I've been taking my 4 series Gran Coupe to Fremont for service ever since I've made the purchase there. The entire staff have always taken care of me. More recently, Daniel Boyd, has provided great, high quality service when assisting me with my vehicle. He has always ensured that the multi-point inspection was done to the highest ability, and has done through checks with the maintenance team during my services. He is also always attentive to my concerns about my vehicle and always reasonable when helping me find the best/reasonable pricing regarding service options. Thank you Daniel and the rest of the crew and BMW Fremont!

Best car service I ve ever experienced! I can t say enough about BMW of Fremont s Service Team! From the reminder emails / texts to the super-simple online booking system it was so easy to get the appointment scheduled.Once at the dealership, my service advisor Steven took me through everything and got the service underway. He let me know that he would text me with updates and gave me a realistic time frame (that was spot on).An hour or so later, I received a text with a link from Steven and when I opened it, there was a video of one of the technicians giving me a tour/ explanation of all of the multi-point inspection (tires, brakes, suspension etc). Super informative and very professional.When the vehicle was ready, I walked out to find that they had washed and vacuumed it before they sent me in my way.I would definitely recommend Steven and the entire BMW of Fremont Service Team and their 5 Star service!

I brought my car for regular service and to purchase a couple of tires. Daniel Boyd was my service adviser. He is very personable and professional and kept me updated. When my car wasn't ready around the time it was supposed to be ready, he offered a loaner which was a 2024 330i. Since it was a weekend, I was able to enjoy driving it for a few days. I was so happy to be able to try a newer model compared to my 10 year old 228i.

After the diagnose for the noise, the tech advisor told me that a new diff was required for my X1 and I gave OK for the work. This was Friday afternoon. I didn t hear anything back until next Tuesday morning informing me that parts had arrived and tech could install it. I feel that communication could have improved if I was told on Friday that diff needed to be ordered and that may take x days . That way I would not be left in the dark and anticipate to be w/o car and make alternate transportation plan. Once the parts arrived communication update on Tuesday and afterward about completion date was good.

This is a tough review for me to write, as I have always had absolutely terrible experiences when I've visited BMW of Fremont, starting from the Sales Department not showing me the vehicle(s) that I wanted to see, to brushing me off and telling me that I should consider a Lexus or Toyota (I ended up with (3) BMW's, none purchased from Fremont). My most recent terrible experience was at the service department, where I came in for routine maintenance, which should have been covered by my all-inclusive maintenance package, however, the Service Adviser would not check his system to see that I even have a package, and then proceeded to say I have 2 tires that are damaged due to nails (I have wheel and tire protection), but he said I need to provide the proof of protection instead of just checking his system, and also stated that I needed to replace some part that made absolutely no sense for the age of my car that would cost upwards of $600, even though I have a maintenance package that should in essence cover said part if it needs replacing. During this whole time, no eye contact is being made with me, no smiles, no refreshments being offered, no attempt to listen to me, the client, who is explaining that my tires aren't showing a warning, or that I have a full maint. package, or I don't understand what is going on. It was almost 5pm, so I said you can keep the car while you figure it out, but since I requested a loaner, may I take one home and we can circle back tomorrow since I need to get somewhere urgent? Service Advisor states that "no BMW location" provides loaners, which was a lie, because I just received one 1.5-2 months prior when I had a damaged tire replaced--- THROUGH MY WHEEL AND TIRE PACKAGE! I got very upset and asked for my key and said I will take my care to the dealership that seems to care, and made an appointment 45 minutes away where I was taken care of better.Now, 4 stars because I did speak with the Service Manager, who listened to this entire story and assured me I would not have to deal with this type of experience ever again (I surely hope not!), and asked me how he can make things right, and we came to an agreement. Also the rating for the other Service Advisor that I worked with when I initially went in for low tire pressure, Nick L, who did do his due diligence and was the one who explained to me that I have the tire protection and replaced my tire the first time, and reminded me that my maintenance package is really great and I can do my maintenance even 1,500 miles before the due date without being penalized, and went into detail about the package, etc. He also provided me with a loaner as he knew the need for it, and made sure to follow up regarding the status of my car, even after he was off work because he has forgotten before he left work. This time, the Manager assigned Nick as my Service Advisor and he greeted me with a smile and made sure my car was taken care of, and I had a loaner (BMW does provide them, even at the location 45 minutes away I received one), and he was very communitive through the service period.If my service was solely based on the advisor who wanted to charge me thousands and wouldn't even make eye contact with me, this review would have been zero stars if even possible; but because the Service Manager and Nick L were much better to work with and reasonable, 4/5 *. I truly hope I can maintain this review and am able to return in a few months for service again.

Service Advisor Matt was great! Although there was an issue during my first visit for my BMW regular maintenance, the technician missed to check the windshield wiper motor was broken, Matt helped to provide a loaner car, ordered and replaced that motor quickly.

Always ask for Nick Lal as your service advisor!!! Not only is he super friendly, he really cares about making you happy. Our months old car had just been repaired after a really bad wreck and I insisted the repair shop have BMW review all the repairs. I'm so glad Nick was the service advisor because he made sure everything was reviewed carefully. We then felt safe driving the car again. Thanks to Nick!!!

I purchased a used vehicle here. The sales people are really accommodating and they never push you to purchase "here and now". I also had some issues with the insurance, and they were nice enough to hold the vehicle for me until I figured out the paperwork.Highly recommend it to shop here!

This review is for the Service Center. The service advisor Alvin Lee really did not care. He made us wait around, then asked me to stand across from him just to subscribe over $1,000 for a "minimal service" of oil change and a few air filters. When confronted him that all of these services were done at his same location just 1 year ago with just a few thousands of miles driven, he tells us that's what the computer says and if you don't do these then the car will keep complaining. The absolutely minimal service would cost over $500 and he will not reset the warnings. He clearly did not look at the service history or the car or did not want me to see them, so I had to stand across from him. I've had many BMW's currently and know what my car really needed, a simple oil change. I've had great relationships with other service advisors in the past and they would work with me to care for my car but not Alvin Lee. Because of this experience, I decided not to use this service center again. Be careful what service you are getting charged and what you are really getting!

I ve always had a very positive experience every time I bring my cars here.The technician typically will send a video health check of the vehicle to let you know if there are additional problems that would need attention to other than the purpose it s in for. Charles, who s been my advisor for many years now has always been very helpful in helping me make decisions regarding certain services whether it needs or not.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with the service department at my local Fremont BMW dealership, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. The service advisor NILESH Lal , in particular, stood out for their professionalism and expertise. They were incredibly knowledgeable about my vehicle's needs and went above and beyond to ensure that all my concerns were addressed. Their attention to detail was remarkable, and they kept me informed every step of the way, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. The advisor's dedication to customer satisfaction was evident, and it's clear they take great pride in their work. I went here for routine maintenance. Engine oil was changed and multipoint inspection was performed as warranty on my vehicle was about to end after a couple of days. There was no issue detected in the vehicle in the inspection.3-4 days after the service, I noticed that there was an oil leak under the car. On further examining, I also saw that they have left the oil pan flap open.I emailed the service representative about this and have not received any response. This is not the level of service expected when we are paying premium price for extended service and parts warranty. I am really disappointed with the service provided at this center.Service: Oil change

Service advisor didn t answer the call until later afternoon when I was supposed to pick up the car. They didn t do a good job of inspection, as they couldn t identify basic issues with the car for example: wiper wasn t working.Didn t wash the car properly and tire pressure was still low even after telling advisor to take of these things.

TO BE HONEST: They are very good before selling the car. After purchasing the car, I had some questions and concerns. I sent several emails, I called them, I tried live chat. Nobody replied or if replied, nothing was solved.

Service is Not Good, The Service team did not connect insurance people properly and delayed my car 3 weeks at the repair shop. The team does not send proper evidence documents to get approval and does not respond to insurance people's calls. I continuously work with insurance people and get approval for my car.

Pros:- People are nice- The waiting room and coffee are appreciatedCons:- Oil service + check up (+ cabin filter replacement) takes 5 hours- The offered tire replacement price is more than double of what you can get anywhere else for even better tires- I don't believe they have adjusted the tire pressure, it was the same overinflated I had before (I had made too high PSI for the rain season)- Wi-fi internet speed is near 0 + T-Mobile coverage is terrible in Fremont locationOverall: It's OK, its a dealership :)

When I owned my 2023 X3 and had an issue with a loud noise tha appeared to be coming from the roof skylight I was told that they did not have the time to find the problem. I returned the vehicle back to the dealership.

Went in for routine service. They can t find my appointment. I show them the confirmation email, still there s nothing they can do. I say I want to talk to someone about it. They ask me to wait for a bit. 15-20mins, no one shows up. I check again, still no response. They simply don t care. I left and took my business elsewhere.
