This is now my place to get any work on both my truck n car done. Excellent job on both my vehicles, just had oil changes done on both , they did it fast on both and did a clean job on both. All the guys and the wonderful lady at the counter are very friendly and really listen if you have any problems when you bring in your car. Can't say that I can't wait to go again , LOL, but if I need work done , I won't be gritting my teeth , as I know where TO GO. Thanks guys for making it a easy choice.Service: Oil change

Have been here multiple times for minor auto repairs, so far good experience. Also, this auto service is right across Fremont DMV, so good for quick fixes like replace break lights or indicators. They will do it in 5-10 minutes. First time I visited because of a faulty break light , DMV instructor asked me to get the break light fixed and come back, these guys replaced the break light in ~10 minutes.Haven t done the vehicle service yet, will try next time. I do recommend this place for auto repairs.

I went here with no real expectations, I just needed someone to change the oil in my Macan because I didn't have the time to do it. Looking from the outside, it just looks like a beat up smog station, but to my surprise, the inside was actually cushy. Usually, when I let other mechanics do the oil change for my cars, I always worry that they just dump all of the oil that I hand to them into the engine (worse when there's no oil dipstick in the car). Luckily, this did not happen here, the engine was not overfilled. I also got my smog check done at the same time, since I needed one. Everything was done pretty quickly, without an appointment, I just drove over during my lunch break. Will definitely be back.

I made an appointment for 11am, arrived on time, but they didn t begin my oil change until 11:36. Why was it necessary to bring my car for a scheduled service, but let me wait for so long?

Dave and his team of mechanics at car science know their stuff. Friendly informative and always great service. Had these guys replace my clutch and they did a great job. It went like this for me. I had taken the car to someone else for a sound in the car. They told me it was a loose engine mount and that i didn't need to fix it right away. Well, I can tell you that wasn't the case when I was on the side of the road 10 min from home. The car had overheated, blown hose and waterpump. I called Car Science like 2 min before close and David said he'd look at it first thing in the morning. He called me first thing in the morning and gave me the diagnosis. The fix was affordable compared to other places, but it was the attention to detail and follow up that made the difference. Now I go for everything, my vehicles are in good hands with David and his team! Since moving to California, we have used David's workshops a few times already. Very easy to work with and gives you very fair pricing upfront and goes out of his way to save you money on parts. I had the check engine light come on over the weekend on my vehicle. I had them check if it was just a simple fix like a broken gas cap since the message center on my dash displayed nothing. They scanned my vehicle only to find out that the problem was a faulty ignition coil. Before any repairs would be performed, they inquired if the vehicle had extended warranty. It was nice to hear this type of concern rather than just suggesting a repair be done. I had the ignition coil replaced and when it was completed they performed more test as it seems performance peak was not to their satisfaction. Faulty spark plug was also found. Despite taking a lot longer to repair than as promised (due to parts not being delivered on time) it was ready the next day after a final test drive performed by David. There was also a follow up call just to make sure nothing else surface or lit up on the dashboard. I'm very satisfied with the service received from this facility and would entrust them with future scheduled service maintenance on my vehicle.Service: Auto maintenance

Needless to say that I was directed to Car Science Autorepair by a complete stranger almost 10 years ago and I ve been a customer ever since. David and the team makes it a one stop shop for my vehicle s needs which is a worthy experience. I look forward to the next 10 and I highly recommend it

This is No -1 car maintenance shop in fremont. He alway very friendly and givining very helpful advice. Specially mark and devid , iam really thankful them . Worst experience with Car Science, I did a pre-purchase inspection and pay 100 bucks for the inspection in which they told me there is not any major issue in the car just service work required, when I bought the car and handover for service work they came with a lot of work needed and said this is an accident/salvage car.

My favorite place for my car. Good service, nice people here, they take care your car and help you to save money on the right way. I have a 12-year-old car, lots of small things are not working right, David can remember everything without his computer, explain to me which one we have to do today, which one need pay attention, which one is less important. The best auto server I have ever meet.

Don't trust their inspection.. I had to buy a used car and went to car science for inspection.. they charged me usd 100 for the inspection and said the car is good to buy.. Also gave me a quote to fix some minor problems..I bought the car and then left it to car science for fix.None of the issues were fixed and they gave me a higher quote to fix the issues.

These guys totally rock. They not only fixed my car and it's issues, they also cleaned it. Their customer service is the best. Very Attentive and very honest. You don't find many mechanics like these. I am definitely going here for all of my auto needs in the future.
