Highly recommended. People there are very friendly and helpful. The service there is also professional. I requested oil change, routine mentenince, and transmission fluid change. They finished their work in one hour. Besides, the charge is very reasonable.

I went over there for a quick oil change. They located an oil leak and saw my brakes and rotors with the rear shoes were wearing out. They were able to finish all the work since the morning till lunch and I was able to make it to work on time!! The price was reasonable too. I recommend to anyone brands!!

Incredible body repair work done by Khalil and team. My younger sister was involved in a hit and run. Passenger door panel and back left bumper were completely dessimated. Khalil and team replaced and repaired both, as well as color matching it with their in-house modern paint room.Will be bringing my cars here in the future for all auto and paint services!

The TLDR is Brands Auto Body and Repair provided an F- unprofessional car maintenance experience. A well-deserved 1 of 5 stars, and I would go lower if I could. Please note that this is about Brands capacity to fix cars and to troubleshoot and manage expectations along the way. Routine maintenance may be satisfactory here, I won t ever put myself in a position to find that out.Long story long: Saturday, our car broke down on 680, engine malfunction warning, the car was undriveable. I am not with the car, my wife was. She gets a tow truck and requests to be taken to the dealership. The tow truck recommended a body shop (Brands) that he knew Monday morning, we got a call that an air filter change FIXED (that is not a typo, they said we could pick up our) our vehicle and it was ready for pick up. Literally too good to be true :) The car was due for an oil change, so we said go ahead and do it, please and thank you.Fast forward to the end of day Monday, when we were going to be able to pick up the car, we were called and told that the fault codes didn t all clear from the air filter and that there was more work to be done. The fix was to change the fuel pressure sensor. Tuesday midday estimate. Very strange, given the fact we were told our car was ready for pick up, and, again, too good to be true :)Come Tuesday around noon, we are informed that the fuel pressure sensor did not fix it. At this point some responsibility for their mistakes and mismanagement of expectations should have occurred, but didn t. They mentioned wiring may be an issue, chased that, and called us back at 3pm Tuesday. The wiring wasn t the issue (that isn t surprising to us now is it? lol), but now they think it s a fuel pump.Here s when I am roped into the shenanigans. Prior, it was all my wife. We can never tease apart how much of all the prior scope of work creep and poor troubleshooting was the sad and unjust trope of mechanics taking advantage of women, and how much was the incompetence of Brand. Who knows. I think it was mostly incompetence. Mostly.So far, we were promised a car back twice. Once, they had said our car was FIXED. Moving on, the fuel pump will be in Wednesday, with the car back estimated Wednesday end of day or Thursday morning. They sent a quote and I negotiate down 50 dollars off which they say they will try to honor ( we can t take it off labor but we can maybe use a promo code for the part ).Thursday comes around and unsurprisingly the work they suggested would fix it did not. They said they can t fix the car and suggested we take it to a dealership. They said we would have to arrange towing. No ownership of the mistakes or responsibility taken for the wasted time, our loss of money (we needed a car and had to pay for a rental). My wife originally wanted to take it to the dealership. The tow truck driver suggested Brand, saying the dealership would overcharge.We now have a working car, and only paid 100 over the quoted price from the Dealership. It took Brand 4 whole days to do nothing of significance to fix our car. It took the dealership 1.5 days, including waiting for our answer back on scope of work and greenlighting what to do.In my opinion, Brand should have been ready to make things right monetarily. They did the air filter for free, but they still charged for the oil change (a job that only takes a quarter day, that took them 4 business days). Their incompetence cost us extra rental car fees and tow fees. Should have at least offeredInstead of calling to sort through that headache and get no money up to maybe 50 dollars (?), I decided my energy would be better spent warning you all and venting cathartically over the internet. Brand two thumbs way down.

I took my 2017 ford fusion hybrid to brands auto. The team were able to find a leak in my engine system while doing a quick oil change and was able to fix it before the end of the day with a good price and good service. I recommend this place to anyone

A complete fraud and useless mechanic . Make a video of your entire car before going there , they fix one problem and gives you several other problem and if you tell them this was not before he curse and use bad words . I waste a lot of money down there to learn a lesson , don t trust him , he is very nice in the beginning until he receive your money and he gives you discount if you give him cash . That is the mistake you cannot even prove how much you paid . Total fraud and complete drama. Good luck if you read this review and still try this mechanic :)

I took my 2018 Toyota Camryn XLE to brands auto body and repair for a quick seatbelt change. They were able to find the part as quick as possible and finished the job by the end of the day! Quick service good pricing and I recommend to anyone for a good car repair.

This is a fantastic place to take care of my car and they do business honestly , and sincerely. No hidden charges , and I feel I have peace of mind on their skills and their price. I replied my car like a brand new then got hit on the same day I drove it out of this brand auto body repairing store then I immediately bring my car back to their store because I was satisfied with the first work, My car wasn t luck ( because got hit from rare twice so closely) but I m luck to find this store. Come to find Khalil and Martin , they and their team are very professional and friendly!!!!

I brought my Lexus car and they were able to deliver and in time. I can beat my chest that this is the best auto shop in Bay Area. They solved the car problem with a very good discount. I love this place and already wishing I get a car problem that will bring me back soon.

These fellas identified and replaced a faulty fuel pump on my car for less than the cost of an inspection at another shop, super quick turn around, and very detailed. My car is pre-obd and carbureted, so most shops won't even look at it. I'd recommend these guys to anyone regardless of what you drive. Matt was super professional and transparent through the process.

I took my 2010 Prius because it was making a very terrible sound. They were able to find the problem and saved me around $500 so I didn t have to replace my wheel bearing! Much recommended to anyone for cars repair

I am so thankful to have met Khalil, the owner of the shop. Khalil repaired my 2021 Lexus ES 300 and it looks and drives just how it did when I drove it off the showroom floor! I am very satisfied! I would recommend this repair shop to anyone! I went to this shop because of all the positive feedback, and I chose the right one. Khalil is a great guy and a professional engineer. Initially, the trunk of my car could not close completely. Khalil fixed it within an hour and returned it to me nicely. I appreciate his work and will come back whenever I need to.

I took my 2015 honda accord to branda auto body and repair first they changed my front brakes and rotors and after some time they fixed a sound coming from my car and changed the wheel bearings too. Very professional i recommend

Professional and very friendly, Khalil keep me informed about my repair progress and took very good care of my car. The repair makes the car front looks like it is brand new! The car also drove better than before. I was very impressed by the quality of their work and the speed of their service. The brands auto body shop is levels above any other mechanic shop out there! They have fast customer service and amazing rates that will leave you satisfied. The shop is run by 2 brothers and they have excellent teamwork and both work extremely hard, their work is done honestly and confidently and will work out any issues you might have. 5/5!!

I brought my 2021 Mercedes benz GLE 350 to brands auto. I was warmly greeted by the team and they took care of both me and my vehicle, they were able to accurately diagnose the issue with the thermostat which had been leaking and swiftly replaced it. Matin Khalil and abu were all very quick in finding the parts necessary for my vehicle and fixed it with a very low and reasonable price. Recommend to anyone in need of a fast repair.

One day my car had a yellow engine light on and I could barely get it to run, I got two other estimates and the damages were going to be expensive. Not only did they fix the problem they also did a little more than that and it was still cheaper than both those other places. The next day after the car was repaired I drove 46 miles and the car was running smooth with no issues. Nice customer service, speedy service, and they do very good work for a fair price.
