Brought my truck over to Fix Auto Shop and the work here was outstanding! The people as well were kind and very helpful. I was happy with the work and the results. Very informative with any questions you might have. Definitely recommend this place! The before and after results are amazing! Thank you fix auto for great service and amazing results!

I had such a great experience with Fix Auto. The whole process went so smoothly. I was constantly updated via text on the stages of the repair. So nice that they clean the car before I picked it up which I had been meaning to do. Really appreciated being able to drop off my rental at the location too. You can tell that the staff really cares about their customers. Snehal was super understanding and stayed after they closed to let me pick up my car which was greatly appreciated! He was super knowledgeable and I had a great conversation with him. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs repairs in the area.

Back right side was fixed like new. Can't even tell I got hit. They got it done quickly- 4 days like he said. I tracked the progress with their status update texts. Owner was friendly and helped me understand the whole repair and insurance process better.

I got my car scratched and was very upset but I am glad that I found this place to fix my car. Very nice folks and thank you Gurpal for helping all along!They firstly do a very detailed inspection, notice more details than me, have all fixed around just 3 days! And while waiting, they texted me the updates, which build a lot of trusts.Here s share the pictures of before and after. Very professional and easy to work with, no wonder they have high ratings. Definitely recommend. 5 Stars!

They were great in service and car repair. My car was as good as new. They repaired car quickly and provided timely updates as they made progress through text messages on phone. They were accommodating and flexible with timing of fix, holding the car because I could not drop it during day time. Snehal was friendly and explained us the required repairs very clearly. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

This was the epitome of under-promising & over-delivering!...I was given a two week ETA but picked my car up 4 days early! My headlights were filthy but looked like new when I arrived! Most impressive was the fact that I brought the owner out to ask about another scrape on my right rear 1/4 panel (and what I thought was going to be a separate claim), and he told me that Alan buffed everything out! Thanks to these guys, my lil 2012 is looking good as new! I really appreciate you guys and I will HIGHLY recommend you to my friends and family!

They went above and beyond in service and car repair. My car looked as good as new. They were accommodating and receptive from the word GO. Flexible with timing of fix, holding the car because I could not pick it up on time. A very thorough job of the fix with a very transparent and clear bill. The people helping us out were great, friendly. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

I was extremely impressed by their professionalism and quick turn around. Someone had hit the back of my 2003 Buick Century and Fix Auto made it look brand new. They took fantastic care of me and I would recommend them in a heartbeat! As the car used to belong to my grandfather, I'm over the moon to have it back in my driveway looking better than ever. I brought my car in for repairs due to an accident and FixAuto s team repaired my JEEP like it was brand new. Right from my first call to set up the appointment to pick up after fix, I had great service. The staff was very friendly and funny.They explained very well what was wrong with the car and what they fixed.Overall a 5 star experience.

A bear got into my car and ripped door frames from inside and also damaged roof from inside. Several other things broken from inside wrt all 4 doors. i've been to multiple auto body shops, most of them were not responsive nor informative. Fix Auto Fremont staff were very much caring and always gave accurate estimates. Their craftsmanship is really superb, can't even figure out if something really happened to my car. They have very good technicians and the owner of the Fix Auto Fremont is also highly knowledgable and always encourages and praises his team. So much satisfied with Fix Auto Fremont. Hopefully You never need car repair, but if ever needed then Fix Auto Fremont is your best bet.Service: Body & Trim

Fix auto were very kind, honest and were able to fix my rear bumper super fast. They matched paint perfectly and when above and beyond in really working on the detail of making it all look good. I really appreciated their hard and speedy work.

I had a terrible time with my insurance company trying to get my car fix auto help a whole lot in the accident claim they found the best parts for my car and they was very fast at fixing my car . They was great people to work with in this terrible time for me and my child I feel like fix auto made everything happen in my favor . Taking my car to Fix Auto Fremont has been a great experience. Firstly, when you walk in, you are greeted by the owner, Snehal, and he treats you just like family. He is very honest and upfront, and no pressure. He provides the information and lets you decide. It is very refreshing to know that a business truly cares about their customers. Second, Fix Auto consistently keeps you informed and let's you know how your repair is trending. I like being aligned to the process and having line of sight. Third, they don't talk in auto jargon. Every team member explains things in easy to understand terms. They truly want you to understand and feel empowered to proceed with repairs. Fourth, the delivery experience is great - they washed my car, and made sure I was happy with the repair before leaving the shop. I would not go to any other shop besides Fix Auto Fremont.Service: Body & Trim

I was completely impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff at Fix Auto in Fremont. Every step of the process was laid out in detail and they made sure I understood where we were in the process as we moved along and what the timelines were for each step.I was able to get in earlier than expected and my vehicle was ready ahead of the provided timeline.The color on my vehicle isn't an easy one to match but they did an excellent job with all of the repairs and you cannot tell that there was ever an issue where I was hit. The same goes for all the trim that needed to be replaced, every piece was put back they way it came from the factory (even better than it was from the factory).I would not hesitate to use Fix Auto again for any of my vehicles and will keep them in my list for any future work I need done.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Fix Auto Fremont did an awesome job in fixing my car which got damaged after an accident. I initially found them via google and called on no mentioned in google, My great experience started from that point onwards, when manager their gave me a quick appointment and was very professional in handling my case. Later Allan started working with me and He is amazing. He very nicely and transparently educated me about the full process and even advised me on how I can make it hassle-free. He completely worked with insurance to go through inspection and estimation and he always kept me in the loop on these discussions. He kept updating me on the repair progress and truly honored the deadline he gave me initially to give my car back. He managed to pull off a complex repair, which required multiple video inspections with an insurance estimator and getting some parts in less than 2 weeks time period. Overall I am very happy with their service and would highly recommend Fix Auto Fremont for any fast and genuine repair work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
