Called in to make sure I can get an appointment. 12/15 whoever is working the desk was very incompetent. Wasted my time. Made no efforts to make any sales or give good customer service. This is how you ll lose thousands in revenue is because of people like Pedro.

I just got a quote from them online then called in to see if I can just come in or if I need to make an appointment or something the guy said no I can just come in. I show up and first thing they say is that's not a quote even though it has quote on it in two different places and that they don't have the tire now and they'll have to get it shipped in. Thanks for wasting 2 hours of my time when I could have been told that when I called. Next time I'll just go with Costco.

Recently, I visited Big Discount Tire Pros to purchase new tires for my car, and I was thoroughly impressed by the excellent customer service and affordable prices. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me find the best tires for my vehicle. Not only that, but the prices were extremely competitive compared to other tire stores in the area. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Big Discount Tire Pros and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of new tires for their vehicle.

I called made an appointment. I dropped it off on time. got it back right away. had 2 tires and an alignment done on my daughters car. great value. service writer was very professional and did a great job. recommend these guys to everyone.

Their service is excellent, the price they charge you is fair. I had my Toyota Corolla making noice because both front CV axles needed replacement. They fixed it within short period of time and the car is like new. Excellent service!!!

I have been using Big Discount Tire Pros for more than 20 years, to replace tires on my vehicles, do wheel alignments, damage repair, and other minor services with respect to the tires. I have never been disappointed. I heartily recommend these guys. They do good work, and appear to train their technicians very successfully.

I ve been bringing my car here for service for years, they do good work and even with staff changes over the years, service has always been great. Barak is very professional and follows up to see if everything is going well with the last service. I recommend them to anyone looking for car services and have quite a few family and friends that have utilized their services and have received good feedback.

While in town back in 1996, I took my car in for tire service . Outstanding customer service, outstanding work. Rick Lucerro ( eek spelling) always went above and beyond! Fast forward to last month. I tried to get tires from here but the line was much too long , guess things havent changed... still excellent! Good for you guys

Love this place. I have 3 kids of driving age so we have a lot of older cars. Big Discount Tire Pros is the only place I trust to keep my kids safe and on the road. The service writers, Andy and Barak, are high info and low pressure. They tell me what I need done, what s going to need fixing eventually, and have been told me when a repair wasn t worth it given the age of the car. I recommend them without reservation.

I had needed new shocks for my SUV for a couple of years. Called for a quote on a set of Bilstein's and they were quite expensive. However, the service rep I spoke with told me he would research what other shocks were comparable and less expensive, then call me back. He called back in less than 15 minutes and gave me a cheaper quote on 4 comparable shocks and told me to come down. They were on quickly and I was back on the road. Thanks for the great service!

My most recent visit to Big Discount Tire Pros involved a headlight restoration service after I found out the night before that the low beam headlight on the driver's side of the Jeep had burned out. While the low beam headlight on the front passenger side was still shining bright, Barak told me that it was recommended that both low beam headlights be replaced to be safe, and that's exactly what happened during my most recent visit to this auto shop. While the labor cost was expensive, the parts cost was cheap, and yet the total cost for the headlight restoration service was affordable for me because my work salary rate recently went up again. Good job to the auto mechanics at Big Discount Tire Pros; keep up the good work.

I have been coming to Tire Pros for at least 6 years for alignments and tires. I have always gotten great service. They did a great job replacing my tire under a warranty and they did it when they were busy. I told them I had to go to work in a few hours. Great service, I will always use the Tire Pros.

This is a great place for all types of car services. The team is professional and very knowledgeable. Recently they cleaned one of my cars from diesel fuel that was accidentally added for very reasonable cost. They were fast and efficient and the car is like new again. Very happy to recommend them for all car repair needs.

Bought some tires for my truck yesterday. I had done some comparison shopping and Big Discount offered the best price, and really good service. Curt made sure that I got the right tires, and noted that the ones the previous owner had put on were correct. (the load rating was wrong)Hearty recommendation and they will get repeat business from me.

Just this month, I had service done on my car and from there on, I ve had no problems whatsoever feeling much more comfortable driving with new front struts knowing that Curt and his team did a very good job on it. This would be my second time doing business with them and would highly recommend their quality service to anyone.

I was looking for a specific type of tire and Big Discout was able to help. Got a decent price and they I stalled them as promised. They even texted me to see how the tires were. Maybe good enough experience to switch from Firestone/Big O? Time will tell.

Great service. Great experience. I had a flat tire due to a big nail in my tire and it wasn t repairable. I had a vacation trip the same day. Big Discount Tires Pros in Fremont got me in and out in a jiffy. Awesome, knowledgeable staff and exceptional/prompt service. Would recommend. 5 of 5 rating. Thanks Curt

Last couple of times I ve needed tires for my cars I ve used Big Discount Tire Pros. They have good prices and great service. They frequently check back with me to make sure everything is ok with the tires. Always appreciate great customer service. Highly recommend them.

Recently brought in my 2004 lincoln to have some suspension work and a overheating issue dealt with, they fixed both my problems and since they worked on it I have had zero issues. The gentlemen at the front desk are amazing and the people they have working out in the shop are wonderfull aswell.They are also the only shop I buy tires from, they are always fast efficient and get it done right the first time. I tell all my friends to come here.

I recently took my car in because I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I anticipated having to get a new tire. However, to my surprise they were able to fix it and was honest enough to fix it and not require me to purchase an unneeded tire. Everyone there was knowledgeable, friendly and concerned with my problem.

I usually get my tires from Les Schwab, but due to a time crunch I thought I'll try them first time. Not only are they more expensive, the shop is much smaller and seems far less professional.The person at the front desk sent me a message at 5.33pm on my phone saying the car is ready for pick up. So I quickly called a rideshare and departed. He then called me back saying that if I wasn't there in 2 minutes, they are going to lock my car and not give it to me till the next day. He said they close at 5.30pm and that he told me this before. When I reached there, I told him that if you close at 5.30 then why are you sending me a message at 5.33 saying my car is ready for pick up.He blamed his computer system for this, and started giving all nonsensical excuses as to how it was my fault. Yes, blaming the customer for their lack of professionalism. Overall, he was very rude and condescending. There are much better tire shops within a couple of mile radius.

I have used the same facility for over 20 years, even before it changed its name to Big Discount Tire Pros. Usually the quality goes down when new management/owners take over. Not the case here. The customer service has gone a step beyond. They actually check up on their work. Nicely done.

Mike and Guido are super nice and helpful. They will never suggest unnecessary work to be done, and will help you get the most out of your car and your tires. They are very busy but still manage to get you in and out very quickly. The complimentary coffee is also above par for this type of establishment.

On the 15th of October, my car showed signs of broken tires and Weak. I brought the car to the Big Discount Tire Pros for repair. But they didn't find any Holes in my wheel. And they don't charge even though they have inflated and checked my four wheels. They say that if there is no damage, then no charge. What a great place for car owners to bring their cars to work

This place is good, the customer service is pretty nice. I had been there for an alignment, they first test drove my vehicle, tested the alignment and told me how my vehicle was within the limits and informed that its not mandatory for me to do the wheel alignment at the moment. Which only meant that "they are selling their services unnecessary and only act based on Customer inputs". They have good deals online and groupon.
