I wanted to get my wife's Lexus RX350 detailed as a surprise for her birthday. After calling about 10 different places all over the Bay, I ended up going to AutoPro because of the great reviews and prices. Sure enough, Mynor and Byron did a fantastic job on the detail - all the swirl marks are gone and the car shines like new. Thanks to the AutoPro team!

I took my new 21 Redeye Charger here as soon as possible by recommendation. I was greeted by Sarah at the front desk which she was very helpful and informative. Mynor and his brother Byron, along with their team, did a spectacular job on the window tinting, paint correction, PPF, and ceramic coating. Their attention to detail is amazing and made me knew they were the right choice when I picked up my vehicle. Mynor and Byron are professionals at what they do and are willing to make your car look perfect. If there's something you don't like, they'll fix it. Don't hesitate to give them a call and get your new vehicle protected. Recently I had my Alfa Romeo Stelvio detailed at Auto Pro (Fremont) and honestly the experience was excellent. I just moved from Los Angeles to the Bay Area and came across this place by chance. The customer service was top notch and very responsive.Sarah returned my emails and calls within minutes. Maynor was very patient, gave me some helpful maintenance tips for my car, and even showed me around the shop when I arrived.I also like that they re a family owned business hard workers! They are very professional, knowledgeable, and deliver quality results. It s no surprise they ve been in business for almost 30 years. I ll definitely be bringing my cars to them in the future and would recommend them 100%.Thanks again and God Bless!Adam

They were friendly, helpful and knowledge. They were able to quickly resolve my issue.Had a weird black streak on my car that wouldn't come off with just micro fiber and water. They were able to remove all traces of it and it looks great again.

Byron and the team absolutely nailed the paint correction, ceramic application and PPF protection on my C7 Z06. Their work is impeccable, attention to detail is amazing, wrapped right to the edges, you can t even tell. The difference in my paint in night and day difference and it wasn t even bad before! The depth and gloss is mezmerizing and glad to know its permanent! Don t even both calling around for pricing and opinions, their prices are spot on, leadtime is spot on. You won t be dissapointed, and I have OCD when it comes to stuff like this.

Got the car with matte black vinyl wrap.Maynor offered a great price. His brother Byron and the technicians reall took care my car. They took off the vinyl wrap and bringing the car back to brand new.Probably will bring my car back for next detailing jobs.

Thank you to Mynor, Yvette, and the rest of the Auto Pro Fremont team for taking care of our new Tesla MY. My brother recommended I take my car here after the excellent service he received from their Dublin location. Yvette was extremely helpful in listening to what I wanted and provided catered guidance on the type of service to my car. Settled on the Diamond Ceramic Pro Package; PPF on the front bumper, headlights, and hood (front bumper gets tons of bugs just from daily driving), and 3M Crystalline tint to the front passenger windows. After scheduling my appointment with Yvette, Mynor at the Fremont location took it from there. He answered all of my additional questions when I dropped off my car. Whole process took a week and was extremely satisfied (and giddy) when I picked up the car. The car looks even better compared to when I received delivery on Christmas Day! I immediately noticed the difference and swirl marks that I noticed on the front hood were now gone. On my next new car purchase, I'll just have the car delivered straight to them from the dealer! So Mynor and his team lived up to all the hype all of the other reviewers have talked about. So much so that I live in San Mateo but felt it was worth it go see them and was not disappointed. I brought my 2021 M3 Competition here for tinting and ceramic coating. Amazing job for an amazing price. On time and exactly as advertised. They had me inspect the car before and after and even let me store it there for a week while I was out of town. Doesn't get any better than this!Services: Auto detailing, Window tinting

Mynor and his team were great. Had no direct referrals and was a walk in, but after talking with Mynor felt confident about his services. I went with paint correction, Xpel, ceramic, and tint. Car came out looking fantastic and look forward to bringing future cars back to him. Thanks Mynor!

I just picked up my van , I was quoted and charged for :"Steam clean engine "I took the car home, the engine has not been touched".I called them next day and agreed to complete the job. The explanation was:"we forgot to clean the engine ".They actually did a good job cleaning the engine ". Services: Steam cleaning, Full body wash, Headlight polishing, Auto detailing

Had a paint correction and ceramic coat done on my 997 and they did an amazing job getting rid of the crazy amount of swirl marks on the black paint. Would highly recommend their services!

I am so happy I took my Winnebago Revel here to get a ceramic coating! The entire team at Ceramic Pro worked on it, and they were justifiably proud of the final result. It looks better today than it did when I bought it almost a year ago!

This review is for my husband:I recently took my car in for a full ppf and ceramic coating on my rims. This is the first time that I have had one of my cars protected. I wasn t aware of the special matte film I needed because of the color of my car. Luckily I was informed by Byron. He explained everything thoroughly and answered any and all questions that I had. Not only did my car turn out absolutely astonishing but I got an amazing deal. If you want your car to look better than it did when you received it from the dealer, this is the place to go.Services: Ceramic coating, Protective coating

AutoPro I am told is a family-owned business and the way the everyone acted and treated us as customers proved it. They did an awesome job and delivered on everything they promised and delivered on schedule. Special shout out to Sarah who worked with us. We were surprised to learn that she was an employee since her willingness t help and eagerness to do right by the customer made us feel she was a part owner!Overall, a very pleasant experience; very pleased with the end product and their rates are reasonable. Customer service was great. Sara at the front office was super helpful in answering queries with detailed explanation. Minor and Byron did a fantastic job with the ceramic coating, PPF and window tinting. I can see how well they are passionate and proud of their work performance as evidenced by their satisfied and happy customers. Making the appointment was quick and easy. Able to bring the car the same day we got from the dealership. So as my best friend who initially recommended this place based on their previous experience, I am pleased to say - ditto here. Simply the best! Brought my car here to auto pro detailing i got a full detail interior & exterior with ceramic coating! Aegis & Auto Pro Detailing provide the great service to their customer. APD went above and beyond with my hatchback! Every time I get in the car I find something else they cleaned! It's an '04 that was in bad shape and it seriously looks brand new! Byron and his team were excellent, even keeping the car overnight so they could clean it completely. Had this place recommended from a friend and I see why. Got a ceramic coat + PPF for my new car and the job looks perfect. Their customer service is exceptional and fast, if they couldn't pick up the phone they would get back to me faster than any service I've ever seen. Wonderful service and the people are very well informed and professionals! My car exterior was completely damaged, and Mynor not only helped me understand the damage and how to fix it, but he took the time to show me step by step the process they are using, and what I need to do later on to take care of my car. My car looked even better than how it was when I bought it from the showroom. I am extremely impressed by the high quality service and how nice they are with their customers. You can feel that they care to make you happy and give you the best service possible. Cannot recommend enough! I did a paint correction this time, but I am definitely coming back in the future for additional services and anything else my car needs. You can trust that your car will be in professional hands exceeding expectations!!

I have known Mynor and Byron for around a decade. I have taken two of my cars to them periodically for detail, ceramic coat, clear bra application and they are just phenomenal. From the quotes to the delivery of the services and from application of the product on my cars it s just a wonderful experience. Sometimes I thought if it was necessary to do some treatment on my car that cost lot of money but to my surprise it is all worth it. Their business philosophy is satisfying the customer so that they come again and again.
