident, Carlos made my car look brand new again and at the most reasonable prices I've seen in the Bay Area. The attention to detail was impeccable, like leaving the underside of the hood a matte finish to match the factory finish. He even worked with me when I wanted to source my own used genuine parts. One thing, I learnt , If you are going for a paint job, as a customer please take a high resolution camera and take 360 degree picture of your car as your own set of record on-site. defiantly not economical compared to the customer service they provideService: PaintingService: Painting

I would like to inform you all that whatever you see on the review it s not accurate on my experience on what I told by Mr. Carla it wasn t match I thought they specialize for bumper pain when I took my 2015 Lexus there for a paint job on rear and front bumper get it pretty horrific job overall

Great experience overall working with this shop. They are very responsive. Carlos responded immediately and was able to come in for an estimate. Work we done the following day and they did a great job. Communicated throughout the whole process and car was done in a timely manner. This has been the best auto shop experience I've ever had, and I'm not exaggerating. Whenever I've gone to shops it's a little inefficient with the wait times, but taking my car to Fix Auto Warm Springs in Fremont, CA was the best decision. They painted my front bumper and had it ready in less than a day, which last time, at another shop. Took a week. But besides that, their customer service has been so excellent and they go above and beyond. The girls are very nice, welcoming and they really listen to your needs so that you can get your car fixed and going in very little time. Thank you Fix for making my life easier.Service: Painting

Brought my car here for repairs after a collision. The team was professional, easy to work with, and were very responsive throughout the whole process. They did a great job on restoring my car to perfect condition and even gave it a wash and vacuumed the inside before pick-up.

Fix Auto was in constant communication with me, from letting me know when the tow truck would arrive to their communications with my insurer to the status of obtaining parts. I recently had the pleasure of meeting Carlos when I arrived at Bumpers Express Auto Body. Carlos was extremely knowledgeable, fast and sufficient at helping me with my car issues. My partner and I , drive from MV to his location because he is the best. He gave us options at different price points and his work is high quality. Really nice guy too, honest. He repaired the bottom bumper , grill area of our Mercedes RV and my partner's Subaru.
