I regret to say that my experience with Crash Champions auto body shop was nothing short of a nightmare. Their communication was virtually nonexistent, which added unnecessary stress to an already frustrating situation.To make matters worse, I discovered blatant HIPAA violations during my visit. Personal information was carelessly given to me, putting customers' privacy at risk. But what truly astounded me was their refusal to take ownership for their mistakes. Instead of acknowledging their errors and working to rectify them, they shifted blame and avoided accountability at every turn.Overall, my experience with Crash Champions was deeply disappointing and concerning. I urge others to think twice before entrusting their vehicles to a business that demonstrates such disregard for communication, organization, privacy, and accountability. Nikki and James were the ones who took care of my situation.

While polishing my trunk of my Mercedes , I did a terrible job leaving an ugly blob on my trunk. Last night I went to paint shop adjacent to Crash Champion. The lady there gave me a quote for $1900 to fix it. I was a bit upset. This morning I wanted to try my luck with Crash Champion. Ms Nicole Olsan at the front desk was kind enough to have me talk to Mr Adnan Musteganagic (service advisor). This gentleman asked me to wait and went and came back with cordless polisher and a bottle of 3 M polishing compound. He worked on my car trunk for 5 minutes and the ugly blob was gone. He did not charge me. I even offered to pay him, but he respectfully refused. I was very touched. Very rarely one finds such honest establishments and honest professionals. Mr Adnan's boss, please give this man a raise. I will definitely recommend Crash Champion to my friends. Thank you Nicole and Adnan. Affectionately " A very happy Fremont resident"Service: Painting

Pan American was one of only two approved auto body shops for my insurance claim. Having used the other and being extremely unsatisfied with their work, as well as a very unprofessional staff, Pan American was my only choice. That being said, I also don t typically leave reviews. As I ve gotten a little older and wiser, I ve grown to appreciate the option to do so much more and try to remember to do so when the services I receive warrant it. Pan American was fantastic from start to finish on all fronts and will definitely get my return business should I need it in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They are the best!! They are true to there words and they took care of my car . They kept in touch for what ever may needed to add repairs. Scheduled date of pick up is as stated. I was pleased with Crash Champions. They repaired my 2006 Mazda Miata Mx-5 after an unwell man damaged it. They did an amazing job and kept me well-informed on the progress. Keep up the great work! You all rock!!!

Adnan did.an impressive job in repainting the roof and hood (bonnet) of our 2010 Honda Odyssey due to worn paint. The estimate wasn t the lowest bid but was detailed, professional and reasonable and we were confident we d be in capable hands. The paint color matched perfectly and the surfaces were without blemish. Believe the result looked better than the factory paint job. The entire process was quick at a 4.5-day turnaround. We look forward to having the paint buffed after the 6-week cure period. We highly recommend Pan American Collision for paint and body repair.Service: Painting

Had my scratched bumpers repaired at Pan American Body Shop (Fremont), and I can't be any more satisfied with the result. I can't tell where the scratches were even when I tried really hard. I needed two mirror covers painted for my Mini Cooper. I spoke Over the phone with one of the team members I had met in person for a previous quote. He took the order over the phone for ordering the new caps. Next day I dropped off the color sample and 3 days later I got the perfectly painted caps. I elected to install them myself and they look awesome. Total beginning to end experience was great. Communication was almost too much as two different employees stayed in contact with me, but in the end the work was done really well.

Got in an accident. Entire bumper and passenger door was messed up. The folks here took care of everything. Looks new, again.Also on impact they uncovered and pointed out some maintenance issues. They did their best to took care of it and take car of us. Adnan and Shannon are two good dudes.Recommend this place!Service: Body & Trim

Someone crashed my car and I initially took it to Caliber in Fremont and had a poor experience with their rep. I took the car to Pan American by referral and am sure glad I did! Friendly, professional and very communicative with updates on my car. She s back to normal now and I am very pleased. Thank you team! I brought my car to Pan America Collision Center in Fremont for a bumper repair. At first, I was not please with their work and I made it known to them. Immediately, I received a call from Shannon to drive my car back to their repair shop to correct the problem at no cost. Shannon was very friendly. He guided me through the process. He assured me that everything will be fixed and I will be happy with the result. He even paid for my ride (UBER) home. A few days later I came back to pick up my car from their shop. I checked the outcome of their work and I was very much impressed. Shannon displayed great professionalism, and he surely delivered his promise. Thank you once again!

My accident is going through arbitration, and I am renting a car from enterprise which is nearly $30 daily even with a discount so I am trying to keep my cost low. I took it to pan American thinking they would be quick and efficient but unfortunately Pan American had my car for over three weeks. I am ending up paying a small fortune for the rental. On top of this I also had to pay over $50 for a new battery. I was told my battery was completely dead and that P A was going to pay the brunt for a new one. The battery I had in that car was working excellent when I dropped it off. I kept it clean and acid free. I was told by the P A rep that the manager bit her head off for not charging me more for the battery! I am very very very disappointed with my experience with your company! I was also asked to give a good review due to the battery discount! I couldn t believe my ears! I am very sorry I chose P A , and I promise that I will never return there or even recommend them. I m sorry I had this experience with your company, it s a shame this happened. I would have appreciated if before I dropped the car off if they would have told me that it might have taken that long or advise me to wait on the rental until all parts were in!

Pan America is absolutely the best. Besides a great job they have done their service, communication, care, explanation and responsiveness is exceptional in any customer care- not just car shop. Cynthia and Shannon and the rest of the team made a process that could have been much more painful to be smooth, easy and in full trust. They are now for sure my go to shop for any needs!

Felisa is awesome! She guided me throughout and gave me great ideas. Thank you!These guys definitely do a great job with the repair and cleaning. Cannot complain.I have taken away 2 stars just for the time taken to repair. Our Two cars - 1st I think took close to 4 weeks, 2nd one took close to 3 weeks which is kind of unacceptable IMO. People with kids struggle without cars. IT IS SUCH A PAIN and truly frustrating. Unfortunately I didn't have rental car coverage either which made it even worse. Also I would advise you guys to give a tracker of sorts online to check the current status, because Customers are in the dark if they don't get informed.

I cannot start by saying so many thank yous to Cynthia Morrell my repair advisor and her manager. They were very focus in meeting my expectations from beginning till end of my cars repairs. I drop my car in since my insurance referred me to them for repairs I was a bit stressed at the moment had a lot on my mind and decided to leave my car and get an estimate of repair. I was amazed at how fast Cynthia and her team moved to get me everything ready for me to approved and signed off to repairs, she provided me with agreeable time frame of completion with notifications from beginning till the end completion of my repairs. I signed and was very happy when I seen my CAR!!!!!! Omg I m so satisfied I would HIGHLY and religiously recommend them any time Pan America your are a guaranteed company to deliver exceptional service to your customers you have earned my respects and highly valued your worked done to my car. I don't know what the last reviewer Ryan is talking about, I have worked with Shannon 3 times and i find him the most professional and through expert. My experience at Pan American has been very very enriching and they are very professional and the best in the business, they do not allow insurance to get away with inferior parts and they will always fight for the customer and put in OEM parts, Shannon worked on both my BMW's and i would not pick anyone other than Pan American. All A+++, Trust Shannon and let him take care of the claim and getting your car back in prime form.

Hands down best experience!! They will take care if you from A to Z , on a personal level more than a professional. We got screwed over by #turo and #DMA insurance (don t use either platforms). They stood strong on our side and really negotiated to their best while performing their best work on our 2015 Honda Odyssey. Even if rates are a bit high (which they aren t) trust them and get your done

Pan American did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. My vehicle sustainted major damage and they got it repaired in a timely matter. Miss Ortiz constantly kept me updated with the progess of my vehicle and had great customer service. My vehicle came out great when I got it back.

Very good and Fast service. Cynthia and the technicians at Pan American provided a good quote and equally good service. Cynthia was communicative, friendly and gave good advice. I highly recommend Pan American Collision Auto Repair. I got the car back dent free and as good as new.

I had my Acura MDX fixed at Panam. They did a stellar job restoring my car back to the pre-collision state. Using pan american collision center was a great experience, exceptional work and professional employees. My vehicle was finished in the projected time frame and for the price estimated. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing body work, especially at their Fremont location. Ask for Anel, she will take care of you.

I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle here. The staff is extremely professional and provides excellent customer service. Shannon did an awesome job helping me fix my car and it was ready sooner than I had expected. I will definitely be coming back to them!

I went there to get estimate for the repair after collision but the guy who pretend to help was extremely rude. He seemed to have lot of attitude when I asked for repair cost and he was not telling me anything. When I insisted he told me unreal number which doesn't make sense. I am not going to use this service and now I know why I didnt see any customer there either. Stay away from this place because there are better out there especially when their customer service sucks.

From the moment I walked into the office, everyone was welcoming, professional and efficient. They listened to my concern in detail and immediately researched parts and worked to get me a good estimate as I was paying for it on my own rather than through my insurance. Felisa was so accommodating as far as ordering and then letting me schedule a time that would be totally convenient for me. She was gracious and followed through completely. She made the process a breeze and even arranged for a Lyft for me when needed. I am totally sold on Pan American's service!
