America Tires at the Beacon St location in Fremont Ca I went in on 2/15/2024 a Thursday morning they Ordered my tire and the person that helped said I had to wait 2-3 days for my tire after she handed me back my recent. I called Saturday and still my tire had not been delivered to Beacon St location. I called again Tuesday cause I figure they would be closed for Presidents Day. My tire still had not arrived. I got their American tires phone call on Wednesday 2/21/2024. Their service is not worth the time or the 1star you have to tap in order to even write a review. Oh yeah after 6 days of waiting I wasn t even offered to have my tire put on right away I waited over an hour to have my tire replaced. And this is the 2nd flat on the same tire.

Went there after experiencing the flat tire for first time. Fernando, Marlon and their entire team was very transparent about tire condition.They told me if it's not patchable, I can get a new tire but luckily it was patchable and that too at no cost. Checked in at 5:30 PM after getting my car towed there and was out by 7:15 since they are little busy in the evening, but they were transparent about it as well. Would love giving my business to them in future also.

Absolutely had a great experience. I had a flat tire and I called them for an appointment, they said I can get my cars towed at their location and ordered the tires required with specifications of my choice. Got the insurance for all the four tires and left my car there. The tires were swapped with new ones and all ready to pick by Monday afternoon. Very quick service and quite reliable. Had been a member of discount tires for a while that why came back to americas tire here! Totally recommend it!!

Had a negative experience at this center on 02/09 due to a hour+ long wait despite having an appointment caused by improper customer service.I was going on a time-sensitive road trip and had scheduled an appointment for tire rotation. Since I was stuck in the traffic on my way to the service center, I called in (40 mins in advanced) and the team was able to help me reschedule my appointment 15 mins later than the intended appointment time. It went downhill there after.I reached on time for my appointment at 3:30 PM and met the salesperson at the front desk who checked me in and advised me to wait citing There were many guests coming in and my turn will come soon . I waited for 30 mins and followed up with the same salesperson displaying the tracker link on my mobile clearly saying Meet the customer service representative on the front desk . I was again met with the same response with no ETA provided and I went back to the waiting area.I knew something was wrong since everyone who came after me were getting serviced. I then saw another salesperson who checked the status of my case and immediately offered assistance by prioritizing my vehicle after I said that I have been waiting here for more than a hour without having any clarity on the process despite scheduling an appointment . They also provided me a justification for the miscommunication and notified me about the normal check-in process since this was my first time getting a service.The servicing itself took 15 mins which I was satisfied with and the technician was available to answer questions I had.Overall, I rate this experience 2/5 because I had to pushback my plan because of the unexpected delay caused at the service center despite the appointment.

Terrible services, made repeated mistakes in the last two visits.Failed to follow instructions on the America's Tire's worksheet.Most importantly, service representative was not honest nor professionally trained.This location's services quality is getting worse and worse.

Had appointment to replace my infiniti's front tires at 5:30pm on 2/14. Arrived at 5pm. The guy told me that the tires have not arrived and you should come only when we call you that your tires are ready. !!!!???? Shouldnt you call me if the tires are not ready? Then he changed my order to another tires available. Sounds good. Until 5 min later when i checked the receipt and found that he put the wrong size. After handling the original order and physcally checking my car, he still put the wrong size. Eventually, he said we dont have right size for you car now....... this guy is clueless of what he is doing. Capability and job training are very important. Will never go there again.

I bought 4 new tires for my van, while on the freeway, the rear tire went flat, had to run on the tire from fast lane to pull over when I brought the tire in for flat rwpIr, they could not find any punctures only damage was from driving on the flat, tire was not replaced had to purchase another one, I believe tire went flat feoSidewall leak due to bad installation. Skipping this shop neat time I need tires

The In-n-Out of tire service. Had a flat tire which ended up needing a replacement. Guys there were very courteous and patient. Good a d quick service. To quote the Terminator, I ll be back.

Yeah repair is free, so they say. But they will try everything to get you to buy a new tire. AVOID at all cost!Brought my 7k miles car there for a small center line puncture.Won't fix. Reasons many, it's too close to the wall (but still within fixable zone), it's too big (?).And they wanted me to to buy 4 new tires, when the tire thread variance is within allowable limit.Walked out and went to Costco.Puncture patched for $12

Time for 4 new tires and the nice part you can do it all online with ease and no hassle. Turn up at my appointed time, and drop off my vehicle. The staff were friendly and professional and everything went well. They also offer free tire checking and pumping up your tires. They will accept drop in visits, but appointments are better.

I needed all four tires replaced and was not able to get my car into the shop until just before closing. The crew stayed and changed not only my tires but the tires of several other customers that came in late. I was expecting to come in the next day to pick up my car and was pleasantly surprised when I didn t have to. The tires were reasonably priced too. Five stars for a five star performance.

Went in after reading good reviews, was a bad experience - late delivery, poor communication, lack of professionalism. I ve been to Tracy and other locations several times in the past and they are usually great, not going back to fremont americas tire company.

If I could do less than 10 stars to this store I would definitely do it!I'm still so scared!!!!Today I was arriving at work after drive 15 miles from home - than the lamp on my panel just showed up with the message for check the tires.I came to the store 40 min later. The light was still on and it was ok. I drove 5 miles and a half and when the scanner guy went to check it out it was everything ok.They tried to sell me some engine tires for my Ford fusion but I said it wasnt the case because it is ok stay like that in a Fusion hybrid 2018.Than the scary part came: the guy asked me to go outside because suddenly the tire get a damage and in the picture you can see the size of the damage that wouldnt let me drive not even a mile with a full tire + a child inside the car!!!I'm consulting my boss and other friends to see what I can do but definitely Americas Tire is out of the question for me at this point!! I had to spend a 124usd store in a brand that I dont know for be able to live the store with a prejudice that it wasnt there before I get in!! I'm Shocked!

This is my go-to store for tires. I stopped by this morning just for an aircheck since my car indicated tire pressure alert. Fernando was super helpful and so detailed. He not only added air to my tires, but was thorough in giving me information; since my tires' need replacement soon, he also pulled up the exact spec so I can look for deals. All that with a smile and professionalism on a hot day. I'm always impressed by service here.

I get my tires rotated here. I absolutely recommend them. If you don't have an appointment it is perfectly fine just walk across the street and there is plenty of shopping/ restaurants to go too while you wait. Absolutely amazing staff

I bought a set of wheels from the Tire Rack, who listed Wheel Works (across the street from America s Tire) as one of their preferred installers, so the day I received the wheels, I called the store to inquire about bringing in my existing tires and rims and have my existing tires (<6000 miles) installed on my new wheels. I was told no problem and no appointment necessary. Today I took my tires and wheels in (off the car) to Wheel Works and was told they could not reinstall my used tires on my new wheels. So, I went across the street to this America s Tires who were happy to do the job and they DID a fine job.

I had the BEST experience today at American Tires (Fremont) working with Tony to get 4 new wheels and awesome windshield blades. He was so professional, knowledgeable, honest, helped me get the best price, and had the best sense of humor! Never thought I would laugh so much and feel so good about something like this. My car was also ready to go in the 1.5hr I was told (on a busy day) Tony is a gem! And this is an awesome location with great team service. Won t go any where else now. So grateful!

Don t go here if you are looking to fill air for your tires. Basically they don t give you priority unless you are there for a paid service and filling air for the tires isn t a paid service. I ended up waiting 20 plus mins for nothing.

The Techs at this location keep their cool even under a lot of pressure to get all the cars done. They work together and they seems to laugh and enjoy their work. The team at the front are professional and keep you informed of status and or changes. Great positive can do attitudes. They have good know of the cars and tires. This is what makes a business great. Thank you for the service you provide.

This place is phenomenal, I would go out of my way to get my vehicle serviced here - without question. Came in with a set of tires/wheels I wanted swapped on my 2022 Tesla Model 3 and Brad took complete care of me. Answered all my questions and walked me through the whole process. Fernando was super polite when I asked him to add the hubcaps onto my new wheels and did it quickly as well at the end. Super smooth, easy process all around.Seriously cannot recommend this shop any more, they are amazing! Thank you for your help guys!

I had a wonderful experience with this tire shop. Woke up to go to work and had a flat tire. Use my insurance app to have my car towed to this place based on friends referral. All I had to do was give them a call and let them know the car was being towed there. They said no problem, they fixed the flat in one hour and called me to come pick it up. When I got there to my surprise they said there is no charges as they don t charge for service like this!!

Loved their attitude, efficiency, and professionalism!Noticed my flat tire at 5pm, was able to get it patched by America s tire before their closing time at 6pm! Because the nail was at the center of the tire, the service was entirely free!

Wow! oh Wow! These guys are Great, we got a nail in our tire and they were able to fix and pretty quickly, but on top of tire repair, they pointed out a small problem with another tire that will be ok till we get back to the shop in Oregon where we live and purchased the tires. Thank You America's Tires Your Great!!
