I recently had my car alignment done at Driven Auto Care, and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of their work. Auron, the owner, is not only a great guy but also a true professional. My Gladiator now drives smoothly, thanks to their expertise and attention to detail. I highly recommend Driven Auto Care for reliable and top-notch service.

I am not the one to write reviews on a regular basis unless I come across some great / exceptional service. That is the case here. This is the second project I engage with them. I have a Toyota 4 runner that I needed to get a front after market bumper (Victory 4x4) installed with a Baja Design light bar (First project). I found Driven Auto Care in Fremont on the internet (Not easy to find a place that will do special projects) and gave them a shot. I was very happy with the result (done on time, within budget and most importantly, very well done). I then decided that I wanted some Baja Design lights in the rear (in the factory bumper). Tom, at Driven Auto Care did the project again yesterday to my complete satisfaction. If you are like me and like to modify your vehicle from factory (I know, it could be a disease ), this place will help you with you mods .

This was my first time taking my car somewhere other than the dealership for maintenance. My dealership was quoting me $1600 for a 60K major service. So, I am happy I found Driven Auto. They inspected my car and provided me a detailed itemized list of what was checked and the service that they recommend. I was able to easily decline or approve each service recommendation. I paid so much less than $1600 and still got quality service.Jon, was also kind and knowledgeable in checking-in with me. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Driven Auto Care to get a an opinion on a brake estimate from my regular mechanic. To my surprise, Driven Auto care team welcomed me and did a thorough inspection of my vehicle on top of giving the estimate for my brakes. Though I couldnt proceed with the repairs here, I still appreciate the quality of support I received here. I would like to make a special mention about John at front desk who was awesome. He was very detail oriented and went above and beyond in explaining me the details of the estimate. He was not pushy in selling me the estimate which I greatly appreciate.

Brought in my 2010 Highlander to get a tire rotation and balance. The staff was polite and efficient in getting my service done. They do a full inspection and report on problems with the vehicle that might need attention (with accompanying photos), and the prices seem reasonable.Overall I was satisfied with the service and would bring my vehicle back

Brent was so responsive and made the experience go so smoothly. I contacted 3 other Off Road companies in the Bay Area and it was almost impossible to get a quote from them. Brent sent me everything in the time promised, had fair pricing and the truck turned out amazing!!

Arun is professional and transparent. He guaranteed the diagnostic service will find the issue with my vehicle and he wasn t lying! My car was ready after the first recommended fix. Driven Auto Care has my M3 feeling brand new. Highly recommend.

Brought my vehicle in for a check engine light. Arun and his crew did a great job diagnosing my car. Very reasonable price all together, haven't had any problems since bringing it in. My family now has a new go to mechanic.

I love Ken & Brent & their team! I've come back on several occasions for different works done on my car.From coilover installs to wheel alignments. They've done my smog check. They've done my rotors replacement & wheel bearings too. I trust them fully with my car. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. My name is lonnie. It was my first time going to the business. I ve been trying to book an appointment with him for a minute but it s always been my fault because I canceled but when I went there, they fix my problem hell the Toyota dealer and the place that lifted my truck didn t even know what the problem was. I should say this place here fixed it and made me love to drive my truck again I will always take my vehicle for that reason there once a person doesn t good I am good with him. I recommend this place highly anybody that has will problems, alignment, problems, anything I will keep going there and refer people

Arun is knowledgeable and responsive. I was impressed with the digital report provided complete with photos of the problematic areas. Arun explained every detail to me patiently. He was also very nice to call an Uber to send me home while my car was in the shop.

Despite having a very old car, they solved the problem and it s running again. I like that they make recommendations for repairs, but don t push it on you. Their pricing is reasonable.

This was my first time using Driven ( formally performance auto) under new management. They were very helpful and kept me informed on the issue with my car. Friendly and answered my questions in full. Unfortunately this time as I need major work done I was able to get a cheaper quote for the work needed elsewhere but I would recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them in future if the need arises.

Email response same day, was able to get work done the following day. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Got a suspension leveling kit installed, wheels balanced and a oil change. Truck runs better than ever and feels great. Also the price was hundreds less than everyone else I talked to. The reviews that I have read about this place is totally true for my own personal experience. From start to finish. My emails were responded to in a timely manner and my car was promised to me in a timely manner as well. For the time and effort put into my vehicle (2018 Dodge Challenger RT) the price was very reasonable. I've had the car for a few days now and have not experienced any problems at all with the installation of my new high performance headers. I highly recommend this place for any type of automotive repairs or upgrades for your vehicle. Professional customer service and professional workmanship! Service: Exhaust

New owners are scumbags that attempted to upsell me services I 100% didn t need. I pushed back and they immediately backpedaled once they realized I knew my car inside out. Old owners were great, it s a shame.

I have been going to Performance Auto for repairs of my three cars for a while. They have changed ownership since. Ken is knowledgeable of cars repair, professional, and honest. The customer service in my opinion is exceptionally good or excellent as compare to all the mechanic shops visited in past. For example , in my recent visit, I took my minivan for repair and I was so satisfied with the services by Ken and his team based on the quality performed on vehicle. As for the price, I think it's very reasonable. Really good people, kindness should be appreciated i went to the shop after seeing reviews as i was going on a long trip had to do some basic check to confirm if vehicle is safe for the trip. They checked everything and as no oil chnage was needed they informed that and didn't charge me any thing. Really good and quick service

I been coming here for 3 years now. Brent and Ken are the best. They always make sure my car is in tip top shape.I've gotten oil changes, tire rotation, spark plug changes and transmission oil changes. Always done perfectly and prices are competitive in the area.
