Ray and his brother did an amazing job with replacing my bumper and anything else that needed replacing. Ray communicated with me through the whole process. And if I had any other concern he had no problem checking it out. And can I say he got my car back to me in a timely manner. Thank you guys for your wonderful job.

They were easy to talk to and quick with my repair. The only issue I really had is the cleaner they used on my black trim made it fade to white, I will have to replace some of my trim pieces or find a restorer. Pretty good for the bay area tho since it s hard to find quality work here.

My car got hit while it was it was parked on the street. I took it to this particular auto body shop to get a quote on getting it fixed. Agustin and Ray, who are the owners, listened to my situation and informed me that the damage was not covered by my car insurance. They were very pleasant to talk to, professional and attentive. They gave me a very affordable price and fixed my car in a few days. They also fixed a broken window for my husbands car that was vandalized. ABC Auto Body Collision was recommended by my co-worker, one of the best auto body shops that I have ever delt with. My car had front fender, rear bumper, and passenger quarter panel damage. These guys made my car look like when I drove it out of the showe room. This is my number one shop.

Agustin was very professional, helpful and courteous to us. It ended up taking almost a month due to other logistical issues but felt much shorter. Agustin kept us updated regularly on the progress. I am posting this a few months after the service, so I know. I did collusion repair here. Good price, Fast work and good job.I had to repair front collusion 2017 Impreza out-of-pocket. About 8-9k$. I searched many places in neighborhood. They gave the best quote. They also gave the promise to get the car repaired fastest compared to other places. I first suspected, but I decided to go with them because their reviews were so good.They always kept me in the loop for decisions. They hold their promises for time and money. I brought my C55 AMG to have my headlights restored and my bumper repainted. The painter put his professional skills to have my car's headlights and bumper done beautifully. They also use high quality paint in their shop. My car looks like brand new from the front after the job done. Ray is awesome! I had some deep scratches on my car that the door needs to be replaced and needed some paint job pretty much on the whole side of the car. I was referred here and met Ray. Got my car back in less than a week and my car looked like brand new. The paint job and details are spotless, my car was waxed and polished before I arrived. They are very professional and nice. Highly recommended.

My review is delayed, but Ray who I worked with at the body shop I want all that reads this review that they went above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend this location if you want good quality done for a good price. I got into an accident and damaged the front part of my HONDA. When I took my car to the shop my insurance deductible was $500 but when I arrived to pick up my car, Agustin waived half of it. Not only was he kind enough to do that for me, but my car was left like new or better.Service: Body & Trim

Very impressed with this place. High quality of work and excellent customer service. Agustin and Ray (brothers and co-owners) expertly took care of the whole process, starting with having the adjuster come to the shop (even though when I called, the insurance told me I would have to go to the adjuster myself) and all the way to returning my car a week later, beautifully painted, two doors replaced. They even took care of a few pre-collision scratches on my rear bumper! A separate mention goes to the friendly and helpful attitude and a general sense of caring professionalism these guys have. They gave me a ride to and from the car rental place and offered a courtesy vehicle in case the insurance didn't provide a rental. All my questions about the repairs were thoroughly answered, and throughout the process, my impression always was that my car is in good hands. Before deciding on ABC, I checked out a few nearby places, and none of them seemed to have as high a standard of care as Ray and Agustin. I highly recommend these guys and have hard time imagining anyone not being completely happy with their work.

This place does amazing work. My Infiniti G35 got into a rear end accident and I brought my car here. ABC Auto Body Collision is very quick, efficient, and detailed. They repaired my car quickly than expected! They even matched my paint color perfectly. I am very happy with the results! Definitely recommend this place for your repairs and claims! (:

I highly recommend this place they did a really good job at fixing my car. It looks brand new and is very clean job. You will be satisfied with your results definitely. If you ever get into a accident they will fix up your car looking pretty much brand new. I am glad I got my car fixed here.

Really happy with the customer service we received from Ray. Finally found a shop that has a commitment to excellent customer service, no other shop in Fremont is up to par with ABC. They were sure to be on top of contacting my insurance and guarantying the process was handled as fast as possible with same time giving me constant updates of how far along they were. That s only what makes there office people like Agustin and Ray so great. The work they did on my car was unmatched to any shop i had been to before. I could hardly believe it was the same car. I hope to not need to come back but if I do I know that I am leaving my car in good hands and that they will deliver it back in an impeccable stature

I had taken my Toyota Highlander 2006 with 2 major dents and other minor scratches. Agustin, Ray and the team took care of the repair work very well. They are very detail oriented and very prompt & timely in completing the work without compromising on the quality of the work. They really did an outstanding job on the car and I highly recommend them for any vehicle repair job without any hesitation.

Ray was very helpful and professional when I went to ABC Auto Body Collision for damage to my car. He communicated with me throughout the process and answered all of my questions. He also advised me on how to work with the insurance company and get the most out of the situation. Absolutely loved this place. I took my car to get a paint Job for vandalism scratches and I walked out with literally a brand new looking car. They were fast, friendly and very attention detailed. Everything about this place is worth your time and money. Definitely would recommend it for anyone looking to get auto body work. Not to mention their waiting room is gorgeously decorated with beautiful plants; super relaxing!

I have finally found a body shop that I can trust and a place where I can send all family members and friend without hesitation. Ray and Agustin are by far the most professional and very understanding guys that I have met in the auto body repair industry. They guided me through every single step of the process and at the end my vehicle came out in immaculate condition. I will highly recommend these guys any day of the week. So there you go, if you ever get into an accident or something happen to your vehicle and you do not know where to go, this is the place to go.....you will not regret it.Thank you Agustin, Ray and all the rest of the ABC staff for doing such a great job with my car. I trusted ABC because Augustin knew my Lexus paint color (Black Satin) automatically. The repair is flawless and my car came out looking better than it looked going in! If that weren't enough, I had the insurance adjustor meet me at ABC and Augustin pointed out other areas of damage that I didn't notice, got the repairs covered and got my deductible waived! After the repair to the Lexus, I took in our truck for a small repair and it is also flawless. These guys can't be beat for quality and customer service.

They were extremely helpful in figuring out an AC drainage issue. They quickly discovered the issue and fixed it immediately. They were helpful in estimating the price for future repairs and were very accommodating for dropping off/picking up the car. Highly recommend!

Best shop I've ever take my cars too. Took a 2009 infiniti after I got hit parked on my street. They took care of everything in speedy way. Kept me informed of how my claim was going. Agustin and Ray were very professional and explained the whole process. They even got me my rental and let me know when my car was ready to go...I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Tell them Archy send you haha lol best body shop ever. Professional, speedy and experienced. Won't go wrong here. Let me know your experience..

Best body shop! I'm happy to get my car back after it was hit by a drunk driver. Dealing with the hassle of insurance claims, the guys made it much easier And less stressful. They have gone above and beyond for us! I recommend everyone to come here!

This place is incredibly hard to find but it is a true hidden gem. This shop is the best in the area high quality work at an affordable rate. I m far from being a car expert but they walked me through step by step of the whole process. Consistent updates and assuring that I was content with the service provided.

This place is incredible. I'm amazed at how well they treated me, how honest they are (they had a chance to charge us a lot more than they did without us ever knowing about it and were upfront and helpful instead), and how reasonable their prices are. The best thing about this place is that you can tell they genuinely care about their customers and want to do great work (usually presenting us with multiple options at different price points) for a fair price. I can't tell you how rare and refreshing their attitude and approach are. I can't recommend this place enough!
