Ron and the guys provided excellent quality service. I'd just been told from a different shop that I needed all new tie-rods in order to get a proper alignment. Jose and Sean at ASAP quickly assessed and noticed nothing needed replacement and showed me firsthand that those parts were still good. They did replace my 100k+ worn shocks and struts and finished off with a proper alignment that same day, succeeding where the other shop just couldn't.

My experience with ASAP Automotive was very satisfying. Brought our 08 Ford Escape Hybrid to this shop for a non-starting problem eventhough we already placed a new 12v battery. Sean was able to figure out what the problem was and had the car up and running again. Very happy with the result.

I discovered ASAP Automotive online while searching for customized performance upgrade to my brand new 2022 Ford Mustang. I wanted to replace the factory Cold Air Intake with the ROUSH Performance part and the Cat-back Exhaust with MBRP Performance Upgrade. Ron and the team at ASAP was very friendly and professional in accommodating my needs. They did a Super Excellent job with the installation! The upgrades turned the best I could have imagined. Very Much Appreciate the ASAP team for the immediate attention to my needs with the best outcome and a job well done for a very reasonable price. My first experience was my Best Experience! I have a Chrysler Hemi 300 and do not trust just anyone to work on my car except ASAP automotive (dealership prices is outrages). Noe is honest, he explains in details no hidden expenses. The price is reasonable and the staff is just amazing. Thank you Ron - you have a great team.

I've been a client at ASAP for 2 years, and I couldn't be happier to say that I will never go back there again.The number of bad experiences I had with them would be too long to list here. Just to give a few:- My car died on the freeway, so I had to get it towed in to ASAP. After keeping the car and trying it for 2 weeks, they couldn't find anything wrong with the car, so they told me to drive it back home. Which I did. Or, more precisely, I tried to do it because the car died again after 20 minutes of driving. I had to get it towed to my place. I checked under the hood once I got back home and found out that the engine cover was not even put back. Also, I found a bunch of rags left there by the mechanics.- I bought another used car a few months ago and got ASAP to do a pre-purchase inspection. They told me the car is in good condition. After 2 weeks, the car got an engine light on. The catalytic converter, as well as the entire exhaust manifold, were dead, so I had to get them replaced. Impossible that they didn't spot that during their inspection.- Last year I had a car maintenance at ASAP. After the service, they forgot to put back an entire interior plastic panel. I had to do it at home. I also found some tools forgotten under the hood.- ASAP checked my car at least 4-5 times within the last 2 years. After seeing the car so many times they never told me that the entire under-car shield was missing. I even suspect that they removed it during one of these services and forgot to put it back.After all these bad experiences, I have to admit that they're not entirely to blame. I have been too stupid/nice to give them 5 second chances.

Excellent Car Service with One ConcernI recently visited ASAP automotive for a general oil change and tire rotation, and overall, I had a positive experience. The service provided was efficient, and I was pleased with the speed and quality of the work performed.The oil change was done quickly, and the staff was knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. The technicians were thorough in their work and ensured that everything was properly taken care of. I appreciate their attention to detail and their commitment to delivering a high level of service.However, the only aspect that left me slightly disappointed was the cost of the tire rotation. While I understand the importance of this service for maintaining tire health and longevity, I found the price to be higher than what I expected or have paid at other service centers in the past. It would be beneficial if the pricing for tire rotations could be reviewed to ensure it aligns more closely with market standards.Despite this concern, I still highly recommend ASAP Automotive for their overall excellent service, speed, and professionalism. The positive aspects of my experience far outweigh the one issue I encountered. For years, ASAP has been my to-go shop not only for simple things like oil changes and tire rotation but for brake jobs and deep engine checks/investigation. I highly recommend them, specially during this pandemic. They've taken all the measurements to make you feel safe when they are handling your vehicle. I drive from the South Bay because they are that good and trustworthy. I also highly suggest their full car inspection/diagnosis service through which they can check everything of an used car you're thinking about buying. Did that when buying a car and they provided me forecast of services I'd have to have conducted for the car in the long run.

I have a 2004 Lexus Gx470 which was leaking coolant. I called Monday morning and they told me to bring it in, no wait.They did a free inspection, fixed it the same day, and it was cheaper than the dealership.Also they stayed in contact with me the whole day so I never had to call them. Friendly, quick, and affordable. Highly recommend.

Two thumbs up. Why? Great communication. That means as a customer, repairs are explained clearly, patiently up front so all your concerns about risks/unknowns are discussed, no unexpected surprises later. Nobody likes surprises, especially with car repair bills. So that's why I like these guys. Took my car in for an issue, driven about 80miles since, 4 or 5 trips, car starts every time. No issues. ASAP automotive is the best around! They are friendly, professional, fair and dang good at their job. I ve taken my car there twice and each time I have had a great experience. I got an oil change and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the price was more than reasonable! I was also told that I needed a transmission flush which I did. The whole experience was very pleasant. The young man at the front desk was very professional, friendly and explained well the things that I needed to have done other than just the oil change. I will definitely be coming back and letting my friends know about this place!Service: Auto maintenance

Tiffany was amazing!!! My car overheated on the freeway, I panicked pulled over to gas station, called AAA, then called Asap Auto. Tiffany answered & was a life saver!!! I had car towed to shop on Thursday & by Friday my car was good to go!!! Please go here, they are honest & trustworthy. I wasted time & money going to a cheaper shop that didn't have honesty & I had to find out after spending $1300.00 with that other cheaper shop. From a women's perspective, please go to this shop where a woman (Tiffany) runs the front desk, and has detailed knowledge of cars as well. Asap Auto is my new home for my cars & will highly refer all my friends/ family to go here to get the best customer service for your car. I rated this business for my first experience with this great shop!!!!!

My family has been going to ASAP for many years. I have a newer car that just went out of warranty and there is no way I am taking it to the dealer for an oil change/tire rotation and paying over $500!ASAP has always had reasonable prices and they are honest about what your car does or does not need. Great customer service as well. I wouldn t take my car anywhere else! Five stars Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Had a fantastic experience at this facility, the staff was very informative and accommodating all while doing all they could to get things fixed in the same day. The location is easy to get too and even has a nice coffee shop nearby if you need a place to wait and relax. The team at ASAP saved me, I had one of my work trucks from out of state travel to CA and was in a jam and took a shot using ASAP and they got a difficult situation fixed quick and got my driver back on the road headed back to Tennessee. Cannot say enough positive thingsGreat staff, great communication and a fair price! Would highly recommend, Noe was our mechanic and was very personable and honest.No run around and no games! Great experience!

I brought my car in for water pump/timing belt repair. The mechanic did a thorough inspection and I came to find out my head gaskets were also bad. Something my other mechanic obviously missed. So I made the hard decision to sell my car. ASAP Auto could have charged me an arm and a leg , Instead the only charged me for an inspection. Bottom Line :ASAP Automotive:> Is Honest>Crew is helpful and friendly.>Prices are very reasonable.>5 stars I would Highly Recommend them to anyone. Certified Customer . Hello everyone brought my 2008 Mercedes c300 and got my suspension , brakes , timing belt and gasket cap and etc done with them , and they got it done so fast you wouldn t believe it and my car drove way better getting all those done . I give my mechanic a 5 star Ron and his crew do a great job on the vehicles , and they know what there doing , an solve the problem with your car , I ve been to so many mechanic that didn t do a great job until I found Asap motive an I ve been back coming here ever since than haven t been back to the others mechanic , because they re done a good job fixing my car everyone I brought in no problem . The prices are reasonable and they get the job done fast . We will always be coming back to them an also refer to family members .
