Took my car in for a smog test and was in and out in about 20 minutes. The service advisor was very good and efficient. If you are planning to use a Groupon, make sure you make an appointment AND mention you have an appointment when you arrive, otherwise that can cause some confusion due to their system. Overall, great experience with Cosmic and I have already recommended this shop to my friends who need a smog test.

I've been a loyal customer at Cosmic Automotive. Jesse has been my go-to person for all my car needs, and I've brought in three different cars over the years a Honda Civic '98, Honda Accord '02, and my Honda CR-V 2020.Jesse embodies honesty and integrity in the automotive industry. What I appreciate most is his genuine approach he recommends what your car truly needs without any pushy upselling tactics. It's a rare quality that sets him apart from the rest. Jesse and his brother are top notch. Service is always impeccable. I've brought numerous cars here, including those of family members and friends, and I trust them enough to assess used cars I'm considering purchasing too. Prices are reasonable and fair. I usually ask for a general update and status for additional services to see if anything else is needed but perhaps not relayed to me. I always find their feedback to be succinct and honest.Recently, I brought my car in for an oil change on my lunch, and was back on the road in 30 mins. They always provide excellent service.

The most honest place we have been too. We needed few items done on our car which was recommended by dealer and when we dropped off the car at this shop and met with Jesse. He called us back after an he and told us we don t need brakes in front and rear. Saved us all the money. Very nice service. Jesse is very friendly guy.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I got a recommendation of this place from a friend of mine who goes here. I needed some repairs on my car and had some noise issues. They found the noise that was coming from a loose bolt on front suspension and didn't even charge me for me. I also got my brakes replaced here. Jesse and Manny I think two brothers just work here but they are super quick with their work. Definitely recommend it everyone. Such an honest place. Took the car in for an oil filter housing gasket replacement. I was able to book an appointment in the morning, and repair was completed in the afternoon. Price is reasonable compared to the dealership. It s great that the owner is professional, knowledgeable, and an auto enthusiast. Would certainly recommend this shop.

I went in my BMW alignment. I spoke to Jesse over the phone and he was able to see as as walk-in. Their service was great and very professional. They were able to get the job done within an hour. Def recommend these guys if you re looking to get work done for your car!

The most honest people I have met. I have been here few times for multiple cars in my family. They have taken care of any issues that our cars had. Always helped us with anything we needed. These gentlemen are absolutely the, "real deal!" They are the fairest, friendliest and best mechanics I've ever found! Prices are more than fair and they're definitely not out to rob or hustle their customers! It's rare that I find a place where they put emphasis on being upfront, honest and sincere about their work and customer service. They have a top-of-the-line laser alignment system, and if you tell them that Lu�s from Costco sent you, they'll take good care of you! I do most of my mechanic work but when I need a job done that I can't do, I come straight to, Cosmic Automotive!!

For a smog check, I'd probably go somewhere else. They charged me without performing the service.For background, I had charged my battery after it ran low during Covid. Unfortunately, the sensors inside the car (which the shop reads out) don't start working until the car is driven a hundred miles or so. Maybe it's a common story, but it seems like a terrible flaw in our system.The store had no compassion.

My tesla got into a crash and had to replace entire front suspension. Took it is cosmic because this the only place I could find that do Tesla repairs. I HAVE TAKEN MY TWO CARS TO COSMIC AUTOMOTIVE SINCE 2015 FOR SMOG INSPECTIONS, ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT NEEDS FIXING, CHANGED, OR REPAIRED.COSMIC AUTOMOTIVE DOES IT ALL QUICKLY, EFFICIENTLY, AND WITH 6-PROFESSIONALISM.

This was the first time i visited this place. I was recommended by one of my friends. I went to the dealership ship for a recall and they recommended some work on my car. But the cost was too high so i brought it over to cosmic automotive. I dropped my car off with them and 2 hrs later jesse called and told there is no work needed on my car. The dealer estimate was $2500 on repairs of some oil leak. Jesse said there is no leak and everything else is fine with the car. And they didnt even charge me anything for the 2 hrs my car was there. They are very helpful and friendly. My first time using Cosmic Automotive, and I needed a Star certified smog test. I made a phone call after being disappointed by another Smog test provider (Check Yelp for the full scoop). They were friendly, professional, and had my car tested quickly. I will definitely use them in the future. Keep up the great work!

I went here for my Tesla alignment, tire rotation, break fluid, and cabin filter change which was recommended by Tesla. I also had my rear truck shock replaced. I was able to get great service from Jesse. He was quick to response to any of my questions I had. I will definitely go here for my future maintenance and repairs.

These guys are great. They took care of my Porsche in a top notch way. Incredibly patient and honest. The staff here provides friendly quality service. Great prices. It is the only place I will go for smog tests and wheel alignments. Most other places can t beat these prices.

Jesse and manny did an amazing job. Before going here, I spoke to bmw dealership about the suspension issues but they were charging me a lot. My friend recommended me this shop and I gave it a shot. I spoke to Jesse first and man he squeezed me in as soon as they had appointment open. They were so friendly and honest about the issues with my bmw. I would highly recommend going here because these guy know what their doing. They definitely took care of my car! Will definitely go here from now on.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Been visiting here for past 3 years and they always honor Groupon price. This time around they refused to because inflation and charged almost 60$ for usual smog check when most other places would do it for 30-35$ (yes, even after inflation). I don t like surprises so a bit disappointed.Car tires were running low on air and didn t have the courtesy to fill that either before I asked and they obliged.If you choose them, confirm prices upfront to avoid surprises.

The owners were very nice, honest, reasonable, and provided a very straight forward experience. I drive a very high milage hybrid and they helped answer questions that went beyond their service abilities. I went in for my monthly oil change(great price on synthetic) but I had ran over a construction cone on the freeway earlier in the a.m. broke my bumper, fog light and broke the piece under the wheel well. Manny and Jesse put the light back in, replaced the light cover, the light bulb and put the hanging plastic back together. I went to pay my bill and I was charged for the oil change only! It's hard to find a shop that genuinely appreciates their customers. That's good business. Right on guys!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

This is my go-to shop even after I moved over 30 mins away. Jesse is so nice and helpful and the whole team is very honest & straightforward about what needs to be done and prices are very fair. They've always been able to take my car within the day and are quick to get things done, with accurate time estimates for larger jobs. Very good people! Thank you for all the good work!
