Went in for service on 3/12/2024. Rosio Lazo and Frank Santos were very helpful. They got me checked in and out quickly. They explained what needed to be done and got me on my way without any problems. Thanks Audi!

I am disappointed with their customer service. Scheduled my appointment for vehicle drop off and requested for a loaner car but they denied to provide one. Kept saying to reschedule for another day to get a loaner despite me telling them I have busy schedule later in the week. Let s see how they do the required work on my car.

This time I went in for an Audi MMI recall on my S3. I was immediately greeted and treated well by the staff there. Here's my thoughts:My experience of Audi Fremont has been consistently exceptional and memorable. Every time I have gone there... the staff from the service managers to the cashiers have been courteous, professional and incredibly friendly. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time there and they have answered all my questions and always been generous in their loaner vehicles. Last two times, I was able to drive a 2019 Audi Q5 with less than 100 miles on the odometer, and recently I was able to experience a 2019 Audi A7. Both rides were wonderful and exceptional (as expected with Audi's) but just made me want to consider a future Audi one day. Thank you for making car ownership and maintenance a painless and fun process!Update: 12/3/2019 - Had my s3 in for its scheduled service and once again David De La Torre and the Audi team were fantastic from those service garage people who took my car to David & those at the service / billing desk... every person that I was privileged to work with was courteous, communicative and incredibly helpful. This time I got a 2020 Audi Q5 with 13 miles on the odometer to drive around. I drove it for a short while thinking i'd have to leave my car till later but ended up coming back after a few hours and my car was ready soon after. Excellent service and excellent personnel. You all at Audi Fremont are the MVPs!Update: 9/21/2020 - I recently had to drop off my Audi for a climate control issue and while I was there, Frank Santos the service manager was able to help answer and meet my issues. I have enjoyed this dealership s quality of service esp. their service department over the past few years and this time was no different. They provided a loaner (cozy A4) and were highly communicative of what they were doing to my car. I was unable to come in on the day of pick-up (Saturday) due to a busy weekend and Frank told me it s fine to come in on Monday. I have enjoyed also the wonderful assistance of the Lady working at the payment / cashiers desk and this place always makes me fee like an appreciated customer. Highly recommend!!

Beware!! They are good at finding nails and cuts in your tires and then try to charge you for tire replacement.Details:I brought my car for first oil change, pretty regular service but it turned in to an unpleasant experience.I was asked to wait for 1 hour 30 mins to get car serviced. After waiting for 3 long hours the service associate told me that me mechanic found nail in my tire and its flat. Interestingly, There was no sign of tire pressure warning when i checked in my car, the service associate acknowledged that he didn t see TPMS warnings while checking in the car but he can t help and asked me, what I want to do? As you can imagine, I had no option but to go for tire change. FIRST red flag, when i asked how many nails the story changed to a cut not nail. My suspicion grew and I asked to see my self. I was told to wait if while the car is prepared on the rack. When I entered car was on the ground with flat tire. The SECOND red flag.On inspection i felt it was a fresh cut, I asked immediately to talk to higher up. This was turned down saying service manager is not in, but I insisted on talking to someone. The general manager came to meet and started aggressively defending their side blaming me to blame them for flat tire. To my luck, they shot in their foot when they took picture of car when they checked in the car. I asked to compare the tire picture and thats when their story fell flat. Embarrassed, they agreed to change tire free of cost.What I would have appreciated is that the service associate should have cross questioned the mechanic before asking me to pay. Similarly the general manager should have cross questioned service associate before aggressively defending and telling me how TPMS works.Please find some other Audi repair center, if you have to get service from them, please take picture of your car while checking in and don t blindly trust whatever they tell you.

Top marks to Frank and the service team! Frank has been awesome with my dash replacement for my etron 55 which started to bubble due to previous water ingress issue. Very happy with the car as well as the service!

Another service appointment and another great experience! You have always exceeded my expectations! From the very first day I stepped into the showroom and drove away the new Q7, and afterward at every service appointment, things went very smooth. I have nothing but pleasant experiences at each interaction. Brought my '13 Allroad in for some out-of-warranty work. The experience with my Service Advisor, David, was fantastic, from beginning to end. Professional, courteous and honest. Would recommend 10/10.

We gave our Audi A6 for a first time service and they found a faulty passenger side air bag. They replaced it for free, in the mean time we were given Audi7 for 4 days.We had to go on a vacation and the replacement was under progress and we were asked to pick it in 2 days. But we were off for a vacation for 12 days and they kept the vehicle for us untill we returned. We returned their vehicle and headed off to our vacay, got back and picked our Audi. We are very happy with their service and would always go to them for a service.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Auto interior vacuuming, Oil change

In short- beware of this service centre about finding nails and punctures in car wheel and their stubborn and unwilling to help employees.I usually don t post reviews but wanted to share this so that other people won t face similar issue like me. If at all possible, stop visiting this service centre.I checked in my vehicle for regular service and returned back 2hours later to see the flat tire and they wanted me to replace the wheel. I did not see any tire pressure issues when I handovered the car to them, but within two hours I was hearing this nail story. The employees were stubborn and were indicating the puncture might have taken just before I entered the showroom, that s the reason I might have not seen drop in tire pressure. If at all possible, don t even drive opposite this service centre. I started asking more questions, and all I got was careless and stubborn answer. When I insisted on speaking up to higher management, the employee told he is the top manager, but then general manager arrived , he started giving me lectures on how the puncture might have taken place before I dropped the vehicle. They will say the puncture is on the inside of vehicle , but they inspected only outside when I dropped the vehicle. I am 100% sure there was no puncture on the wheel, tire pressure was good and same across all wheels. It all changed when they took my vehicle for service.The employees were not even courteous, three of them, at 6pm after my work, started repeating the same stuff with casual answers like nails are common, it might have happened just before I dropped, they can t do anything about it. I had to give up and contact my insurance roadside assistance as by this time I lost patience and trust with these people. And didn t want to handover my car to them again.I have seen similar reviews about nails, but didn t know they would do this to me as well. Never ever returning to this centre.

I leased an Audi since it was my dream car. But the service at Audi is the worst. Service appointments has to be reserved a month in advance. Even though appointment are booked a month in advance, the service center won't offer a Loaner vehicle. Every time they say that loaner vehicle is not available. Service is always backed up by 8-10 business days. Every time I go for a service, they take 10 days to give back my car. Communication is also not proper. I never expected Audi service will be this bad. I'll never buy/lease an Audi ever in my life again.I also own a Toyota Corolla 2016 which is a cheaper and inferior model but service I get for that in Toyota service center is much much better than the service I receive at Audi. I can walk in for a service, don't need an appointment and they give back my car within hours.

Dropped off my Q5 on Friday for the interval service, our service advisor Frank was amazing. Very friendly, professional, courteous and a great communicator. The staff were really friendly. The service manager, Joe, who we got to know during last service visit also came to say hi. Frank kept us posted on the status of the service daily. He even texted me on Saturday indicating that he is off but his coworkers would let me know when the service is completed, which really stood out for me. The first and only service advisor I have ever encountered that offers this high level of customer service. They ran out of loaner vehicle, but did arrange a rental car for us (would definitely prefer the Audi loaner vehicle, but totally understandable).We picked up the car on Monday after Frank told us that it s ready. Everything was tiptop. The Q5 was nicely clean inside out. Hard to imagine anything can top picking up your clean car to take wife to a nice restaurant on Valentine s Day. Thank you, Frank!Audi Fremont is the only place we have used ever since we relocated to the Bay Area. Highly recommended!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Worst customer experience of all audi dealerships in bay area. I booked an appointment for routine servicing of my car. Since loaner vehicles were not available for a month, they said they would provide an uber coupon. When I reached the dealership for dropping off my car, they said I will get my car back in 8-12 days as that is their current service time. All other dealerships do that in a matter of a few hours. The least they could have done is to inform me about their service time while booking the appointment.

Alex was extremely professional. He was very welcoming and had great communication with me throughout my whole experience. I was also able to have a loaner to drive for the day while my car was being serviced. I've had services done in Fremont and San Francisco and I can definitely say they have never failed me at the Fremont location. Thank you guys! I looked for different Audi dealerships to service my car for warranty repairs and Fremont location seemed to have the better reviews and a recommendation from someone. It is a bit further for me but so far the times I have been there the customer service is great from making appointments to staying in communication about my vehicle. It s nice that they have some loaners available if the service will take longer than a day. It s usually quick and easy to drop off/pick up when it s time for your appointment.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

I drive from Campbell to have my service and warranty work done at Audi Fremont. I ve been coming here since they first opened on the recommendation of my mechanic. I have always been suspect of dealer service and service departments, so it was a little scary for me to have a vehicle which requires dealer service for warranty purposes. In 30000 miles, I have never been asked to perform or told I needed a service or repair I didn t feel was appropriate or necessary. So far, I ve been very happy with the the service and staff. Alex has been my advisor for my last few visits. He and everyone I ve dealt with are knowledgeable, professional, enthusiastic, and honest. If you re not sure how you feel about your dealer service experience, Audi Fremont could be your new spot.2015 Audi S3

Zero communication and no integrity. Frankly shocked at how differently they treat you after you buy vs before you buy compared to other dealerships.Bought a brand new car but it came with key issues (claims key is not detected while driving). Previous Audi didn t have this issue so I know it s isolated to this car. Brought the car in for service. I was told it ll be a couple of days to diagnose, which is fine. I got a rental car that expires in 3 days, which they say is the window they re looking at.By the second day I wanted to inquire, and was first told my service advisor will give me a call back. When I never did and called again in a few hours I was told my advisor will be out for a whole week, with no update regarding my rental car. After 6 more phone calls which resulted in nothing, the last call finally leads to an answer, that the cars in a queue, hasn t been seen yet, and that they will extend the rental until the car is complete.A week has passed, and after another 17 phone calls I have learned my car isn t even being serviced yet and is still just in a queue. If the car is going to sit there for a week why am I sending the car for service a week early, instead of just setting appointments for when they have availability and just giving updates if they foresee a delay? They do realize that paying for a rental car for a week while they don t work on the car is a lose lose for them too right? They not only lie to your face, but they don t bother letting you know if anything changes or if they re running behind by a whole week unless you call incessantly.Update: I picked up my car so I can bring it to a different dealer that said they would actually look at the car upon arrival. When I picked up my car it was filthy as it had been sitting outside for over a week, and they don t even use the plastic seat cover when bringing your car out. I ve had better experience with my local Toyota dealership than this luxury car dealer with service.

Went in for a general check up on a used Audi that I recently purchased. Scheduling the appointment and requesting a loaner car was easy. I worked with Antonio who was able to explain the process, history of the car, and possible things which would be needed in the future. The whole process was easy with great communication. I had a few random followup questions a few days after the service which Antonio and Joe were able to address. I have owned my Audi A6 2013 since 2015 and I have never taken it to the dealer for repair. Mainly because it was an experience that I wanted to avoid. However, recently I had to take my car in for recall repairs and reprograming of a lost key.These guys totally changed my perception of service at dealerships. They were extremely accommodating and professional. Joe, the manager was my first point of contact and I quickly realized I was dealing with a different class of dealerships. Subsequently, the bulk of the excellent service came from my service rep, Frank S. He was amazing to work with as he has many years of experience servicing these cars. He clearly proved to me that his first concern was not how much revenue he would generate from me. He truly made me feel like he cared about me as a customer. He was truly a pleasure to deal with!No doubt this was a refreshing break from my past experience with other service dealerships. I honestly believe these guys are a cut above the rest.It was a refreshing break from the mold of service dealerships.This is now my go to place for service on this vehicle!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

If 0 stars were available, that would've been the selection. We scheduled an appointment with a loaner vehicle and when we arrived they didn't have one available. They wanted us to try two Enterprise Car Rentals to find a rental. They even warned us the inventory was low at Enterprise, so that we may have no luck. We specifically waited 2 weeks for the appointment because we were assured there would be a loaner available today. They even told us the next available appointment was out a month or so and that again no guarantee on the loaner. So we had to leave without having my vehicle serviced since the service and attention was so lacking. Very disappointed!Service: Oil change

I visited Audi of Fremont to have regular maintenance done. T"hey greeted me quickly, explained all the services to be performed, and had the loaner vehicle ready. They called me when the work was completed and the checkout process was quick and without surprises. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Audi Fremont has been incredible. The service department provided excellent service. I was given a loaner car for the time my car was in for maintenance. Alfred was super efficient and very professional. He estimated the time perfectly and I got my car looking squeaky clean too. waited 10 days for an appointment, only to drop off my car and for them to tell me it ll be another 8-10 days after that of my car sitting in the parking lot before they can service it. no notice of this when i booked the appointment. no loaner cars. no rental story. man at the front said i was lucky it wasn t over a month.

I had to get my oil changed here and the service and staff were friendly and great. It's also the cleanest my car has ever been after a service (I normally go to the Pasadena location) and felt like they did a really great job here. Communication was great as well and Frank took good care of me. Highly recommend this location as it's super easy to get in and out from.

My car had the first service here, though I didn't buy it from Audi Fremont. Due to their good reputation, I didn't hesitate to drive all the way from very south bay to Fremont, instead of going to a closer dealer store. They didn't disappoint me. I arrived at 10:15AM on Saturday. Service center isn't crowded. We were helped immediately. Our service advisor is very helpful and he answers our questions very clearly with a good manner.We decided to wait for the service done. There's a plaza with several restaurants right across the street, so we can walk around and have lunch while waiting.One minor problem is that I was told the service should be done in about 1.5 hour, but it eventually took almost 3 hours. Not a big deal to me at this time, since I was totally enjoying watching those R8 and Q8 in the lobby.

The team at Audi Fremont is always fantastic. The experience is always on time, friendly and incredibly helpful. Most recently they took the time to review my ongoing maintenance and best practices. Specifically, we walked through my next 4 maintenances and how I can save money with an Audi care package.
