Excellent service and great job in getting the repair work done. The car looked brand new after the repairs. The staff is extremely warm and helpful. Brenda handled my case pretty well. Justin, who is the manager went out of his way to address all my concerns and was available all the time.

Wow! This body shop is one of the best that I ve ever experienced. My BMW was repaired in a timely manner and looked as it did when I first bought it. I had to wait for back ordered parts but it was still a great experience being updated, in the process. Nick Barrios, the general manager always updated me and was great with details. I m so happy that l found the only body shop that I d ever go to. Definitely a recommended shop for high end vehicles. Thank you, Caliber and the team

Don't take your car here I had no choice since it got damaged at the dealership they painted it three times and still couldn't get it right first dent not completely gone pin holes in paint fender not aligned with door second time to paint had yellow tint to it fender not aligned with hood and rough edges between fender and hood and door third time they had me come look at samples of paint they made up I'm not a painter it was hard to tell they painted it then it was to white never got a call saying the car was done two weeks later called got the same answer there away from their desk never received a call back found out the car was at the dealership the dealership sent to a Auto Nation Collision center paint matches perfectly now wish they would of taken it there to begin with way more professional and make sure I was satisfied

The repair customer service is smooth. But the total time of the repair took longer than expected. Initially estimated for 3 weeks but the repair took 5 weeks just to replace the trunk and replace the parts on the trunk lid and repaint.

This is the true example of a business that is looting insurance companies and individuals . Yesterday I went to get a quote for fixing rear bumper of my friend s car which had paint chip-off . They quoted almost $4k and a couple of days to fix it. I went to other place where I got a quote of $450 and one day to fix it. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone . Helpful folks. Kept up to date on status of the repair. Also offered to keep the rental with them for Enterprise to pick up when I came to pick my car up, an option I didn't know existed.

This body shop is amazing. Manny was fantastic. My parked car was struck on 7/4/22. I called Caliber on 7/5/22. I have been informed that I MAY get my car back on 10/1/22. The people are nice and hard working and I expect a good result. But a 3 month(!) process represents a high level of disorganization. Best auto body shop I have beenPaint is perfect like factory, service advisor was very helpful updated me 3 time a WEEK not like other shop I been to shops that you need to call in for status, the manager was very polite and knowledgeableThey gave me my car back before I expected .They even detailed my car just as a CourtesyThank you Caliber collision for helping me with my car

The manager Nick helped me and finally get the repair jobs completed. It was great experience there. I was referred by Honda AutoNation Dealer in Fremont and Nick and his team heled me through the process and they have done excellent repair jobs!
