Boris was very attentive and helpful in helping me repair my 1999 Toyota Camry. Insurance wanted to total it, but due to sentimental reasons I wanted to repair the frame damage. We negotiated a fair price after he agreed to match the lowest offer I received elsewhere, then he took care of the hood and bumper, left headlight, radiator, condenser, spare tire, and alternator. We kept in touch almost every day, and before I took the car back, we did a careful inspection together to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Would definitely come here again for my auto body needs!

I have known Boris for five years. I feel lucky to find his small shop on a Sat late afternoon while most other body shops were closed. Boris delivered such a nice job and appeared so knowledgeable in every aspect about cars that I brought in our cars to him for any issue since then. Boris fixed the oil leaks and air conditioning for my BMW; when my child's Hyundai had a broken tail light, he told me where to order the part online to save money and then he put in the pieces without any charge. Boris is like a friend whom one can trust. Really happy to see him back to his shop after a break.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Air conditioning, Oil change

Boris did an amazing job with my car. He went above and beyond to talk to the insurance and the paint job was well done. I was so satisfied that I will be coming back to do another service on my vehicle.Update: For a few months, I have been having issues with my car making a grinding noise when turning right and left. I usually get my oil change done at the dealer so I asked them to check out the noise. They said that no issues were present and my car was in perfect condition. The moment I get in the car and back up I hear a grinding noise. This noise was very loud and I was shocked at the inspection they did. Keep in mind this was 200 dollars. Previously, I came to Boris for a front bumper hit I got on the freeway and I did mention this to him. He said that he had an idea that it might be the breaks. I told him I would come back and he offered me a price since I already had the bumper fixed. Well three days ago, I went back and Boris lifted my car, took off the wheels and showed me all the rotors and breaks. Two of my rotors had marks that were not supposed to be there. He recommended that I change the front brakes and rotors which I agreed to. I was expecting to wait a day or so but the car was ready the same day in the afternoon. I am extremely happy to report that my car is not making that horrible noise anymore and I feel safe again. Please do not hesitate to come and see Boris since he is trustworthy and honest.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had a deterioration of paint and a peeling clear coat. They did a fantastic job and kept me updated on progress (they also had the car earlier than expected).I recommend anybody in the Bay Area or outside to get any body work done by Bob's Bridge Collision.Overall, great customer service, good estimates and good work.Service: Painting

My Tesla was scratched on the front bumper. Boris did a nice job, helped me to order parts from Tesla, installed them and repainted the whole piece. Car looks like new, costed me only about 60% of Tesla official service estimate.Highly recommend!

I took a car I wanted to buy to Boris at Bob's to be inspected before I bought it and he let me know that the warranty was still valid and there was no need to pay him to look at the car. He encouraged me to call the car manufacturer to check, so I did and it was still under warranty. He did a visual inspection and pointed out a few things I could use to negotiate the price. Boris is an honest man and I'm grateful for his help. He also gave me an estimate on what he felt the car was worth.

Amazing service. Boris truly cares about the customer and went above and beyond. He squeezed me in days before Thanksgiving, the place AAA sent me at first gave me a crazy estimate with wait time of 3+ weeks for my car to be seen. I asked for some help from nearby auto shops on Yelp and this place responded literally in a couple minutes. 15 hours later, I dropped off my car at Bob's and Boris takes you to the car rental to make sure they don't try to oversell anything. Took 2 weeks for my car to be back to normal (it was Thanksgiving weekend, keep that in mind) and instead of paying $500+ out of pocket, Bob's cut my deductible to $200!!! I don't have pictures of the after, but I'll post some in a bit. if anything ever happens to your car, bring it to Bob's because they will treat you like family! Thank you Boris!!!

Side of my car got scraped on Dec 20th. Got quotes via Yelp from 3 places on Dec 21. Boris responded first, had the best prices, immediate availability, and gave a time estimate. Dropped my car off at 4pm that day. They ended up finishing a day early on Dec 27 even though there was the Christmas holiday in between. Car is looking good as new!

I went to Boris for fixing Hyundai Elantra dent on back bumper .He explained me the fix with very kind gesture and gave a decent estimate and also delivered the car within promised time . I recommend him for any car dent issues.

Found this place on yelp, Boris is super helpful and knows how to treat a customer. While dropping the car off with my wife Boris helped to secure our rental car and get us there before it closed. I will be bringing all of my future repairs here. I would rate 10/5 if I could.

Front passenger bumper bent in after minor accident. Boris helped me out and gave me an estimate after conducting a fair assessment and explaining to me all potential problems. I always had final call on work to be done. They finished work on my truck quickly and it looks brand new. Friendly business that does excellent work.

Best body shop in the SF Bay Area. Boris works with you so that you will get your vehicle fixed with the least amount of hassle. He deals with the insurance companies directly, saving you a lot of grief, confusion, and problems. Let s face it, insurance companies are out to make money at your expense. Bob s Bridge Collision Center got my Chevy Colorado fixed better than new in no time at all. They are remarkable.

My mother s 2009 Toyota RAV4 was taken to Bob s after a minor fender bender near our house. My mother paid the deductible after the claims adjuster issued a check to the body shop for the damages. As promised, Boris the manager dropped off her car to her house as good as new! You can t ask for better service that these days.

Ripped off the side view mirror on my 2008 Camry Hybrid. Took it to Bob's for evaluation on Monday. Took it back on Friday and a new aftermarket mirror assembly was installed in less than an hour. Hurray! Thanks Boris.

Booked appointment online no one showed up. Not sure if the place is still open.Edit: I was there on time and the place showed a sign as open but there was no one .I waited there for some time and took an estimate from the next door auto body shop.
