Don Ho seems honest guy and charges very reasonable. He did some quick evaluation free of cost to tell me what s the problem and gave lowest quote.

Don is a good mechanic. Very honest. Prices are fair. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a mechanic. I moved to Oakland and I still bring my car back to him in Fremont.I bought My Dodge Magnum off a personal seller and he led me to believe he had kept up on the oil changes and car maintenance. But it turns out that he lied. Not too long after purchasing the car, it started over heating and I cracked lifter. Turns out, the oil had gotten gummed up in the engine from lack of oil changes. (from the previous owner)And Don saved me. He flushed the engine out twice, put a new battery in the car, replaced the lifter, and got the car smogged for me. And recommended a tow truck driver that gave me a very reasonable price. And it all cost me under $1000. So if you want an honest, reliable mechanic, give them a call.

They are awesome and honest people it is price worthy. I checked with other repair shops they were money minded always try to steal money and they don t do good work. Advance auto guys are professionals focus on quality and time efficient work. I had good experience with them my car was completely broken and they set it up just in one day. And I recommend to my friends to visit this place.

I was on the road and could of easily been taken advantage of, but hell no! These guys took care of business and were very kind. If this shop was in my town they would be my go to spot. Overall, excellent service.

Don Is handsdown the best mechanic I've ever met. He doesn't suggest unnecessary maintenance/parts in order to get your car up and running again. He's very knowledgeable and I highly recommend him and his crew.

This was the best recommendation from co worker! The owner Dong, was friendly, service was fast. Didn't have to spend all day for oil change like I do at Honda. Will definitely go back

Brought my car here for smog test on a Sunday. I called ahead and got the owner - Don. He said he was about to close but was willing to wait for me to come. Drove there for there in about 15 mins and he took care of me immediately. 5-star customer service.

Unhappy experience I am not pleased. With service I had a bad head on a 03 pt cruiser. I supplied new rebuilt head every thing inside such as water pump timing belt were new received vehicle squeaking belt to start drove unit home 3 miles unit over heating checked unit to find no coolant took care of that and called Don he said bring it back I felt why its bad already drove unit oil light comes on checked found no motor oil there was a black spot at the tip of stick filled motor oil heater not making heat purchased flush kit and flushed coolant and refilled coolant still had over heating problem but I refuse to go back to Don now the unit is burning motor. Oil I suspect timing to incorrectly set all in all why would I go back to Don

Hello,I just want too share my experience, customer services overhere its horrible, no proper communication . There is a person called don , he told me too wait 5 minute's he came 45 minute's lateNoo proper communication, very rude behaviour with customer's. Waste off time hope you can solve this problem at future
