Specialized Freedom Auto & Fleet are awesome. Their service work is superb and the folks are super friendly. They make getting service or repair work a pleasure. Plus, they can handle my high roof Transits, which many shops can not. I recommend them.

We have been using Specialized for auto and truck servicing for over a decade. From big projects like replacing engines to minor servicing they have always been kind and courteous and well organized. Highly recommend.

I am from Nevada and staying at a camp site my starter went out in my truck these guys said have towed here we will do our best to get you back on the road. In less than 24 hours they had the new stater put in and the truck washed ready for to get back on the road I highly recommend them and far price to boot. Give them your business you won t regret it. Had some issues with my Audi and experienced, fast, honest, and friendly service. Jose kept me update to date. Better deal than taking to Audi dealership. Have a shuttle service. Jeanette was friendly and prompt when picking me up. Highly recommend especially for European cars.

Brought my Ford Transit in for a transmission replacement. Jose was very good at communicating what components needed replacement and the price. He kept me updated on the status, and got my van back to me quickly (less than 2 weeks, most of the time waiting for transmission to be delivered). Very happy with the service, would use Specialized again.

Our Fleetwood Southwind had alternator problems and Specialized took care of it and upgraded belts, oil, filter, wipers, tail light, and engine diagnosis. Also performed a complete inspection with bullet points for future reference. This group is knowledgeable and professional, and fair.

Went to get smog service on my cooper 2016, it was done in 30 minutes, $59 dollars. The staff is very friendly. They offer other services, I am going to get the transmission service of my mini Cooper this week too, I think this is a good place to do it.

They took me in right away and I had my van back in two days. I was amazed at how quickly they got me in and out. This van is what I use to groom dogs, my buisness. I was able to get back on the road.

My go-to for many years for all our autos (Toyota, Suburu, Honda) and truck (Ford F250). Superior customer service, and so helpful finding ways to save money. They never replace anything without letting you know what's needed. Best of all they warn you about things that are going to come up down the road so you can plan for repairs. They deserve ten stars in my opinion!

These gentlemen saved a damsel in distress from Carmel! A low oil alert appeared on my console as I was on my way to the airport to pick up family members. I had to have it looked into right away. I was also on my way to Corralitos to pick up a Christmas ham when I noticed Specialized Auto and I turned in. They took my car in right away, filled up the oil and I was on my way. Got the ham, got the family, all because they saw my need, and did their job. Thank you so much!

Everyone we interacted with was professional, amiable and honest. I had an idea what was wrong with my truck and they were willing to listen. They were up front about the actual and potential cost of the repair (had a lot of labor) and kept me informed. Other shops didn't want to work on an old truck (69 Ford F250), but Specialized came through. (starter and flywheel replacement) It cost a little less than expected and was done faster than I needed it. Highly recommend.

This was our first try at Specialized and we are very pleased. We needed to install a strut on a Japanese domestic market vehicle which complicated the installation a little. However, the install was completed at the estimated cost; no surprises. They even washed the car! Also, the staff are super friendly. I ve been living in Watsonville since 1990. What took me so long to try SA! Highly recommended!

I've been taking my 30' motorhome to Specialized Auto & Fleet for years. They do all my maintenance for a fair price and of course excellent service. Always professional, personable. They do it all here and they do it well (from my experience). They sold me an amazing car for a ridiculous price which earned my loyalty immediately. Since then they have comported themselves well and seem very knowledgeable in particular with Volvo. I would recommend this place for anything car related from buying to fixing. Shoutout front desk Jose, and I believe the gentlemen name is Aaron? We had some "Transaxle Woes" with our 2004 Rialta RV and Specialized Auto & Fleet was recommended to us. From start to finish, the folks there proved themselves to be top-notch. Proactive and professional, they answered several of my questions before I even asked them. We're extremely pleased with the results and we plan on giving them lots of return business.And, a special "Many Thanks!" to Doug Wilson, our service writer.Doug went "Beyond The Call" in that he was also guide, guru and counselor, answering my calls and being very generous with his time and expertise.

In addition to the sought oil change, Specialized Auto reported a lengthy inspection checklist. Particularly useful was learning the brake fluid getting near the end of its intended-useful life and the brake shoe thicknesses. However, what really impressed me upon arrival, to reclaim the sedan, was the superior polishing of the gloss-black exterior to its underlying mirror finish, and likewise the rims were shining proudly.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing, Oil change

Great service. Needed to travel 30m (no traffic) to work with these guys since they have a large enough rack to work on the front of our midsized RV. Customer service was great and my RV drives great now. The only place aside from Santa Cruz RV, National, and Dixon and Son that will talk to you like a human being about a Class A motorhome (Big block chevy) or a Workhorse Step Van (big block chevy). They are the only shop with the courage to consider what you want quoted, after listening to you. I honestly havent even had any service done here yet, but after a few phone conversations I have seriously reconsidered throwing in the towel and leaving this forsaken state for one that values oil and gas after the pleasant customer service I received. God bless America and thank you for the Specialized Service!

Specialized Auto is the only non dealer shop I trust with my vehicles in South Santa Cruz County. From the desk crew to the techs, they are competent, honest and great at their jobs. They aren't the least expensive option but if you want it done right in a timely fashion, choose Specialized for your automotive service needs.Service: BrakesService: Brakes
