Bought a 2011 Honda FitDavid was incredibly kind and helpful, providing detailed information about the vehicle I was interested in. He allowed me to inspect the vehicle and even took it for a test drive. Several months have passed since then, and I haven't encountered any issues. Additionally, I was supposed to receive a new license plate but it got lost. With my temporary plate nearing its expiration, I reached out to David on short notice. He helped me out and I received everything I needed just a week later. Based on my experience, I recommend this place.

I just bought a car from Auto 4 less, which is the best dealer to me.Several reasons:1. Very nice manager/agent: David. David is very polite and honest. He just wanted to give me the best suggestion and let me choose the best car based on my budget. He even permit me to have my mechanic to check the car before buying. Even he couldn't give any warranty, but he was very confident about his car.2. Low price: I had been looking a used car for the whole week through different ways, it turned out Auto 4 less had the best price. More recent year, Lower milage but also lower price. My understanding is that David covers different roles including the agent, the dealer, the boss, even mechanic, ect which make the cost lower than the other dealers.3. Reliable car: They sell the car after all the inspection and repair.

Bought a used hybrid (2004 model) from David 3 months ago. Wary about buying used cars, I took it straight to my mechanic after the purchase and they found nothing wrong. It's been 3 months and about 3,000 miles later and the vehicle is running fine. David was very patient with us during the purchasing process and was even willing to negotiate a lower price. He also instructed us on how to maintain the car which shows he cares a lot about the customer. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a used vehicle.

This review are just facts and based on true events. Very satisfied customer! Highly recommend this dealership!David - Manager and also the sales agent.Location - I ll give this dealer a 5. It is located within a mile or less to a variety of repair and car care shop that you can have your prospective car get check. It is also not too far from the interstate so it is both easy access to and from including taking your soon to be new car for a test drive.The car lot - I gave him a 4. The car are all cramped due to limited space vs the amount of cars. The good thing is more cars, more options. Just be patient for David to get your car out of the lot for you to test drive.The prices - I gave him a 5. I recommend to do your due diligence to compare market prices, carfax value, actual car condition, etc to make the determination of the fair value of what he is selling. My purchase price was comparable to most if not all of the active dealership selling the same vehicle. I found his price to be fair.The Cars - I gave him a 5. When I walk to any used car dealership and plan to buy a vehicle, I already know and accept that Im taking a risk due to not knowing the unknown (engine internals condition, carbon build up, sensors, pumps and solenoids on their last leg). David allows you to get the car check and conveniently alot of repair shop are nearby (i took it to Fremont Car Care Center and a guy named Mark is awesome!)To minimize the risk, please do your due diligence to get the car check but remember that they re inspection can only cover so much but it is worth the time and money. I did it and got favorable results. Also, review the CARFAX carefully, my car had 40 recorded maintenance, its almost telling me a short story of how the previous owners took car of the car.I was reviewing s CARFAX of another car that I liked (different dealership) and saw a minor damaged on the right rear, but also saw a constant rear wheel alignment afterwards then eventually place the car for sale - this is an example of a red flag - remember that things reported to CARFAX are valuable tools and if its not reported then maybe it didn t happen (like the regular maintenance. Bottomline - this car dealer will provide you the CARFAX online to review and will let you take the car to a shop for pre-purchase inspection. Use it!Customer Service - I give this guy David a 10/10. Just an honest guy trying to make a living. He takes his time, work with you during the pre-sale inspection, very professional and will assist you if he can if you ran with any problem with the car during and after the purchase. Just remember that if you treat people with respect, it goes a long way.Lastly, I couldn t be more happier with this purchase Always remember to take your time when buying a car and understand what your being presented. Do the leg work to verify and in the end, it will have a positive result. I hope that this is useful.Thank you David!

I ve never sold a car before and was anxious of the process. Crandall was so patient with me as we went back and forth via text message for over 1 week. When I brought my vehicle in today both Crandell and David were so kind, professional and attentive to my needs. I felt very good about the entire process and would 10/10 recommend.

I recently purchased a van from this dealership david and I have to say that I regret my decision immensely. Within two weeks of driving the car, the check engine light came on and upon inspection, it was found that the car had a plethora of issues that were in dire need of attention. I was extremely disappointed with the fact that I was sold a broken car without any warning or indication of these issues prior to purchase. The dealership claimed that the car was in perfect condition but clearly, that was not the case.Overall, I would strongly advise against doing business with this dealership. Their lack of transparency, poor customer service, and willingness to sell broken cars make them an unreliable and untrustworthy choice for anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.See you in the court David

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and David was extremely polite and friendly! I came from another pushy dealership that made me feel rushed to purchase; decided to look for different dealerships and found Auto 4 Less.David was very patient and understanding when we took our time to inspect and drive the vehicle, and he explained all the questions regarding the carfax and car that we had. David brought us water (twice!), made sure we were comfortable, and was very respectful when it came to the purchase time, as well as understanding of our negotiations. He is not a stereotypical used car salesman at all, he made me feel super comfortable throughout the entire transaction and he really exudes care and respect.My car looks and runs very well and I am very happy with the deal I got it for. I also love that this is a family owned, the entire interaction felt a lot more personal and I feel happy to support a small business. If I or any of my family needs another vehicle, I know we will be checking out this dealer again. I recommend Auto 4 Less to everyone - please do give this dealer a try, you will not regret it!

Given the unsavory reputation used car salespeople have, I was getting stressed by the thought of having to interact with them in order to buy a car in a very short time.Very luckily, I came across David s operation online, and called him (Oct 2018) . He sounded very nice over the phone which encouraged us to check him out. His sales lot was in a quiet neighborhood and had a laid-back, quirky feel which we liked. He was unlike most car salesmen I have met. He was a gentleman and very willing to work with us. During the car-buying process, he replied to my phone calls and texts promptly, and never pressured us into making a purchase.We found a 2008 Mazda3 we liked with a clean Carfax report which David provided for free. We purchased it at a good price.David handled all the paperwork (title transfer, registration, purchase agreement etc.) very smoothly.We then had the car checked out by an independent mechanic and it was fine. We have been very happy with the car these last few months.We recommend David wholeheartedly to anybody looking to buy a used car without having to experience the stress such a situation brings.

My friend bought a car from Dave recently and oh boy, it has it been a very time consuming, frustrating and expensive journey. Weary from the beginning about buying a used car that s not on a bigger lot, this experience confirmed our FEARS! One problem after another, and as of now being asked to pay half of a $1700 BILL!!! The car upon sale he was told that the car is all good with no problems. But maybe not even two weeks in the check engine light comes on and then over and over again WTH! Seems like a LEMON to me. Times are hard for EVERYONE right now, and buying a car is a large investment, it is cruel to sell someone who can only afford a use car something that s even more expensive and aggravating than going to a real dealership. BEWARE, do your research and watch out for the excuse as these things happen how convenient after paying thousands of dollars okay

I am truly grateful for the care and customer service I received at Auto 4 Less. Dave and Miguel treated me with respect . They worked with my budget and credit situation. Dave eased my concerns and stress about buying a used car. He provided reassurance of the reliability of the vehicle I purchased is in good condition for me and my family. Bought a 2004 Toyota Prius from here. Good customer service and overall experience. No issues with the car after 1+ month, very happy with the car. Salesmen were friendly and transparent. Title and paperwork came in through the post within four weeks. Would recommend.UPDATE: 2+ months since purchase. Car is driven 420+ miles a week, absolutely no issues, everything is working flawlessly.

If you want a place where the sales man talks for about 40 minutes of him playing instruments, and showing you videos of people singing, and won't stop talking about the Philippines and how they speak Spanish there, and wants to show off his Spanish vocab, this is the place. Now if you want a place to buy a used car, that is reliable, a place with a owner that doesn't lie, go somewhere else.Story: I bought an used BMW 2004, they guaranteed me the car was in a good condition, that I wouldn't have a problem with the car, sure enough the car was fine the first month, after that I had to pay around $1800 dollar to fix the car, and who knows what kind of other issue the car has.

The service we received from the owner of Auto 4 Less in Fremont was good but I would recommend to pay the $100 return fee just in case you need to return or exchange the car you selected in 3 days. That is what happened to us as we initially bought a Nissan and the very next day we had problems with the vehicle. He exchanged it for us (it was not easy but he did it; he kept insisting his mechanic would fix it but to us it was not a good sign to have problems the second day after purchasing a vehicle) and the one we picked next was in great shape, of course used, but it runs well and it was well priced. I would recommend do some research, do not come rushed, test the vehicle well before you make up your mind and if you have a mechanic friend who can inspect it before you make the deal, that would even be better so you have a peace of mind.

David (General Manager) was very friendly and helpful when I bought my 2012 Nissan Leaf. He didn't try to upsell or tack on hidden fees. The whole experience was fast and painless. We found him via USAA and he was a USAA approved dealer. If you're looking for a new car I highly recommend looking him and Auto 4 Less up. My wife and I will be returning when we need to replace her car.

Love my car I bought from here this year. It have since had a recall and David gave me a temporary car while mine was at the dealership. Trustworthy owner! Would recommend for affordable used cars

I think the owner and the salesmen at Auto4Less are golden. I have been going to David (the primary owner) since 2002. After my first purchase I have trusted him with my eyes and ears closed. Over the years my family and I have purchased several cars from him, my lowest cost car was a 93 Nissan and most expensive was a 05 Mercedes SL500. each time he was able to locate the perfect car with my requirements, e.g. price, mileage, clean title, condition and options. He did all the paperwork, ran car fax for me, helped with financing, went to DMV for me and made arrangements to meet me half way to my home in SF. This was mostly a 1 stop shop where I felt welcome and did not worry about being robbed of my money.

Alex and his family are con artist and scum bags. They had scammed my husband for the worked he did for them with their used cars. Alex offered my husband a car in lieu of his work. However, Alex wrote an in house financing that is doomed for failure if he is unable to control my husband. My husband do not know anything about financing nor any of these matters and signed the contract based on trust and gentlemen's agreement since he worked for them. The in house financing only allowed my husband 11 days to come up with $1,659.00 as the down payment and first month payment. The payments are so steep in such a short period of time, it doomed for failure therefore subject for repossession . My husband worked from early morning to midnight almost everyday barely bringing any money home for food because almost all the money went to Alex as car payments and materials for the cars my husband was fixing. My husband lost so much weight and looked so haggard. In less than a month of the transaction, Alex had disagreement with my husband therefore he repossessed my husband's car without notification nor redemption. The car was parked at the next lot where he was working. They even took his working tools which was in the car while my husband was working. Like a thief in the night. They claimed they are rich, then why are they scamming from a poor laborer who works so hard. I even was going to buy a car from them but they did not cater to me. I went to another dealer in Vallejo, they have better quality of car, they gave me a car with great financing. Auto4Less are horrible people. Don't go there, they are heartless and cheaters.

Where do I even begin?! Lets see..First I was browsing around and applying a loan to get me a new car, then autofourless website popped up and I applied and sent my inquiry about the car I liked. Next morning I received a call from Miguel (don't know if I have his name spelled correctly lol ),but I was at worked so I told him if we can send a text back and fourth and he was very flexible and response immediately. Miguel and I shared some Q&A, then he sent me a link where to applied for a loan which I did right away and to cut the story short haha we set up some time for me to come in however due to my work schedule I had to rescheduled my appt. w/him 2times haha. Until today I finally met him and thats where I also met Mr. David very professional and you won't get bored while waiting and signing those paper work both David and Miguel will keep you awake by sharing jokes and laughter:D. To be honest I had a bad credit score and Autofourless company and Mr. David and Miguel helped get a new car that I always dream of having and they I made that happened today.P.S for those of you who is struggling to get a loan/new car because of your credit score do not quite and stop looking instead I highly recommend seeing David and Miguel this 2 wonderful folks help me drive a very comfortable car now :) Oh and also I read some negative review as well before I went to the store and I was so skeptical about it, but I still went cuz i believe the saying "Do not judge the book by its cover :).That's all for now sorry for such a long review I just can't thanked them enough and I feel like I need to express my feeling out there so some people can see how wonderful they are and their cars.

I'd spoken with a representative (Alex) about a RAV4 about a week ago. Today he called me to follow up. When I told him I'd found another car and I was going to buy that instead, he began complaining, raising his voice, whining, and essentially arguing with me. If Auto 4 Less can't respect my choice as a customer, then they obviously don't respect me. I will never be buying a car from them, that is for sure.

To get to the lot was confussing since it is behind another lot or 2 which are not affiliated. So needless to say we had to make that u turn twice. The sales man was courteous and willing to bargain. The office is that of a portable and not restroom friendly. You have to use the restroom in one of the other lots buildings. Car shopping with a 5 year old that has to go last minute not really the buisness. Luckily for us we were headed out for a test drive so the drive to there was not bad but could only inagine if we had to make that mad dash to the potty across 2 lots and then find the receptionist whom had a key. For whatever reason the womans bathroom needed a key but not the mens. End result we did not purchase a car but was offered several discounts and payment options with no set limit for a deposit. Cash offered an even bigger discount and appeared to be the preferred method for transactions.

I can vouch for the other reviewer's hand-waving comment but not the ill-fitting-pants part. But then again, I have never bought a hybrid. Mr. Crandall was very honest and friendly. Overall great service.

Awesome customer service, incredible price, the car I bought had a problem with the hand brake so I talked with David before signing everything and he take care of it with qualified mechanics, he paid the repair.Highly recommend it.

I bought a 2010 chevy equinox in late February 2020.And 1 month later I found out I had to spend $600 dollars for a repair. DAVE KNEW HE WAS WRONG AND GAVE 200 ON THE FIX.MOVING FORWARD A MONTH AFTER THAT TICKING NOISES CAME FROM ENGINE AND SO I TOOK TO DAVES MACHENIC AND HE TELLS ME THE ENGINE BEEN BAD AND I NEED A NEW ENGINE. I OWE $8000. ON A CAR I BOUGHT 6MONTHS AGO.DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. THEY DO NOT HAVE A PROPER MACHENIC IS A DRUG ADDICT.THEY DON'T LOOK A5 THE CARS THEY BUY.TAKE YOU MONEY ELSE WHERE.
