I've taken 2 vehicles to Greg at Auto Mall Tint - he's excellent!Very happy with the tint replacement he did for my vehicle, as well as the tint strip. The 3M Crystalline heat rejection is unreal, really glad I was able to get new tint installed before the temperature starts climbing.Greg is super easy to work with and very knowledgable about window shapes and tinting process.Service: Vehicle window tinting

I first went to Greg in 2019 with my RDX, very cautious and apprehensive about my new vehicle. I am particular with what tint I wanted from my experience in 2013 with my Accord.Crystalline is a high performing tint. Without a fuss, it was taken care of with very high quality. I ended up taking several cars afterwards because I know the performance of the tint used. My daughter just bought her first used car and wanted it tinted as a Graduation present. Update2: Had the tint for years. Drove it to TX in heat wave. Was snowed in Tahoe. No bubbles or issues yet. Been a few years since I had it. Just came back now to get my new car done.Update: I have had the tint and it looks amazing! Also he provided helpful suggestions in getting me to decide what shade to go with, but left the decision to me. He provided gurantee of the work and film. Highly recommend giving him a try.Earlier: I haven't yet had the work done but just based on the phone interaction when speaking with Greg, I feel obligated to write this review. The customer service was top notch. The price fair and no haggling required. I will update with pics when I have the tint on my car.

I had my windows tinted by Greg near the end of Dec '19 - Early January, and what an amazing job he has done.I reached out to him over phone, made an appointment, and within' the morning, my windows were tinted. No bubbles or smears. Greg has lots of technical knowledge and experience to help you find the right tint.Compared to other tint specialists in the area, he offered WAY better competitive pricing and quality. Due to time constraints I had, I only completed my side windows first, and came back to do the back lift gate window on a different day which Greg did not mind. Regardless, it's been working out great since.Lifetime warranty is offered through 3M (since that is the brand he uses). It still offers UV light protection without radio wave interference, etc.For reference-- I added 4 photos of a white Toyota 4Runner.My back windows were already stock tinted, but I wanted them a bit darker. I opted for 25% tint in the front, and 20% in the back including lift gate window. I wish I had gone a bit darker, but this is perfect if you're trying not to get pulled over.Highly recommend!

I was looking to get 3M crystalline film placed on the side windows of my Tesla Model 3 and I actually found this company through 3M's authorized installer listings.The experience was smooth: I just texted them to ask about pricing then set an appointment. Got my car in at 10 am and got it back in about 2 and a half hours or so. They told me how to care for it then I was on my way. I knew exactly what I wanted and didn't have many questions so it was probably as smooth as it could be.The installation itself is flawless and as someone who installed heat rejection film all over his house windows, I know I couldn't have done better. I will be back to have my other cars tinted here in the future.

Originally part of California Sunscreen, these past years Greg has taken not only ownership of Auto Mall Tint Specialist, but also ownership and pride in the amazing work that he does. Just had car #2 done with all 3M tint and the workmanship is excellent. Its not just the quality film one uses but the workmanship required to properly do a long lasting tint job. No streaks scratches of long term bubbles on the previous car.On top of an easy to access location, good quality workmanship, and quality product, Greg is a nice guy and a good listener. So tell him what you need. Its worth a drive even from the South Bay to get the tint done right.

I had my brand new 2022 Audi RS3 tinted there back in August and Greg did a great job tinting all the side and back windows. I had him tinted a windshield header as well and it came out perfect. I did my research and chose the 3M Ceramic IR as I didn't want any blue hue on the lighter front side windows but still have good IR heat rejection. Overall the front and back colors match perfectly. After scheduling an appointment six weeks ahead, I received a confirmation text and call. However, my subsequent attempts to reach them four times went unanswered, and no calls were returned. When I arrived for the appointment, I found the shop closed. Upon finally getting in touch with the owner, I was informed that they had made other arrangements. Why would you send a confirmation if you are closing on this day? Bad experience all the way around, not recommended place.

You can get your car tinted just about anywhere, but if you want 3M Crystalline, then your choices are limited. I've had two coupes tinted with Crystalline - all windows, including windshield. My first car was not done by Greg. I won't name the shop, but they were also a certified installer. They were also more expensive, left a lot of dust bubbles on my back window and the cuts were not very precise on some portions of the glass. My second car was given to Greg because he was cheaper and doing my cheaper car. All I can say is that I wish I had done both cars here. Greg has the best price and stands behind his work. Can't recommend enough.

Very honest, professional and great value. I've done a lot of searches at NorCal - look no further. Even though the shop was 30+ miles away from my house, I would go here for tinting services. That's how good Greg is. Also saved me a lot of $$$ by giving sound advice by not tinting the glass roof of my Model Y. Minimal benefit for a lot of money. He suggested getting a roof screen instead and he was spot on. Couldn't be happier and satisfied. Thank you Greg!Service: Vehicle window tinting

Professional work and professional communication.Tesla 3 tinted with 80/20 ceramic tints in 2020 summer. Looked to me one man army. Still he handled the work in reasonable time.Work was perfect, no bubble or peeling off of the tint so far.He have few options of tints most of them are top-line 3M tints.

Great shop. Owner and operator told me personally all the details, risks, and more about my chosen tint and vehicle application before we got started. Tinting is more technical than you might expect! And each car has it's own quirks. Ended up with a tint application that I am totally satisfied with and got a quality job that has lasted and looks excellent.

This is a professional operation with high quality work. I've brought multiple cars and multiple broken windows here. Every install was perfect even the problematically shaped rear windshield on my Golf with 3m crystalline film which is rare and trickier to shape. All the tint shops I've used in the past are dead to me.

3m color stable tint film .... 5% back windows and 35% front windows worth the money. Went to auto mall tint specialist and the owner knows about tint films . I told him I wanted a classic look he recommended 3m color stable tint film ... I'm satisfied with the results ... car looks great . He said 3m color stable tint film has a darker effect . its a nano carbon tint film for better heat rejection ...Service: Vehicle window tinting

I have never tinted or seen anybody tint any windows in my life, so when I was checking the work, I scrolled down the windows to see if it caused something wrong. And then the guy came out and said, "You are not allowed to put down the windows for two days! Jesus Christ." And I was thinking, who is Jesus Christ? Two days later, now, the films seem fine.
