BMG auto made my recent buying experience great. Maverick is a top notch salesperson and his no pressure, easy and seeking to understand buyers need is a skill that is impressive. From the first contact by email and text, he wasn't constantly calling but just sent info about vehicle I was interested in and waited. When I went to the lot he was friendly, greeted me with a hand shake and was no pressure. Took my information, gave me they keys and encouraged me to get a good test drive and check the vehicle out, of course he had my information but it was great to actually test drive without a salesperson in my ear trying to convince to buy. When I returned, Maverick and I sat down, negotiated a good deal without any back and forth games. I had done my research on vehicle and pricing so I knew what I was willing to pay and all I can say is, I'm very pleased with purchase and price. Also received information on the discount available for car repair services they offer at 40% off. Was nice that it wasn't a high pressure sales tactic that day. Told me to think about and contact them if or when I'm ready. Thanks Maverick and BMG Auto for everything.

If I could give BMG and Maverick M., the salesperson who worked with & helped me, more than 5 stars i TOTALLY would. I was desperate for a good, reliable, specific vehicle (a larger crossover w/ a 3rd row, Japanese make & a transmission that WORKS) and after i found my cherry, 2017 Acura MDX sh-awd w/ tech package at BMG, on Cargurus, the whole process was just SOOOOO freaking easy, smooth, enjoyable and just great. The car had one mechanical issue which i noticed on the test drive that the techs had missed (a quiet noise & i ve been driving for a lot of years, used to work on my suped-up, awd Audis, so i know what to listen for) then I got an independent pre-purchase inspection on it (which Maverick took care of FOR me, and the garage billed me) and Maverick offered to fix it for me, in-house w/ their team of techs, there on the property and it was all taken care of. He took full responsibility and fixed the issue free of charge then i went down, test drove it, bought it and took it away. The car is just superb and, well, perfect. I did get an allignment & tire rotation because i noticed a teency bit of travel to the right on my 2.5 hour drive home (i live in the north bay) but that was nothin & it wouldn ta been worth requesting BMG do that stuff for me coz it wasn t absolutely neccesary! The car is just sooo nice & is clearly a super-sweet unit. Only 52k miles on it & it drives like a dream. The mechanic i had look at it said he found NOTHING else which needed attention and that was proven by my getting 3, whole m.p.g. s better than the factory rating, highway, on my drive home. I got 29.2 mpg the other day so it s just running like a brand new car. I am more than 100% satisfied with my MDX. It s like a ONE YEAR OLD CAR and it s 7 years old. Everything on it works flawlessly and well, i lucked out and i have BMG to thank for that.Maverick & the finance manager, Ali, were just SOOO professional, kind, eager, communicative, cool, patient, friendly & HONEST. I am super impressed and this whole experience with them made me realize that i will never buy a used car from a large, brand , dealership or even a used place, like carmax or RCU s place in Santa Rosa i got the best treatment, service & deal/buy at BMG and TRUST me, you ll want to go with them, especiallt if u re looking at a lower-miles, good-condition car. They have a big selection of fancy European sports & luxury cars & they don t mess around & they won t sell u a lemon, p.o.s.! Not like stupid, jabronis, Manly Honda up in Santa Rosa did to me, a couple weeks before my whole experience w/ BMG. It s NOT worth messin around w/ a large dealership w/ super-high overhead & impersonal, detached employees. BMG has all friendly, local, honest, hard working employees & i felt WAY more welcomed, taken care of there. They re sort of an underdog , smaller dealer so their business REALLY matters & they went above & beyond making sure i bought the car comfortably, confidantly, was happy & then sent me on my way w/ a real big thank you for your business & warm goodbye. Maverick is a boss & if i ever want a fancy, European hot rod of luxury suv, or whatever, i m gonna go back down there & buy from BMG again, or at least give em a call. And, actually, they had some other brands & types of cars, so i recommend them if u re looking for any kind of car/truck/van. Their cars looked NICE & they really do care about their customers. Quite a few other customers were there when i was there including a neat, local man who was there to buy his NEXT car for his family members they greeted Maverick like they were close friends and i could tell they had gotten the same exact treatment i then got.I gotta say A+ to BMG & 6 stars for bein my vehicle-needs saviors! I d been looking for a newer Chevy and had my heart set on one in Campbell. We stopped by BMG to look at a 2020 Chevy they had and had the pleasure of meeting Manny. After a quick test drive I let Manny know we were going to look at another truck and I d let him know. After checking for the address of the other dealership I saw it had been sold. I was a little bummed out but after a 5 minute drive I drove back to see Manny. We quickly settled on the price and got the paperwork started. In the meantime Manny got the truck washed and checked out. While handling the paperwork we spoke with Maverick who made everything smooth as possible. Thanks guys! We will be back to visit and hopefully my referrals head your way.

Don t waste your time coming to this place. Spoke with both Thai and Manny about a Camry. Asked about specific damage only to have pictures sent to me that cropped out the damage of the vehicle. Extremely disappointing especially because they knew I was coming from an hour and a half away. If they ll lie about body damage, imagine what else they ll lie about in regards to the cars condition. Showed up to only hear excuses from Manny justifying that the car was used instead of taking accountability for their terrible customer service. Do not give this place business.I have attached the cropped picture of the hood that was sent and a picture of what the car actually looked like.

This is the worst dealership. I bought a car which had issues all the time and have to pay a lot to fix it. Whenever I call them, they never cared. They always said that they will call me back but never called me back. They were so nice till they sold the car. I just paid almost $1000 to get fixed. I highly recommend not to buy anything from this dealership. If there was 0 stars I would give that but unfortunately not.

Great experience with Maverick purchasing my 2011 Yaris. Perfect used car offered at $1000 below the blue book value. Maverick picked me up from the Bart Station, answered all of my questions, and was patient, organized and knowledgeable. I felt confident driving out of the parking lot with the first car I've owned in over a decade.

I recommend this dealership. I was in the market for a minivan. Came across BMG Autos, they are professional every step of the process. It was easy to apply on their website and they got me approved even with unlucky credit. The environment is casual and it was a refreshing car shopping experience.

I purchased a 2012 Lexus CT200h from BMG Auto. The car was exactly as described and exactly what I was looking for to be my new fuel efficient daily. I worked with Maverick the entire time and this guy was great...a genuine car person, which always makes it a good time. Amidst great conversations he was even able to work with me on sweetening an already great price for the vehicle. Awesome experience.Now where BMG Auto really shined for me was not even a week later (less than 60 miles), when the water pumped failed on me. This is a rather large repair and I literally had driven the car twice. I called BMG Auto, and spoke to Maverick once again. They were able to arrange a tow and take care of all the repairs for me...free of charge. I purchase a lot of vehicles private party and if that had been the case, I would have been doing the repair myself or paying a shop. Excellent customer service is what makes this place amazing.I could have spent hours looking over their inventory. Someone knows their cars well. Such a great business with such great employees. I highly recommend BMG Auto Sales & Repair.

I loved my time here! The car, a purple 2015 Honda Fit, was detailed as soon as I got there, and Maverick was super helpful and supportive throughout the entire financing process. He even helped me get a lower monthly car payment and referred me to his insurance agent to help me get affordable insurance.

I recently purchased a vehicle with this dealership and I have to say this has been the worst experience ever. At first they were super nice and helpful and after purchasing the car they wanted nothing to do with me or my car. They tend to say they give you 2 years of shop warranty and when you try to contact them about any type of maintenance they never answer the phone or call you back when you leave a message. Please don t fall for this dealership their cars may be cheap and they may be in mid condition but it s honestly not worth it and on another note they are super rude and smoke inside the office with other customers around. They have no respect for others hopefully this review is seen by many so this dealership can upgrade its quality in customer service.

I dealt with Maverick. It's when the sell doesn't happen that the quality of the customer service is shown. I was going to buy from afar and he took the time to get all of the extra photos I asked for, was upfront and honest with all of my questions, like the car having been owned by a smoker, etc... Great interaction, and ultimately I did not buy from him. If there is a car I want in the future I will no problems looking here again.

Daniil of BMG AUTO was great from start to finish, I called in to inquire about there Audi A7 and it was out of my financing "down payment" range. Instead of dismissing me he was patient with another and worked with me. Financing dept as well, overall a great experience and wide selection of cars. All vehicles are mechanical and not perfect but I'm happy with my purchase. Low miles, fairly priced dependable vehicle. Will refer to friends and family!

Rip off. Worst place to get a car. I was sold a Mini Cooper over priced. Harmonic Balancer broke within 30 days. Insurance company is a scam. Nothing was covered. They wanted 750$ as an estimate to replace a part. Can't get the tires off. They didn't provide the wheel lock nut. They don't care about you at all.

If you are considering purchasing a silver 2017 Nissan Pathfinder VIN ending in 687259 from this dealership be aware this car needs a new engine and was sold to an auction house because it had been in an accident. We learned this the hard way after buying the car and being told it had been fully checked, had a clean title and ran great. When you cold start the car after it sitting for a few hours or overnight smoke comes out of the exhaust and when we had the car diagnosed by Dublin Nissan they found the car was in a poor condition and needed an entire new engine which the manufacturer refused to cover as it is out of warranty. The dealership gave us a full refund, but we are still out of pocket for about $380 of insurance payments, the diagnostic test, et. An ad for this car with fraudulent information was already up again on Car Gurus two hours after we returned it. Beware of this dealership and of what you see on Car facts reports, in our case the correct information had not been uploaded regarding the car s condition.

I went to BMG Auto sales to look at a BMW i was very interested in. I schedule a appointment with Yolanda to look and get the car on the weekend. I went in drove the car, filled out paperwork and was on my way home with a the car. So as soon as i get home i notice that the power steering fluid was leaking . I text Yolanda right away and let her know about the leak. She told me she would have her Mechanic call to schedule a time when i can come in. I reached out again and still no call. The mechanic never called, so when i had to stop by to drop something off to them(1week later) Maverick took a look at it and explained to me that it was from when they previous change the clamp and its nothing to worry about. I went on my way. So 3 weeks later guess what? I am stuck in a parking lot because my steering fluid was empty since it leaked out. I called and text BMG about the issue, they did nothing. I fixed the part myself($150) and went on my way. Three more weeks pass by and the engine on the car was bad. The car had a bad rod knock and i knew exactly what that meant. So I called the BMG since it hasn't even been 2 months with the car. Maverick told me to bring the car to them but I was not going to pay $300 to get the car towed and back just to let me know something I already knew. The engine was bad. I sent a very solid video showing the engine was bad to Maverick and got shocking response. He went from it being something not serious to(let me call my mechanic for a quote on a engine replacement). This was very unfortunate. I shouldn't have to pay 4100 for an engine replacement when you sold me a car with a bad engine . He also told me for the first time i had 6 comp car inspections that no one mention when i bought the car. What made it more shady i called for quotes at other shops and were several hundred dollars to 1k lower than what he quoted, which you can tell shady business is being done here. It been months since this has happen was hoping they will have a change of heart and make things right taking care of the whole issue. I should have listen to the past reviews. Please if you are looking to get a car from here. Make sure you drive the car very hard and aggressively to make sure the car is well built. Also get a car fax with the car service history. My car fax only had history of the car moving from owner to different owner, no service records at all. I also have all text messages stating all facts in this review in case anyone need to see. I walked away with a 10k lost. Hopefully this review guides people to do more research on cars. Most reviews are fake, as well.

I had a great experience with them. We were up front about everything. They were willing to work out some creative purchase options with me. I purchased a clean little 325i and put 24K miles on it in less than a year commuting 100 miles round trip per day.I just had my first problem with the car which is covered under the service plan I purchased. A fan belt broke and needs to be replaced. Big whoop!My car has 180K miles and it's still running like a dream.I trust the dealership with it's own mechanics. Blaming them for a Prius battery is ludicrous. Everyone knows that battery bombs at 100K miles or so.

Don't not buy cars from these people, they know their car have problems and come up with one excuse after another when you try to get them to fix it, less than 6 months after buying from them I had to spend thousands of dollars to replace my shocks which they knew defective and kept giving one excuse after another. They also gave me a fake carfax when I pulled the car fax my self a few months later I saw the car was actually in an accident. Go to another dealer to pay a lot if you choose to buy from these people

Best dealer in town. Nice selection of late model luxury cars. Bought a 545i from them some time ago and still drives like a dream. No hassle, very honest and straight forward service, they have their own shop (40% off labor on future maintenance). Will work with you, can buy from them with confidence. Thats at least my experience!

Tonight I bought my car from these guys I love them so much! They bent over backwards for me stayed open 2 hr after closing just for me. This is a Awesome place to go Maveric did everything he said he would. This may be a small dealership but they have a lot to offer you. I will back! Thank you guys for turning my bad day around

They are awful people and cheated my girlfriend. I was there through the whole process of buying the car and they lied multiple times about the car being in great condition and the hybrid battery being checked. One month after the purchase, the car broke down and they said they would fix it but it's been 7 months of back and forth to their shop that we finally complained to BBB. I strongly suggest you take business elsewhere because these people are no to be trusted. We are hoping to get our money back but they are merciless.

Beware! Check all the fine print before signing. Was charged for gap insurance but got no information on it. After refinance the loan, I tried several times to get the information from them but they hung up the phone on me. Lost $750. for something I did not want.

Buying a used car (or anything else) can be either a very good or a very bad experience, but what determines the type of experience is as much up to you as it is to the seller. In the last 50 years I have purchased primarily used cars, and I have had good as well as bad experiences. When the experiences were good, I paid a mechanic to check out the car before my money changed hands. When the experiences were bad, I failed to do this and let my emotions govern my decision.In the case of my purchase from BMG Auto Sales, I did not have the checked first. I had driven 100 miles to look at another car they had for sale, didn't like it, and tried a second car as an afterthought. I could sense immediately that the second car, a VW Passat, was much more what I was looking for.Maverick, the sales arm of the business, was polite and accommodating in the extreme, both beforehand via email as well as during my visit to see their inventory. I could look over cars, take short test drives, read CARFAX reports, and ask as many questions as came to mind. Maverick and his partner were both cheerful, unflappable, and as helpful as I could have wished.I considered the price and those things I liked about the car, and weighed these against the potential problems that I might have to deal with in the future. I made the decision to make a purchase, and now (about a week later) I have no reason to regret my choice. Of course, things could go wrong, because it's early days yet. But even if I have been blind-sided, I still accept the responsibility for my decision. I could have taken more time to decide; I could have paid an independent mechanic to go through the car for me. But I chose to not do these things, and now I have to accept the consequences - good and bad.I have phoned BMG on a couple of occasions since driving home with my "new" car. I saw or experienced things that I did not understand. Maverick, once again, was patient and helpful, and he answered my questions clearly and without hesitation.All of this said, I highly recommend this little used car dealer and its owners. I enjoyed speaking and working with them, and I believe their hearts and minds are in the right place. I also believe that their sincerity, integrity and business acumen are unusual in their chosen business, a place where scoundrels have existed and plagued society since my dad bought his first used car almost a hundred years ago. There are never any guarantees, of course, but I think you'll find that BMG wants as much to do the right thing for their customers as for themselves. Thanks for listening!

Bad experience, They do not keep their word they told me they could play with the numbers and only offered me a $500 dollar discount. I was buying Cash still with the discount I was going to pay over 10k, They insisted in me financing. Don't waste your time look for other dealers that give you more offers.
