I ve been going to this place for a few years now and the service is definitely not how it used to be. Ardeine really was the heart and soul of this place and all those great reviews back then are all because of him.I ve taken my two cars here a number of times for alignment, new wheels mount, and new tires mount and I ve never had any issues before. The AR staff is no longer friendly and may judge you for being a woman. The service for alignment now takes at least one hour and I m not even running crazy stretch tires or camber. I ve been running air lift for over 4 years now. And both cars are on bags with height sensors. Thank you for questioning me as if I didn t know anything about adjusting my drive height and how driving on the wrong height will effect the alignment. When I m sure there s many other ways to go about questioning the customer s knowledge.I came back in Feb 2024 to get my new tires mounted, alignment for the car, and alignment for my other car. And this was when Ardeine had already left. I was allowed during this visit to adjust the height to how I wanted while the car was on the alignment rack although the worker was reluctant.. The ISF turned out fine but my daily started to rub after a month of driving. So I asked if it s okay to come back to realign the daily. I did not beg for a discount or blame them for the issue. I just simply asked and they agreed to half off. So that part was fine since it s my fault for choosing that height. Either way I was more than willing to pay for my own mistakes.But today..I understand it s customer safety to not be allowed to go back there but I just ask for a few short minutes to adjust my own height to how I feel and see the car. No shop has denied before. But I got denied and now my front of the car height is almost as high as my going over driveways height then I was told if I want to change it again it ll be another $90 charge.I was very sad to hear Ardeine had left and still wanted to give this place a try and now I know I won t be coming back.

I reached out to Artire to install Bilstein 6112 kit on my truck.They worked around the clock till late night trying to deliver as promised. They are the people keeping their word and I really respect that!They also reminded me to come back for an alignment check after a week, which makes perfect sense since the new parts need time to settle down.Great job!!!

Had some issues with aligning my car and for some reason everytime I would get it aligned 2 days later it would come out of spec.after a few trips we couldnt figure out what was causing the issue...I ended up finding out that my new roll center kit was to blame and was the complete cause of my car not holding alignment..I removed that kit and brought it back and so far so good ..this place knows how to do a alignment on sports/modified cars and would definitely recommendEditedI kept going to the shop after the fact. The last time I went to AR Tire I had them do another alignment and a wheel swap because I had a bad wobble that started after I ran over a 4x6 piece of wood. They found out that I had a bent wheel which they proved to me which was great. But I got my car back and got maybe 2 seconds down the road and I hear something stuck into my tire but I didn't think it was anything other than maybe a rock after I hit the freeway I noticed it wasn't . I also still had a bad wobble at speed. When I finally had a chance to pull over I noticed that there was a fender Bolt stuck in my tire. I can't really blame that on them but I do know that it came from them due to how quickly I heard the noise. I ended up going to Les Schwab to get the tire fixed the same day and almost all of my wheels were out of balance. I tried calling AR Tire multiple times after leaving their shop with no response and I did leave a voicemail. I personally feel like after the last incident with the ball joint problem as stated above I did not get the same service. Even though I had no problem paying the money and understanding the diagnostic fees I feel like I had worse service than before and will not be going back

I reached out to the Artire shop to install on my Audi SQ5 new 22 Vossen HF-5 wheels mounted to Pirelli performance tires with a staggered setup. Great experience from beginning to end. I m selective when it comes to who can work on my cars, so I highly recommend them.

I been using AR Tire for about 2 years already. I have have been using them since they were only a mobile service and have always been great! I have all sorts of cars from race cars to lifted trucks and they were always able to take care of me no matter where I am.Today was the first time I had work done at their new shop location. I had 2 sets of tires put on while i went down the street to Costco to shop. Top notch work as always.Its great that they have an alignment rack now so its a one stop shop.I am sure I will be using their services again soon.

I needed an alignment corrected from a previous shop's mistakes at the same time centering my new steering wheel. I booked an appt. here few hours before arriving early and Patrick welcomed me in.He understood my car's need and broke down the job for me and he and his team fixed up my GR Supra's issue super duper quick!I highly recommend these guys and will be booking future services with them soon. Real legit car guys, friendly and professional. Exceeded my expectations. 10 star review!*

I came in here for an alignment because I was gettin bad tire wear and when I came in Seth helped me right away, got my Yukon on the lift and him and Joe busted it out right away, didn t take much time at all, car coasted down the freeway like a dream, great company

AR Tire has always taken care of my cars. It's always quick and painless to book and schedule an appointment with them. I had a good experience getting my wheel alignment done here. Staff was friendly and competent. Work was done reasonably quickly, at a lower price than I could find elsewhere. This will be my go-to place for wheel and alignment issues going forward.

I've been going to this shop ever since they opened and I've always received the best service every single time. This time I came in with some new wheels that needed some extra TLC and that was no problem for AR Tire. This is the only shop I go to for all my wheel/alignment needs.

I asked for a quote for a new ignition switch, labor cost only, and they wanted 450 -$600 for a one-hour job which is fairly simple.I got it done elsewhere for LESS than $150 total (parts and labor included).Make sure you SHOP AROUND. There are still fair and honest mechanics in the Bay area.

I ended up going here randomly when I was having trouble with one of my tires and now I wish I lived in the area so I can use them more frequently. I showed up 30 minutes before closing on a rainy afternoon and they had us back safe on the road within 15 minutes after replacing a broken tire valve. The front desk staff was very welcoming and they allowed my wife and new born daughter to stay in the car while they worked on the tire. Go here, trust me, you wont be disappointed.

I love finding local businesses like these. You might think these are a bunch of young guys having too much fun but every day they put in work. I brought in my Mazda CX-5, not a race car, and they treated me with the upmost respect. Even if my car wasn't the flashiest they were able to help me just like any other customer. They did an amazing job of replacing my tires, they gave me a great rate for Goodyear Assurance tires, they balanced and finished off with an alignment. Everything came out great and I could even tell the difference after driving it out back to San Francisco for the day. Thank you Pat for helping me schedule my appointment with AR Tire and thank you to Ardeine for doing an amazing job with the team. These guys are really fast, They will get you in and out faster than any shop in the bay!

I took my 2005 RX8 in for new tires and alignment and which they instantly walked up to me to help and get the job started. Verry friendly shop crew, super clean shop I wouldn't recommend anyone else for your modified car needs. It's an hour away from me but I love visiting the place to see the cars and the beautiful work they do truly inspiring!! They also repositioned my sideways steering wheel after I put it on sideways and gave me a discount love these guys !!

There guys are AWESOME! They are super specialized in low suspension vehicles. Was difficult to find a shop to accommodate my Lexus with all the mods recently upgraded. We came all the way from the Berkeley area. Rhyss, Joe and the guys went over and above! I badly needed a alignment on my 2014 tacoma. I was referred to ARtire from multiple friends and family members. I went on their website and requested to schedule an appointment. I was then contacted to by Patrick who scheduled me in for my alignment.When I arrived I was greeted by a gentleman By the name of Joe who then asked me for my keys and took my truck into the shop for it s alignment which only took about a hour to be completed. He then finished up the paperwork and I paid for the invoice.Once I drove away I could noticeably tell the difference in the way my truck was working. The alignment was now as straight as it was when it was fully stock.Thank you all over at ARMOBILETIRE y all killed it when it came to customer service, knowledge and most importantly the service that was done. If anyone needs a alignment, suspension or wheels, head over to ARMOBILETIRE and y all won t be disappointed.Alan

team was very polite respectful and professional I was with my son he has a hearing disorder but loves cars has a hard time dealing with loud noise when they found out they waited for my son 2 be in the waiting room to continue there work! the receptionist lady was super nice to my son even hooked him up with some hot wheels well worth the drive from redwood city over all 5 star service

had full custom suspension and they took care of me flawlessly, everyone was friendly and easy to work with. if you ever need to get an alignment and tires done these are the people for sure.

AR Tire will get you right Everytime, not to mention they're all cool as hell and super fun dudes. If you're in the drift/jdm scene, this should be your go to.
