Great place to shop and have your car serviced. People here are very friendly and treat you as a person. Everything here is very clean and shows very well. Logan their Sales Manager is very courteous and knowledgeable. The dealership has quite a few new and used cars available. Definitely a dealership for all your BMW needs.Follow up to my original post: The staff is always friendly and the management has been superb in follow up and support. I wish all car dealerships were this way in treating their customers as family. Best place to purchase and service your BMW.

What a powerhouse of a team! From Jorge who sold me my EV I5 BMW - to Max who orchestrated a good deal and the finance guy, Ali!Bravo great job!!Cannot fail to mention that I had to bring my car in for service for some minor glitches and Nick was on it! They, (Pedro) turned around my car by the end of the day. Amazing! Buying a car has never been more smooth! Omar was very informative and helpful and had the car pulled up and ready for me to test drive. Finance manager was also super helpful on giving me the best discount that he could. Overall 5 star experience.

Had issues with a PDC sensor system failure on my i3. Matthew Richardson took good care of me and he and the service team correctly identified the issue, resolved it quickly and completely, and even provided support for reimbursement through our insurance. Communication through was timely and efficient. Will use BMW of Fremont service again.

This review is long overdue but I just had to come back and review this dealership. Best dealership and best customer service I ve ever experienced! My family and I have been customers here for many years and have always had great experiences buying and getting our cars serviced. When buying the salespeople, are not too intrusive like at other dealerships and they are super nice while answering any questions you have about any of the cars.Most recently, about a year ago, I brought my BMW 428i convertible in to get serviced as I was experiencing several malfunctions on the car. Matthew went above and beyond in helping me with my car. An initial inspection revealed that due to a leak in the lining of the trunk, rain water had leaked in and destroyed both electronic modules and the amplifier. The total repair cost was close to $6,500. Yikes!! Matthew then informed me that since this was caused by a water leaks , I could probably get the entire cost paid for by my insurance company. I had no idea that was even an option! Matthew walked me through the entire process of filing my claim, talked to the insurance company and even found me a loaner car. I can t thank him enough as he saved me almost $6,500. Will definitely be back!

I was impressed how quickly I was able to get appointment. Everyone was courteous. I was told during the oil change that they would replace my windshield wipers. I asked them to put the old ones in my trunk because they re practically brand new. They did not do that. Also after returning home, I noticed many oily, fingerprints all over the front of my car doors and windshield very unprofessional. and I had just washed the car before I brought it there

I had an amazing experience with Fremont BMW. I've been to many BMW dealerships, but the quality of the sales and service staffs really stood out here. I met with Winnie and Adam specifically, and they were incredibly helpful with everything from explaining the lease trade in process, to purchasing a new vehicle, to giving me tips on how to maximize savings on my future purchases. Would highly recommend them to anyone new to BMW or even veterans of the experience.

I recently purchased a car from BMW Fremont, and while the overall experience was not too bad, I am deeply disappointed by their failure to fulfill a simple promise. During the purchasing process, they assured me of providing floor mats for my new vehicle. However, it's been over three months, and despite multiple reminders, they have failed to deliver on this commitment.Their acknowledgment of the promise but consistent lack of follow-through is unacceptable. As a customer, this negligence reflects poorly on their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would caution others against purchasing a BMW from this dealership until they improve their accountability and fulfill their promises.

Customer service at Fremont BMW is superb. Service advisor Matt R explained all the details with me prior to service and contacted me for additional issue with my car but explained if it is urgent or not. They have good text system to communicate with customer.I guess they only need to upgrade better coffee machine.

Over the years buying a car has progressed from putting up with annoying salespeople to impersonal internet searches. Our recent experience at BMW Fremont, especially with Calvin Gilyana, reminded me of the benefits of a helpful and supportive sales advisor. After performing the requisite internet research, a quick test drive with Calvin resulted in leaving the dealership with a new 2024 X5. And he even had my wife's BMW washed while we waited for the final paperwork. It was such a pleasure to have a quick and efficient experience all around -- we'll be back again asking for Calvin.

I have brought my vehicle in for service a few times and have worked with a handful of service advisors. Each have been thorough in explaining the services needed and recommended before and during the service. This time, I required some repairs that would be covered by a third party extended warranty. Although it took longer than expected, Ryan Guerra was continually providing updates on the status. The service center has always been very professional each time I ve dealt with them.

Fremont BMW delivers stellar, impeccable service. Jorge was on top of his game, making sure as soon as my husband and I arrived that we were in and out. No hassling, or sale pitches. Very convenient, you just need to leave your car there and you can leave. Then someone will call you to confirm the maintenance services your car needs, and inform you of the approximate time to pick up your car. During this time, if any new issues are discovered with your car, they will send you messages and videos, along with the new service items and quotes. However, you can decide whether to add new services yourself. When picking up your car, you will receive a document with the bill, detailing the maintenance information of your vehicle. After you confirm, you can sign, pay, and leave.

Johnathan, my sales person was outstanding. Initially, there were issues with the vehicle, but it was no hesitation at all to get the vehicle up and running. Gretchen kept me informed about the progress and made sure I had a loaner vehicle. The only thing I would say, is that not only the mechanical/maintenance department, but the managerial staff needs to make sure that quality control on the vehicles that they sell are followed to the letter.

People here know their work at Fremont BMW. Sohail from Sales helped over phone with the inventory that fit with my requirements. When I was there at the location I could test drive the cars which we shortlisted , he worked on the numbers with his manager and finance team based on my expectations . Finance team is excellent in handling all the paperwork. Definitely better experience than other BMW retailers in Bay Area . Looking for great service now.

I brought my car for a brake fluid service and an emissions related issue. The repair tech was through with his video inspection walkthrough, explaining issues he found above and beyond the requested service. The brake service was performed and the emissions issue was resolved without additional time or parts. Daniel, my service advisor was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Well done!

After my X3 was serviced at BMW of Fremont, I came home and found the brake fluid warning light still on. Apparently they missed it. I. Would need to make another trip to get it done. Another issue was my service advisor was very hard to reach.Update on 1/22/24. I wanted to update my view on BMW of Fremont since my last post in December 2023. After my unpleasant experience last month, the Service Director Mike took the initiative to give me a call. Apparently they are very serious about customer satisfaction, Mike wanted to know what they can do to make me satisfied. We worked out a resolution and I am a happy customer again. I appreciate the fact that they do care about customers and be willing to go that extra mile to mean it.

I use to get excellent customer service at BMW of Fremont a couple years ago. Now it s the worst ever. First, they have been texting and emailing me constantly about 2 recalls on my BMW. So I called to bring it in and the woman on the phone said one part is not available. One part is but they won t let me bring it in and leave it there to wait for the other part. I asked about a rental car and the woman said we don t have any for MONTHS!I left a message for Mike the supervisor and no call back. This was one month ago. I called this morning and same thing again no rental car and no part available. The part is something for my engine and the check engine light is on. I told the woman I don t feel safe driving it please can I bring it in. She was so rude and said there aren t any appointments. I left a message for Mike again . No return call again. They must not care about the safety of their customers.

I am new to the bay area and work near BMW of Fremont. I needed my scheduled service. As I pulled up they were VERY busy and backed up with a lot of cars, but non the less, I was greeted with a smile and was asked to go inside. The service provider inside told me they would call me when they got to my car, to which they did. I walked to a near by restaurant as I had my pup with me and didn't mind the the walk. But my service provider, Ryan called me very quickly after leaving the dealership to provide me with all the information they would be doing on my car and what it needed. After completion Ryan called me to tell me my car was ready for pick up and offered to send me an uber so I didn't have to walk back. BMW of Fremont showed excellent service & went above and beyond. I will be using them as my dealership of choice! Thank you.

Two months ago, I purchased a vehicle, but the dealership has failed to properly complete the necessary paperwork, leaving me unable to obtain new license plates. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, there has been no solution. The staff's customer service is abysmal, and their efficiency is terribly low. It's been an extremely poor experience, and I absolutely do not recommend them!
